There is a parking lot and a parking deck where I found parking. It is upstairs. The facility is nothing fancy, the pedicure chairs are massage chairs. They have a TON of polish options both gel and not, so that was nice but I found the bottles to be sticky when searching for a color. I wasn't rushed when picking a color which was nice. It was HOT inside. It was an 81 degree day at the beginning of April so maybe they weren't prepared for that yet (they did have fans on) but I was extremely hot. They had the radio on so some commercials played, not constant music. I wasn't offered a drink or any beverages. The nail tech was rough on my nails and feet, there were several points I was uncomfortable and even wondered if I might bleed. I do have cuts on my toes after. Upon entering, I was greeted by the manager and advised that I wanted a manicure with gel polish. Sofi provided my service. During the first several minutes, she repeatedly tried to persuade me to switch to acrylic or SNS, despite my clearly and consistently stating that I did not want those services. Additionally, she appeared frustrated when I changed my mind about my polish color. As a customer, I believe I have the right to adjust my color choice--especially when the original color was not fully available or sealed. What was most concerning was that Sofi began speaking about me to the manager in their language during my service. I understood the conversation and had to address both of them directly, advising that it was inappropriate to discuss me while my manicure was still in progress. This was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Although I paid and tipped, I will not be returning. I hope this serves as a reminder for the business to be mindful of how they speak about customers--especially since you never know who may understand the language.
