I gave a 5 star review based on my first visit which was with the male nail tech. He does a good job. But, recently I went to get dip powder with tips and left the salon utterly disappointed. The old rude lady did my nails and did a crap job. I asked her to cut my cuticles and she went so deep she kept using the drill machine near cuticles and I jumped in pain a couple times. She told me I had weak nails. Anyway, she used gel polish to do a dip powder service which I was surprised about and that what caused lumpy, hazy looking nails. She messed up and used too much glue to apply tips. There was paint on the skin which she ignored. It was a painful service and bad looking nails which I paid 60 dollars for plus tip. read more

Requested a gel manicure in purple so when they started putting on a very light pink, I told him that was not the color I asked for and they got annoyed and then decided to put a slightly darker pink on and when I still said that wasn't the color I asked for they got extremely pissed off and still tried to charge me for the manicure that they were not doing correctly in the first place. Terrible. They get mad when you point out what you want fixed and there's no apex on my acrylics, terrible shaping!!! And lumpy acrylic, her acrylic beads were too runny which led to poor cuticle work and flooding on my nails. I asked for brown French tips and these are possibly a French tip that would look good on short nails but on long nails, I look ridiculous. I will NEVER go here again. If I could I would give zero stars. My mom loves this place but I refuse to go with her anymore. read more

i just got my nails done here today and she cut my fingers up and the acrylic is so lumpy .. tried to get my money back and they said that's not fair because they were losing money and that we were "harassing" them . my cousin got her nails done too and they did a horrible job ! got very defensive when we tried to get a refund . they had a hard time even giving us half of our money back and proceeded to ignore us when we asked for the owners number .. ridiculous ‍ p.s my nails should not BURN when i put them under WATER !! she tried to tell me she dient cut my cuticles if there was no proof you can see where the acrylic is lumpy and my butterfly nail is not even at the top . the last photo is of my pinky fingers where you can see the difference and my fingers are red at the cuticle where she cut me , you can physically see the cuts . read more

Excellently clean operation. Use plastic bag to line bowls before every customer gets nails done. The main reason I come here has to do with this, as I don't want a germ or fungus entering my nails or legs. I'm super picky about a clean nail place. Regular pedicure is $27, deluxe is $35 and up. In line with other nail shops in the area. Gel manicure is $30. Regular manicure & pedicure combo is $35. Have had a gel manicure here and it lasted a month before I took it off. Had the deluxe pedicure and regular with the difference being paraffin on the feet, a cooling gel rub for relaxing muscles, more pampering overall. Great addition to pedicure after a work out. They do a great job. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is they did not offer me a water, or soda like other nail salons in the area. They also bugged me too much to add a manicure or upgrade my services. I come to relax, not to be haggled for a sale. Was put off by that, but will come back as I really enjoyed the quality of their work and clean environment. They only negative was lacking in hospitality and tact. Offer a drink upon seating a client and ask about upgrades, etc once and drop it. That would make a perfect experience for any client coming to Fendi nails. read more

