While she worked on my calluses, she missed major sections of my heels, and spent too much time on the soft skin of the arch. Not sure why. Although there was no need, and they're not supposed to, she clipped the corners of my nails at a 45° angle and pulled my cuticles back. That will do nothing but create ingrown toenails. Instead of pushing my cuticles back, she just began cutting them off. After clipping my toenails down with the nail clippers, she used a very aggressive nail file and roughly filed the free edge of my toes. After half heartedly, massaging the scrub into my legs and feet, she applied moisturizer. But then she use the hot towels to wipe all the moisturizer off. Finally, as you can see from the photographs, she attempted to apply the nail polish. It's thick in some spots and thin and others, and in other sections, she missed entirely. Although it has been top coded, the surface is rough and she got paint on my toes and left it there. You may wonder why I didn't say anything while all this was being done. It's simple. I shouldn't have to tell them how to do this right. I may as well have done this myself.
