My mom and I have been coming here for the past few years and we are never disappointed. I love that they're always willing to try new things/designs on my nails. The vibe is very calming and cute. It's owned by a very nice couple. It's just the two of them but they do amazing work and I'm never disappointed. My mother and I came in to get pedicures. They did amazing!!! We loved every bit of the service but then another female client of theirs came in and proceeded to stare us down our entire experience. Legit kept turning around to stare at us in the pedicure chairs lol. At the end when we were checking out I just stared that woman down too. My mom says "maybe it's cause I'm wearing overalls" HAHAHA. Girl who cares. Regardless we will be returning, we loved them and their service, kind and sociable people! just hope we manage to not come in at the same time as that woman again I wanna relax without being glared at the entire time. read more

I love my nails! They are very neat around the cuticles, not think or chunky, well shaped - everything I asked for. I scheduled my appointment earlier in the day, called to say I was delayed and if they could still take me if I was 30 minutes late. They said come on in. I love that this is run by a husband and wife working together to provide for themselves and their daughter. It's small, relaxing and intimate. I truly enjoyed getting my nails done here. I felt very welcomed not rushed to get in and out like some other places or told what kind of nails I should get, etc. I will most definitely be back! This salon is very clean! Make an appointment a day or two ahead of time because they have a lot of clients. This is a family owned business and I like to support local stores. I am a very busy person and I appreciate how quickly Amy and Leng work but also do a fabulous job!! Their daughter makes her rounds with a meet and greet which is another reason I like going to this place. She's adorable! The first time I went there my nails were done by Amy, the owner's wife. "Leng" is the owner. Well, I go back twice just to get a man's manicure. First time it was a weekend day, obviously busy. I understand that. Now, I go back on Monday 10am and both Amy and "Leng" (a male) are working on one customer. I walked in and asked if they had time to do a simply man's manicure. The answer I got was from "Leng" and it was in a very unpleasant tone. The response was, "No. We have a lot of people coming in today." There was not one pleasant vibe in his voice whatsoever. Although I was very pleased with the way my nails were done, by Amy, the first and only time, I don't believe I will be going back to this place. Customer service is supposed to be appreciative of someone walking in the door. Clearly, this location does not have this. I hope my fellow YELP users find this review helpful. UPDATE JUNE 15, 2022: LOWERED MY PRIOR, INITIAL 2-STAR REVIEW to a 1-STAR REVIEW. (See JUNE 15, 2022 UPDATE BELOW) I just called to give a 2nd chance to this location because I feel everyone and every place/business deserves a 2nd chance as well as because Amy did a phenomenal job. I'm always one to give people the benefit of the doubt. Today, I just spoke on the phone with "Leng", the owner, and husband of "Amy" who did a fabulous job with my men's manicure the first and only time I visited the location.. Upon calling in, it was made clear by Leng himself, that he was upset with my review. I explained that this is an opportunity to "make it right" as I was able to set an appointment to tomorrow at 1:30pm. He goes on to explain how, during my first/only visit, I was speaking politics. Leng stated that it made the neighboring young (30something) female having her nails done...."nervous & afraid"! My thought, internally was, "why"? And the next thought was, well that's on her, the customer. People do talk politics. We are all adults, supposedly. At any rate, Mr. Business Owner, rationalized his behavior about his lack of customer service after I clearly stated that I will not speak of ANY politics during my visit. He interrupts me as I am speaking and explaining that I have been caring for a 78 yr old mother that just went through 7 chemotherapies and a full hysterectomy and it's resulting stress upon me. Leng's response? ....an unbelievable, "Everyone has their stress. I have my stress." What a minimizing, dehumanizing, uncompassionate response, especially from a supposed 5 year business owner whose objective it is to obtain customers. Unbelievable! It simply boggles the mind. There is clearly a reason why so many businesses fail. This guy's got a LOT to learn. FYI: The source of any review is important, so as to enable the review to have so much credibility or lack thereof. To that point, I am a former franchisee of Liberty Tax Service (top 20% of new franchisees by revenue, entity #5122) as well as an "Area Manager" for Rosetta Stone, Ltd., (9 stores in the Los Angeles market) the international language learning software company used by the military, civilians, and educational institutions. Best Nail salon in Fort Mill / Tega Cay!! They did a great job on my daughter's powder dip manicure, the shape and thickness are perfect. The owners (husband and wife) are VERY kind and friendly. During my visit several regular clients came in and you can tell the owners take the time to get to know their customers. They have established a very welcoming atmosphere. The salon is extremely clean and organized. Upon walking out my daughter and I both said that was the best nail salon experience we have had. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely be back. I noticed one not so kind review from a gentleman, who from his other Yelp reviews, seems impossible to please. I scheduled an appointment which I unfortunately had to miss due to a sudden family emergency. They called me 4 times, left multiple voicemails with a 10 minute span, however I was unable to answer due to being in the hospital with my grandma. I have attempted to call back to apologize and schedule another appointment, however they have blocked my number. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate way to run a business, and I am highly disappointed in how they would treat a customer who has made every other appointment and tipped well. read more

I never do reviews but I think this place deserves it. I have been coming here for dip manicures and pedis for almost a year. I have tried multiple nail salons locally and Amy and Leng are great at what they do. I rarely come in with broken or chipped nails because they do a great job! read more

This is the best place in town. Amy and Leng take their time and area always consistent. They never rush and it is so clean in there.