I FINALLY found a place that actually uses plastic liners in their tubs. I even watched them wipe down the chairs after customers left with a pleasant smelling disinfectant. Sanitary nail salons are a big deal for me (even before COVID) so I am very happy. Got a pedi and dip powder mani today. They weren't too busy so I got a chair 5 minutes after I walked in. There's only a few techs in there so they had to stop several times to talk to people walking in (I understand that and don't mind at all). The hot towels and long leg massage were a nice touch too. It's so nice to have a new go-to place right by home! P. S. Don't review a place badly because of the rude customers with screaming children. We did have to wait a little which was fine as I had called ahead for pricing for a pedicure for both my seven-year-old and I upon waiting at the pedicure bowl I asked to do the deluxe manicure and pedicure for myself and just a pedicure for my seven-year-old over the phone I was quoted $20 for my seven-year-old and when the bill came she was actually $25. My nails are very brittle due to having damage to them and the manicure wasn't as great as it could've been some nail polish was on the cuticle around the nail the pedicure was great and they didn't do bad other than the price quote... and the polish on the skin. When I complained, the technician mentioned the owner was charging more to make up for loss COVID business. My response was "This is not right and I won't be back". I came here because of reviews about the cleanliness but honestly left very disappointed. The pedicure basin was lined with a plastic liner which was nice, but the water was so cold! I had to ask two times for them to make it warmer and then after the second time I had to ask for them to turn it down because it had gotten too hot. I guess they just didn't feel like checking the water temp themselves? The tools they used might have been cleaned but I doubt it, as they took them out of a grimy looking plastic case and put them back in the same case after use. They did not offer drinks or anything except upgrades about 3 times. I just wanted a basic manicure and polish. The chairs were quite uncomfortable, my butt hurt after 10 minutes and started going numb soon after. The woman who did my pedicure was younger and barely said 2 words to me. She did a sloppy job removing cuticles which I had to also ask twice for her to fix. In the end though she did a better job than the older woman who came over halfway through the pedicure to do my manicure. She said even less. It was awkward having to have one hand over my body to the side the entire time and did not feel relaxing at all. It was the quickest and sloppiest manicure I've ever had. One of my nails was broken and she didn't even try to file it into some kind of decent shape, just left it. No cuticle oil applied. She didn't even wash or alcohol off the lotion before applying polish so it really makes me wonder how long it will last. She accidentally touched one of the nails and messed it up but instead of redoing it just sloppily fixed it. Two of my nails dried with bubbles in the polish. In the middle of all this the pedicurist looked up and her eyes got wide. She said something in whichever language they were all speaking to each other and another lady swatted at something above my head. Creepy, yes. Spider perhaps? Our visit ended in them swatting at a COCKROACH that was behind my chair. Maybe that's what almost crawled on my head. Worst service.... Asked for prices before starting... their catalogue stated $30 for a full set.. I asked the technician she said... "no that's old, it's $35." Then I asked for the cost with gel polish. That was an additional $10... (But that is typical of any nail salon, they charge extra for EVERYTHING.) Fast forward to the end of the service... The technician finished (which by the way she did a good job... ) at 6:24pm goes to wash her hands and not even a minute later a different lady walks up to me.... she asked me how I am paying... I communicated that I would be paying with a card.. but I was in the middle of texting someone. She says "will you go ahead and pay so we can go home?" I did not comment back I just proceeded to hand her my card while I finished my text... however, the entire time I was thinking...you all close at 7pm... I also didn't plan on hanging out long. During the polishing stage you usually can't text so I felt that this was the best time to send a text back to my significant other. So for the finale... the employees there all speak a different language but some of the language is noticable.... I put "0" for the tip on my card.... the girl rushing me communicates to the lady that I DID NOT tip as she walked back to the register... But I tip in cash so I put a $10.00 bill on her table as I was leaving.... Then the lady who took my payment turned around and said "oh..." and communicated to the technician who did my nails in their language that I in fact DID tip. So to sum things up.... I've been on the hunt to find a good nail salon. Unfortunately, customer service is just as important to me as the actual service. Therefore, I would not recommend this salon for service. It must have been 90 degrees. I continued waiting for 10 to 15 min, at that point I went outside to cool off. Waited longer. Then started calling other providers for an appointment. I was talked in to dip nails for $40. I said that I want coffin shape. I was left with super long, flat, square nails, circa the early 80's but poorly done for $45. The salon is very clean and the employees are very professional. Lancy is as sweet and thorough as they come. She aims to please. She is very meticulous with my nails and does an amazing job. HONESTLY the worst $30 I have EVER spent. Manicure by Tom was the worst I have ever had. It started with my hands soaking in a bowl with COLD water. Nothing in it! Then into scraping and pushing my cuticles back with NO cuticle softener at all!!! It hurt! After polish the lotion was put on my hands but not my arms . I have been coming here for over 2 years and the service has gone DOWNHILL! I know it is a holiday weekend but you should have more people working on a Saturday before a holiday. this place was extremely rude and disrespectful. they got all up in my face and told my mom to hush don't speak. we got our nails done on Thursday May 9 and four of my nails are missing and it's only May 15. we scheduled an appointment for 6:30 and didn't get seated until 7:15. Also one of the ladies told me to let my nails dry at home so she could leave. never will go back there again not even a desperate time. negative. Also they tried to charge us more than what we owed. If I could leave 0 stars I would . I rarely ever leave reviews especially not bad ones, however BELIEVE the reviews you read on here before you even think about going. I tried to call before going in and no one answered the phone . I walked in and asked if they could do a fill in for my SNS dip . They said yes they could, had me sit down and started filing my nails . Completely destroyed my shape and then started putting alcohol on them and that's when I stopped her. She then admitted she didn't know how to do them and passed me on to another person . This woman is complaining she doesn't have enough time to do my nails and is going back and forth with the other woman about her client coming in 20 minutes, she then starts filing my nails so hard they still hurt. I was happy with my experience at Fendi. I am very picky about my nails since I have a hard time keeping any artificial nail from lifting and lasting more than a week. When I told the tech this she said that not to worry if there is an issue to come back and she would fix it. She told me exactly what shape and style I needed since I had a lot of issues. The she set to work, she took her time and made sure the nail looked amazing and was not thick. She even pointed me towards a cuter nail polish than I originally picked. They did my little girls nails and toes and was really sweet to her even when she messed up a nail and they had to start over. This is now my spot for nails! read more
