Will not be returning, Paid for a "Deluxe" pedicure and it was below average. I expect since the description said it featured an extended massage that it would be worth my while. Question for the owners. Do you think customers want you to squeeze their legs for 5 minutes or get a regular degular foot massage?? I had to ask if they offer drinks which isn't a big deal but it does make the experience better when offered. Oh oh and the cherry on top was the towel he had my nails and dead skin on was bumped in the water where my feet was still in. I was so startled! I got regular white gell toes. Jenny did my service. She was very quiet whenever I tried to engage in convo but was talking to another worker that came and sat next to us.Asked for the classic manicure since I am more of an at home nails girly. I told her not to do any polish or anything and I just wanted my cuticles and extra skin removed. She did take her time however the shaping was not even, didn't push back my cuticle before cutting it so she left some streaks on my nail itself and then went over everything with the drill which I feel like made my nails feel more brittle and sensitive. My nails don't look great but I feel like they could've looked worse! read more

RUDE RUDE RUDE! WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Pedicure was first, they did a good job. Then I waited for next available technician for my fingernails. Waited for 45 minutes before walking out. Multiple times the staff told their peers I was waiting and they continued to address several new customers by name (clearly giving preferential treatment) and ushering them infront of me. This happened approximately at least 6 times. When I reminded them I was still waiting they brushed it off and ignored me. It was embarrassing. They will never get my business again. read more

Interesting time in our country and the world and with so much of the country still under "stay home" orders, nail salons are certainly an essential service in my book. Shop re-opened last week and the new way of doing business was certainly evident here. Masks required, instructions to wash our hands immediately upon entry, temperatures taken and consent forms filled out. Plexiglass shields were present in front of both the mani&pedi stations. Southern charm emanates from each employee and after over 2 months of not being able to get pampered, this was a most pleasant experience and and long overdue. Two manis & pedis (mine with regular polish) totaled $80. This was my step mothers favorite place (G-d rest her soul) and my Dad honors her recommendations by continuing to patronize this establishment. read more

This palace has great customer service BUT the quality is not all that great. Ive witnessed it live but they thin down their nail polish to avoid cost of their end and to keep you coming back for more nail maintenance. So when I expected for my gel to last for at least 2 weeks, it only lasted for 4 days. I didnt it do dishes or cleaning or anything with my nails when I had them done so I don't see how the quality could go down. However, a positive about this place : they did a great job on the manicure but the quality of the gel polish sucks! I don't think I'll be back because I paid 60 for a gel mani and toe polish and I left a tip. You get a rip off when you come here. The owner was gracious enough to redo the nails again but still the polish came off the next day! Yikes read more

I needed to go here because my normal nail salon was closed due to the owners traveling. I have probably had 20 dip manicures in my life and this one did not work for me. They kept breaking. This has never happened to me before. I had to go back 2 times and then the third I wanted to have them take it off. The main person who greeted me was rude and blamed me for the problem. I wasn't trying to blame anyone I made it clear it was not working out for me so let's just take them off. I sat there for 5 minutes and it became clear I was not going to be helped anytime soon. You need to be a regular to get proper service here. It is very cliquey. I have gotten two pedicures here and they were fine. I would not recommend. read more

I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews. My family just moved to the area and this salon was so close. The woman who did my pedicure and gel fill was nice but she did a terrible job on my cuticles, I might've soaked my feet for 3 mins total. Mind you it was just water in the pedicure bowl she never added anything just turned the water on. Her shaping was horrible and my nails just sad all around my gel polish is different shades of the color I picked. I will not be returning. At one point I asked her for the file and started shaping my nails ive been getting an overlay for 20 years but I've learned to pick my battles not everyone can do a good job. I paid and tipped bc I appreciate her time but it's a do not recommend for me. read more

I'm disappointed in the services I received this past Saturday morning. I highly recommended this salon to my friend since her salon ran out of business and she said, I quote "I don't think I'll go back." Not even a week later my nails (pictured below) are chipping and my friend's toe after her pedicure (pictured below as well) is swollen from a potential dirty tool. I love the people who work there, they're super nice and they do a WONDERFUL eyebrow wax but I don't think I'll be back after my THIRD unsatisfied gel manicure. read more

They are amazing. It's hard to find a friendly nail salon where the employees engage with you and that does a great job. When I moved to the area 4 years ago I had a hard time finding a nail salon but once I went to Nail Palace I knew I would never go anywhere else. The prices are great too. Hands down THE BEST nail salon I've been to in the Fort Mill area. I went in for a full "makeover" and was out in under two hours. Fresh set of nails, pedicure and waxing. Everyone was friendly and the place is lively. The staff engages with the clients and not just each other. I was lucky enough to have service done by John, Kim and Leana! I finally found my new salon. The pricing is on point and the time spent is just right. They do get busy as others have figured out they are the best so make an appointment if you get fidgety sitting for a few minutes!!! read more

I followed Lilly ( the manager) from another Salon. She does a great job and is very quick. I always like the way my nails look. I have also had a couple of the other techs do them and they are equally as good. Since Lilly and her family has taken this over they have really updated the look.
