While visiting South Carolina I needed a mani pedi desperately. Looked on Yelp and found a place. Some of the reviews were not the best but I hoped for the best,lol. Gel pedicure is $20.00 EXTRA, I couldn't hide the horror in my face when she said how much more over the pedicure price it would be. I let out a giggle in disbelief, and she looked at me like was crazy, lol. I guess I'm just to being spoiled in California, lol. This was the only place open and I saw some good reviews. I am extremely angry. The pedicure was not impressive for the price honestly and they only took my cuticles after my toes were already painted?? So weird. I put mail tips and they didn't even bother to take the cuticles. I waited since in the pedicure they did it after the nails were painted but on the manicure they put the tips painted and sent me my way. The worse part is that they did the tips so far away from my nail bed cause they didn't take out my cuticles. Then I got home after 3 days and did my cuticles myself even tough I paid over 100 dollars in mani pedi and brow was there I had to still take my own cuticles. Once I did that now my nails look like 2 week manicure as the tip is so far from the mail bed! I'm so angry this was a waste of money The photo I have attached is a 4 day manicure. I was horribly disappointed in 5 other nail salons over the past few months and almost have up...until I walked in here today! The shop is clean, spacious, and friendly. I didn't have to wait and my nail tech, Kelly, is my new favorite person. She turned my horrible, asymmetrical, different thickness and shaped, grown out mess into these amazing, festive, perfectly shaped beauties! Worst place... you take appointment and they make you wait 30 mins. Cannot manage time people jugling over clients. Service is ok type

I got my nails done on Saturday and they chipped on Sunday. I got a gel manicure and normally that lasts 2 weeks without chipping. I went back Monday to get them fixed and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. Their customer service was poor and I will not be going back. I want a refund because this is not right. read more

I was in town for business and really needed a pedi. I walked in without an appointment at around 7:30 not realizing it was near closing time for them. I was in need of a polish change. I had spent a lot of money at a nail salon just two days earlier for a manicure. I was so upset that after just two days my polish had already started to chip. I went in and was greeted by Sandy. I told her I needed a polish change and when we sat down I immediately saw a dramatic different between Nail Spa and the other place not to be mentioned. Sandy looked at my nails and asked why the other place didn't cut my cuticles. I wondered the same. Turns out I ended up getting a manicure with Sandy and it was one of the best I have ever had. I visited this place for the first time today. It was very clean inside and they have a variety of colors for SNS. The customer service is poor. I was greeted with "what you want done", no hello; no how can I help you. The First Lady who started my nails was completely silent except for asking me what color I needed and after 30 mins of removing my sns that someone would be coming in to do my nails. (She had another client she went to attend.). The new lady arrived, she spoke and proceeded to work on my nails, after she pushed my cuticles up and they looked raggedy. Once she finished with my nails, she asked if I wanted her to clean them up. I said yes, of course. She cut them and when it was time to pay, it came to $52. I asked why, she said the sns was $45 and cutting my cuticles was another $7. I should of been informed it would be $7 before starting. I have never been charged for getting my cuticles cut. I still did tip her but This is a place that i will not visit again. read more

This salon is under new ownership, and although it was my first time there all together I can say their service was phenomenal. The staff there is very friendly and they make sure your fingers and toes are looking sharp. You will get a luxurious experience here. It looked like the served alcoholic beverages to their customers, although I just got water. I definitely will be returning here. read more

I just made my third appointment for this business, as I LOVE this business and staff. When I first went on my moms suggestion they gave her a ten percent discount for the referral... or a least they would have had I told them. Everyone was professional but family, they do their jobs but have fun. They were also easy to talk to and addressed any concerns I had about my nails. Tim is a wonder with specialty designs and finishes. I've gotten 3-d hearts, 3-d flowers and sparkly teal ombré. Every time I go I have a relaxing and fun experience. You will too! read more

I just recently moved to the area and decided to try this place out. They were great! It was easy to make an appointment. I got a deluxe pedicure and a regular manicure and my nails look great. Kelly was my tech and she did an amazing job, I hadn't gotten my nails done since COVID started so they needed a lot of attention. She also waxed my eyebrows and they look great. I have been to a LOT of nail salons in the area, but this one beats them all. LouAnn is my go-to person here for manis and pedis: she is always friendly, always respectful of my time (meaning, if I make an appointment with her, then she is ready for me at my appointment time. I can't tell you how many places I've been where I have made an appointment only to arrive on time, and have to wait -- sometimes up to an hour -- because a walk-in was taken before my arrival.); the salon is clean/neat; and has a 'calm' atmosphere (meaning, the staff does not shout at one another from across the room, or talk on their cell phones while they are with their customers). I've been to many nail salons in Indian Land, and Nail Spa was far beyond perfect. I got the Dipping nails (SNS) and they were the thinnest I've ever had. They also lasted longer compare to other places I've been to. The technicians' carefulness to little things is impeccable. I would recommend this salon to anyone. read more

This place does not honor appointments. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30, got there on time, sat there for 10 minutes then one of the workers asked if I was off. I told her no, I was on my lunch break. She said sorry we are very busy and I asked if I would be done by 3:30 and she said no. I asked her what was the purpose of the appointment?
