Love the people there. They always do a great job on my mani pedis. They take their time and make it perfex

Best pedicure I've ever had!! And price is very reasonable. Will definitely be going back for pedicures :-)

Best nail shop in Fort Mill! They allow you to make an appointment and they honor your time slot. The work they do is consistent, professional and beautiful. I love that they remember my services and are so patient when I'm indecisive about nail colors. My fav part is that they are a husband and wife team with their daughters helping out. I miss the grandmother that was there for a short period of time. She is fun and feisty. read more

Yeah! I finally found a place that I LOVE. Clean, cute and friendly. Prices were exactly where I wanted them, and you get a lot for your money. I have gone to many salons trying to find my "home place" and I'm so happy I gave this place a shot. I waited a bit for my Pedi to start but honestly I don't care. They made sure I was sitting in a seat while I waited with the massage chair on. They offered drinks... water, wine or soda. Umm yep, I'm in. They had bags over the pedi bath which I love, so much more sanitary. Nail tech was really friendly and wasn't shy about giving a good leg massage. This will be my spot from now on! read more

Nice friendly staff and I LOVE my nails. The only thing is they are a bit pricey, however, I'd definitely recommend.

Having traveled the country and with many nail salon under my belt, I can speak really well about this experience. The professional staff and skilled technicians did an awesome job with my mani-pedi. Definitely a return customer. It's not a fancy shop but the draw for me is the staff and that they take the time to render proper service. read more

I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews. After I was greeted and told to pick out a bottle of polish, no one ever helped me again. I found my way to somewhere to sit, but during the time I waited I weighed the pros and cons of the salon and left. This is why I left: 1. Very few nail polish is to choose from. I was going to end up using a polish that I brought with me that was in my purse. 2. The polishes that were available were only halfway full. Nothing looked new. I would have been wary that they were extremely thinned down 3. Run down appearance. This Salon is the bare bones minimum. There was nothing luxurious feeling about it, yet the prices were only a few dollars less expensive than the nicest salons in the area and exactly the same as the much nicer salon that I ended up finding within walking distance at the strip center next to it. I took a photo of the polishes so maybe you can see for yourself. I cannot speak to the quality of the work. However, I would never go back here or recommend it to a friend. I would tell friends to stay away because it was a waste of time to even walk in due to the disgusting looking polishes and the fact that you can go somewhere else for the same price and actually feel like you are in a real nail salon, not a basement. read more

Vivi Nails Spa - Look at the yellow bottle on the top row. All of the bottles look like that, but it did not show up in the photo - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Mill, South Carolina

Made an appointment at 1:30 for two full set and one pedicure (two people). I got there at 1:36pm, but as soon as I walked in the salon was getting inspected. They were talking to the inspector and looking at papers. We weren't called until maybe 2pm for my sister to get a pedicure. I got called up at 2:15pm to start on my full set. The lady glued on the fake nails, then sat another person down and told me to she was going to finish her first then get back to me. What?! After a couple minutes, I was very upset and told her to cut my nails because they were very busy and that I didn't have to do it. My sisters pedicure was almost done at this point and they had started someone else's pedicure. Then she proceeds to tell me I was 10 minutes late. I would've felt bad, but they were getting inspected anyway. I have a two toddlers under two. I thought I'd treat myself with my sister. Don't take appointments you cannot handle. I rather them be transparent from the start. read more

Vivi Nails Spa - Wonderful treatment! Hot towels and gorgeous nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Mill, South Carolina

Me and my friend went here to get our nails done, acrylic extensions to be exact, and they were awful. The price was low, and the work definitely showed that. The acrylic was on our cuticles, and the structure of the nail was awful. They were so flat, that my friends nail broke within just a few days after getting them done. We had to take them off because our fingers were starting to hurt. Once they were off, we realized that they used the electric file to prep our nails, and in doing so, made a deep well in our natural nail. I am questioning whether the nail techs at this salon even have a cosmetology license. Please don't go here. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in here during a layover to kill some time. It was his first time getting a pedicure and he loved it! The prices are reasonable and the staff was great. My feet are as soft as ever. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I've had two manicures here, and I'm a little surprised at the great ratings. I mean, it's not awful, but it's certainly not in my rotation of best places to go. The salon itself looks pretty rundown on the inside - you're definitely not paying for atmosphere. On my last visit, I couldn't decide between two colors, so I asked the tech for her opinion, and she stared at me uncomfortably and quietly said, "Whichever one you want." Okay then. She then couldn't get the top off the color I picked, so we went with the other one. The manicure itself was good, but she didn't speak the entire time. I'm an introvert, and I hate idle chit cat that drones on, but give me a quick "How's your day?" or something to make me feel a little more welcomed. read more

