I hated the way the nail tech was doing my nails. Didn't do my cuticles, came for a simple acrylic tips and a soft pink color. My nails looked like they were already a week old. The shaping was horrible and made my nails look weird because she didn't use the same size nail on both hands. Then got an attitude because the color I chose didn't match the color in the bottle. Saying the polish is old. I ve come here multiple times and had to end the service just to get my nails done somewhere else. I will never be back rude and a waste of my time and money. read more

On a recent visit to Charlotte, I visited this nail salon. This location was across from the hotel I was staying in. This location is next door to the Pizza Hut. Free, ample parking. Prior to going, we called to ensure that the services we needed were available. The lady who answered was very friendly and helpful. Upon entering, we were promptly serviced. This place is a nice size that can easily accommodate at least 30 clients. So if there's a wedding party or a girls night out, this might be something to consider! Nice decor as well! They have a whole wall of color selections. My nail tech Dao was fast and efficient! I was pleasantly satisfied with my services. When I go back to Charlotte, I will definitely be returning. Second time here today. First time was on 5/13. I called before I came, easily made an appointment and was seated as soon as I got in. Amy did my nails that day. Sns with some designs. I'll add the photo the nails were orange and white. I also got a basic pedicure. Total for both services was $90. Today 5/26 I again called before I came and Jay did my SNS. He was super cool to chat with and did a great job on my nails. Similar design as before but this time pink and white nails. I also did a polish change on my toes to match. For the SNS with design and polish change it was $75. I was offered something to drink and just chose water but I saw other customers had wine, mimosas etc. The music was good. The first time I came it was hip hop today it was more alternative/pop. There are plenty of stations for both pedicures and nails and tons of employees. I'd still recommend calling ahead to reserve your spot. It's recommended that you pay in cash to avoid a service fee. They do have an atm inside. Tips are cash or cash app only. Decided last minute I wanted to get a full set before my trip. I had no appointment at my regular spot so i knew xmas eve would be tough to get in so I randomly stopped in at Premium. Beautiful salon and huge. One star deducted because I was never greeted by anyone and it took 10 mins for someone to ask me what I was in for. After about a 20 min wait I got in with Jay. He was personable and funny which I appreciate because I hate not being able to feel comfortable communicating with the technician. Jay also was experienced, I showed him a pic and he matched the color quick and accurately. I feel like I waited longer to get my nails done than the actual service because Jay moved so fast. I did get something super simple but I have gotten something simple other places and left annoyed and felt like so much time was spent and waisted. All and all I would return. This place was recommended to me by a co workers wife. I've gone to them about 3 times and the experiences have been ok in a sense that they get the job done. This most recent time, I went was on a Saturday, I was told 4 times that I was almost next and called to sit at two different stations but got skipped over. I waited over two hours. I understand Saturdays are busy and in the past have made an appointment and left and came back. I offered to do that this time and again was told I was next so continued to wait. My biggest complaint though is the fact that my brand new set of nails lasted no more than 5-6 days. By the 7th day 5 nails have popped off. Sunday the salon is closed according to the hours on Google. I called Monday to have them re done and have been told because I had them more than 3 days I would be charged for a completely new set. I have not done anything out of the ordinary to cause the nails to pop off and take part of my real nails with them... DO NOT waste your money or time at the place for LOW Quality product/work. read more

The facility was new and clean and had plenty of space to spread out for safe distance if you care about social distancing. The polish wall was massive and the color options were impressive. I will never come here again! Came in for sns and design completed by Kim. As we were getting ready to finish up, she asked me to check my nails to make sure they are filed how I want them. When I looked, my middle finger was a mess! (Picture attached). I asked her to fix it and she refiled it but it still looked the same so I asked her to redo it. She looks at me and says "you can have someone else file it. I'm done" and walked away. The problem is they charge well over $80 for nails with designs which I have 0 problem with paying but only if it's done RIGHT! I enjoyed getting my pedicure. The lady that did my eyebrows did an amazing job. I went on a Tuesday afternoon so I expected for it to not be too busy, was seated about 4 minutes after arriving which I loved. I give 4 stars because based on the reviews I saw that with a pedicure you're offered a beverage and I wasn't offered one. ( that's not a big deal but I was looking forward to that ) I did have to ask the lady doing my pedicure to clean under my toenails ( not sure if she had planned on doing it but by that time it seemed like she was done with cleaning and hadn't cleaned under my toenails ) She placed what I believe to be lotion on my legs and it was left there the entire time while painting my toes and I've never had it sit that long on my legs, it was really dry by the time she put the hot towels on my legs. Outside of those few things it was a good pedicure. I do want to go back and try the jelly spa pedicure but has to go with the deluxe since it was my first time coming here. read more

I came here to get my nails done . A full gel set, French and short. The lady does my nails and we're almost finish. So she starts putting the top clear gel coat. I look down at my nails and my cuticles are crazy. She didnt clean them up. So I ask her to do that and she says "that a extra $5. But isn't cleaning the cuticles apart of cleaning/preparing the nail bed . She said that's only for manicure. "A lot of salons charge that" I explained I have NEVER IN MY YEARS OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE HEARD THAT. They always clean that up. So she did a full gel set on me and didn't clean my cuticles. She did clean them but charged me for it. And I feel so jipped. Like they were just charging to get extra money. Any full set comes with nail preparation. And nail preparation is cleaning the cuticles also. read more

My wife and I walked in to find out about their services and what they charge. My wife wanted to remove her acrylics and get them redone. My wife explained in detail what she wanted done and show her a photo. The lady said it would cost 55 dollars. I thought it was a little much, but I was like ok, we will return next week. We returned the following week, this other lady did my wife's nails. She did Not do a good job! My wife is from Colombia and the way they do her nails, it's 10 times better then the way this business did them. When it's time to pay, she told me 85 dollars. I said the owner told me 55, why is it 30 dollars more. The lady argued with me, trying to explain as she is stuttering. I told her how terrible of a job she did and that we will find another salon, because this salon doesn't know what they are doing and she was trying to rob me. I do Not recommend this salon.
