My daughter dropped me off for a fill in the day after my heart surgery. I picked out my color, but it turned out to be completely different.This is not the first time this has happened ,several times their polish is not good quality it is thick & lumpy. The technicians notice it and use a different polish. I was out of it & even forgot my phone there. The nail technician noticed it but didn't change the polish. I waited to call when the owner came in. I told her I had just spent $60. to get my nails done. That the polish was bad & I just needed to have new polish put on. She said I would need to pay an additional $15.00 to have this fixed. I was shocked at this customer service. I asked some neighbors & I have a new place to go to. Asian family run. Wife likes friendly atmosphere and good detailed work. And can get there in golf cart from Sun City. Hard working with everyone making the family successful. Even dad is at the nails. It is so impressive to walk in as you are warmly greeted and treated as a special guest as a guy waiting for his wife. Lots of shy smiles...charming. I go here every two weeks for a gel manicure, and every 4 weeks or so for a pedicure. I love this place. The people are super friendly, and great at what they do. Its also VERY reasonable (30 dollars for a gel manicure, with gel removal). My favourite part about it is that its just one person working on your mani or pedi. The place I used to go to, I stopped going because I would have a person working on me and someone else at the same time. Not exactly my idea of how a customer should be treated. but at classy nails, everyone is super sweet and great, and dedicated to you. This is my go to spot. I also really respect that they take holidays off. They all work so hard here, and deserve to have time off. Definitely recommend this place! :) read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Great music, but they did a horrible job on my nails. I sat down in the chair & told one lady I would like my nails shorter, then halfway through I was switched to someone else. I told him I wanted them shorter also, & he completely ignored me. They don't have a price menu, so they make up the prices as they go. They even added in their own tip! After a week my nail cracked & polish started chipping, & I paid extra for gel! Went for a mani/pedi and had a completely average experience. My nails look good, there's a decent selection of color, and the staff are friendly, but I felt like it all took place in the family's kitchen. The environment has not one stitch of relaxation. It's loud, bright, and there's an adorable baby with a rattle and many adults walking him around cooing at him and trying to keep him from crying. If you're looking to get your nails painted, this place will do, but if you're looking for a relaxing experience, it will not. read more

I live in Sun city...this was my first time here to get a mani/pedi....i paid 37 plus tips... I got the worst mani/pedi....the polish is way too thick...i got home and didn't even put my slippers on for a few hours to give the polish time to dry....i put my socks and sneakers on...the top of my nails were dry but not underneath....my toes look like bubbles...my left for nails are cut jagged! i would go back but we just left today for a 10 day cruise as for the mani my left thunbthumb chipped early this morning... so now I am on a cruise very unhappy about my expensive mani/pedi....i would love to speak to the owner when we get back...maybe he can make me feel better....i have taken pictures to show him how terrible my mani/pedi turned out! read more

Classy Nails easily fit three women in and was able to put us in pedicure chairs quickly. They didn't have a huge selection of nail polishes, though, in that there weren't a variety of colors. Just about 50 bottles of different dark shades of red. That's really the only downfall to the establishment. The experience was nice. For 35 dollars, you get the basic spa pedicure but you get a lot with it. They removed the polish I had on my toenails and clipped and filed them. They scrubbed my legs with a citrus sea salt, and covered my legs in a kind of green mask. Then they put hot towels on my legs, for the mask to work? maybe? Then they dipped my feet in a paraffin wax, and then lotioned my legs up and applied the new polish to my nails. They were super gentle with me and my other two companions. The reason why I thought it was really nice is because in the old place we used to go to in another state, you wouldn't get so many things for the $35 dollar price and they would rush so much more and sometimes they'd hurt you. At classy nails you don't feel rushed like that. They actually take care of you, which is a nice change. I do agree with Chitown D. in that it's not the prettiest place to go, though. It's very small and kind of cheesy looking, but for me, I can overlook that for the care the people working there take when they perform the service on me. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I hate that I even had to give this place 1 star if I could I would give it negative stars. I gave this place a second chance after a terrible gel manicure experience (which isn't cheap). This time I opted for a regular manicure. My mother and I went in to have our nails done on a Friday afternoon, we knew it would be busy and there would be a chance we would be turned away due to the fact we did not have appointments. We were not turned away, but told it would be 30 minutes, ok cool, so we waited. Well let me tell you I wished they would have had the decency to turn us away rather than take us on and do a less than mediocre job. The manicure I received was lack luster, I received half a hand massage (which is part of what you are paying for with a manicure) my other hand didn't even get massaged, my manicure was interrupted by another customer who came back to have her nail fixed and I was booted from my seat (I am currently 9 months pregnant) so this woman could have her nail fixed....in the middle of my manicure! I paid for my manicure and left a nice tip before the service was over just before my nails were painted because that is when they for your payment....big mistake. Meanwhile my mother was having her own terrible experience, she was having her gel polish removed, by someone who was not trained to remove gel (she found this out afterwards) because they had accepted too many customers at one time and basically short staffed themselves in the process. The lady who removed her gel filed her nails down so far with the electric filing tool that she broke two of my mother's nails and damaged the tops of all her nails so badly it looked like the gel polished was picked off by a child not a so called "professional". Fast forward to the next day, my nail polish is starting to bubble up, yes, bubbles forming under the nail polish and it is flaking off. My nails were painted at 5:30 pm the day before and this is 10am the next morning and I am 9 months pregnant so it's not like I was doing any sort of strenuous activity. I go back to the salon because I would like a refund, not a repaint but a refund, because had they just slowed down and taken their time I feel like both my mother and I could have had a better experience. I would have much rather them have been honest and turned us away, I would have had much more respect for that. The salon refused a refund, told me unfortunately with regular manicures this happens, that I should have gotten a gel manicure...I did not want to pay $40+ for a gel manicure thank you very much, clearly they are just out to make a buck by taking on too many customers at once, rushing through and pushing their pricier products. I have had numerous manicures before and never once have I had one last less than 18 hours. Plus I had a pedicure while I was there (which the gentleman who did it was great) and my pedicure (a regular pedicure) is still in tact so it isn't the regular polish that is the problem here. I truly believe that when you pay for a service no matter what the service, it should be satisfactory and it should be as advertised, I did not get what I paid for. read more
