Service and quality of work are 10/10! My favorite nail salon in Rockhill! I've been going for about a year now!

I am new-ish to Rock Hill and have been looking for a nail bar that is in the area. Overall the nails look okay.. I asked for short almond and every finger is a different shape... soft square, almond, oval. I know short almond is hard to do and if the technician would have told me she thinks square would be better i would have listened, but no suggestion was made. I got French tips and some are u-shaped and others are soft round technique. I did go back in for a second opinion regarding the application and was told it was fine. I am pretty shy so I just left feeling defeated. Overall she was very kind, but the work and attention to detail does not reflect the price $70 + $10 tip. Never in my life have I ever been so shaken up. coming into a salon with nobody barely there on a Monday before the busy holiday. Rushed to sign in and sit down to get nails done just for them to come out crappy and botched. With No professionalism stating that you're tired from Super Bowl night wit's the bros, overly sharing how drunk you are... you would think by 3 PM you would be sober by now. Insinuating that the customer does not have money is insane.He wanted to go home so bad he continued to make personal calls with wifey, while ignoring questions about designs and color and then proceeded to rush the nails and then blame it on customer when clearly your irritable! Dropping nail polish all over the area and yelling and over manipulating to change up the colors I requested just because nobody has done it before and nobody wears that! Rude at its finest, I asked for a drink, never received it until another busy nail tech rushed over and offered to grab me one after several request while in the middle of servicing someone else. No flawless finish or design. Load of crap for $90! Louis, take the day off next time to keep from ruining your clients day with personal issues. read more

Just save your money and go somewhere else. This is my usual spot but lately it's been sooo bad. I've NEVER had to ask for polish to be removed but I did recently here. The lady gave a poor pedicure overall but the polish is where I drew the line. I asked her to remove the polish but she insisted that she try again. (She also blamed my toes, but whatever). The second attempt was worse than the first and I asked her to remove it again and let me leave. I still paid $30 for the worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. Decided to try this place out, cant say I was impressed. Initially I was intrigued, spoke on instagram with an associate and they painted a much more cooperative, organized arrangement. I expected a wait due to them being new and not accepting appointments for their grand opening which made sense but almost 4 hours?...arrived at 11:15 and didn't get seen or spoken to about our service......I informed the host about the wait but she seemed indifferent. I will never return here again if I could get this place negative star review I would. It's overpriced then nails on each of my hands do not even match the other one. They're bulky they're sharp they didn't get filed correctly and it's like he couldn't even understand what I was saying. Elon nails is so amazing but you can't always listen to a nine-year-old about to turn 10 but this one girl, her name is Leslie and she's amazing. She always dose my nails I even gave her a picture once but she's the best. I don't know about anybody else, but I think she's the best. I even told her I don't trust anybody else but Leslie if you are reading this I think you know who it is but I give this place five stars I always used to go to a different place before but now I go to Leslie that works at Elon's nails and I think she should be the manager of that place but sadly she's not. and I'm about to go there tomorrow and I'm gonna give her a big tip. but remember, you always listen to a nine-year-old about to turn 10 but at least try Leslie. The prices were very high and my nail polish started chipping the day after I got them done.

I have gone here several times and it was ok but when I went on Friday it was horrible. I called earlier in the afternoon and asked if they would have time for a gel, fill in and child's manicure at 5. I was told absolutely. We arrived on time and stood there awhile before anyone acknowledged us. Then they had the 3 of us go sit at the stations. Cool, no problem. They started on my daughters nails as well as my Goddaughter so I figured as soon as someone was available they would come to me. They were done around 5:45 and no one even acknowledged that I was still there. I asked about it and a guy said 2 minutes/ it was after 6 when someone got to me and he was supremely annoyed that he had to do my nails. He was huffy and rude and so unprofessional. I wish I had gotten his name but was so ready to get out of there, plus, at 640 when he actually finished my nails my girls had been done an hour. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I will not be back. Please consider other salons before you go there. Waste of time and money for sure! read more

This was my 2nd, and LAST, visit! I called a week ago and made a 10am appointment. I arrived 4 minutes early, just behind a group that was being assisted. I checked in for my pedicure and was asked if I would also like a manicure as well. After being assured that my pedi would be right after I decided to get one. That was the shortest mani I have ever received...15 minutes and it was done. Then I was taken back to the pedicure area and seated across from a group of 6. The water in the foot basin wa s cold and even after asking, it remained that way for a LONG time. 1.5 hours long! They left me sitting there for 90 minutes before coming to do my feet. It did not get better. Finally it someone asked if everything was good and I said no. I explained that taking 3 hours for a 45 minute service was beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I was then told they could not guarantee an appointment being on time. I said that I didn't expect it to be exactly on time but that a 2 hour delay was insane. I was offered a 15% discount, when all customers were already getting 10% for the holidays. REALLY? Customer satisfaction and time is not important to them. I then went b to pay with a gift card but since I had purchased it weeks prior on sale I was told I could not use it. WHAT?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I will never go back and will make sure that everyone I know knows not to go there either. One additional note...it was the owner I spoke to so there was no one else that could assist me. read more