I just had a wonderful pedicure! My feet are soft and they were super accommodating. Great Prices and friendly staff. Although I wish the polish selection had more to choose from I still found a nice color. I will come back and visit for sure! read more

I went to get my tone nails re-polished when I asked how much they were hesitant and spoke Amongst each other then told me 15$ anywhere else charges 5-7$. Not being cheap. I excepted the price of $15 the polish pitch that I picked was half full when she put it on my toes it was Sophie and left streaks when I spoke to her about it she aggressively took the polish off and then I'll pick another polish that was a better polish and when she put the base coat on I notice she put the base coat on part of the toe not the whole toe when I confronted her about that she aggressively took the polish off and then re-polish started to re-polish. And she seem angry so I decided I wasn't gonna let her do my toes so I got up and left read more

This place does great work. The prices are fair, they are very sanitary, and my nails always look awesome. Highly recommended!!

Would agree. Very clean and they do great manicures and pedicures at a good price. And they're consistent.

Enjoyed my services at this nail salon. Very friendly service and helpful with choosing colors. I had a gel polish which has lasted 3 weeks. I also had a pedicure which lasted as well. There were dozens of colors and brands to choose from. Will be going back! read more

Let's first start by stating I never take the time to right a review however this service was so egregious I had to say something! When making my 9:00 am appointment it was stressed to me that being on time is an absolute. I arrived at 8:48am. My tech did not arrive until 9:30am. In the meanwhile, I was placed at a station to soak off my acrylics and was given cotton balls a cloth to clean off my own nails!!? Once the tech arrived she was told what I want to have done. She asked to see my picture and I asked again if this type of work can be done. She said yes. Just to be sure I asked specifically can YOU do such work and she assured me yes she could. As you can see, the last pic ( ending result) is what I paid 69.00 for.... Is it me or does my nails look totally different than the pictures I presented? The first pic shows the color I wanted and the second pic shows how I wanted my nails shaped. Again, do my nails look anything like the request made? What's really crazy is that the tech knew I was dissatisfied and didn't care to the point of being rushed out of her seat so she could get to the next client! Not cool! Needless to say I will not patronize this establishment again! read more

This used to be my favorite salon, but customer service has gone down so bad, I will not return. I was upset that I had an appointment, and was asking how much longer the wait when one of the employees, (I think the one managing this location) began laughing at my situation. That angered me, and I looked directly at her and said "It's not funny" she continued laughing. Since my daughter was half done with her pedicure, I decided to go ahead with mine which finally began almost an hour after the appointment time. Let me just say, this is the worst pedicure I have ever had, and that is a shame since I used to be treated like a valued customer. Word of mouth goes a long way. Liz Rollins read more

Getting my nails done is honestly my favorite past time and vivi and her nail salon ruined it for me. I accidentally got a smudge on my toe nail polish and asked the technician if she could redo that one toe and then she responded with "you'll die eventually, fatty" read more

Mani/pedi wasn't that good. Apparently, the nail tech didn't have much experience. Very disappointed with the service.

Just left and all I can say is impressed! I am huge on customer service and I got it from my first step in the door. I am visiting from out of town, so I didn't know if this would be the place for me, but the reviews were great, so I thought I'd check it out. I was greeted by every employee in sight, asked how I could be helped, and then assured that I could be. I had to wait but that gave me time to decide on color :) I was also reassured several times that it would be just a little longer (although I wasn't in a hurry, I truly appreciated not being ignored!). Through the process of getting my nails done, I was treated wonderfully by Lee. She was kind, gentle, never rushed or assumed I wanted something I didn't. She truly treated me with respect. Also when I went to wash my hands she gave me a warm towel to dry them off with, so nice. I've never had that before! She had also offered me a drink when we say down, so many nice things, I just can't remember them all! Please go see them!! :) great prices, great people!! read more

I learned about this salon today and made a visit. WOW! This place is fantastic. The staff are great, friendly, and take their time and make you feel like you're the only customer in the place. Its clean, the prices are very reasonable, much better than an upscale salon that I generally go to, and will make this my go to place from now on for my peds and mans. read more
