I brought my 9 year old with me the first time and we were the only customers in there. Everyone was super nice and accommodating to our needs. I was able to converse with them and found out some of them went to the same school my daughter attends now. Needless to say, it's a family owned business and they are very friendly. Its Very clean and modern. The second visit, I was alone and they were busy, but the service was the same! Excellent customer service and attention to detail! I highly recommend this spot! Relaxing chairs, great leg and foot massages, and I feel like a million bucks when I leave!

I came in with a friend for a scheduled pedicure appointment. Early on, I accidentally dropped a bottle of nail polish. It broke and splashed across the floor and all over my arm. I apologized right away and asked where I could find supplies to clean up the mess myself. Two employees told me to "back up" and nothing more, then cleaned up the floor themselves. They speak English, so there was no language barrier. No one offered me anything to clean the polish off my arm, or even asked if I was okay. Another employee pointed to the pedicure chairs without a word or any eye contact. From there, no one spoke to either of us. We weren't asked what kind of pedicure we wanted, and I received only the most basic service. An extra step was added only after my friend interrupted the employees' conversation to ask about it. The first time anyone addressed me was at checkout, to tell me I was being charged $5 for the broken bottle, followed by my total. I was already embarrassed about the accident. I wasn't careless or intoxicated; it was simply an accident, and I would have handled the cleanup myself if given the chance. I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not how a longtime customer should feel. I used to recommend this salon often, but I won't be returning or referring anyone going forward.

I used to visit another local salon that was great but, I was a bit short on time so I decided to stop here instead. I arrived shortly after the salon opened and was able to be seen immediately. There were plenty of employees ready to take a customer, despite there already being a few at the salon. The decor is very warm and welcoming. The staff was very polite and my fill came out great! I don't like thick acrylics and the woman who took care of me did a great job of ensuring that wasn't what I got. The nail color selection is huge and, the entire process was done in less than an hour. My one and only complaint is that some of the edges of my nails were left a little rough but, nothing that a quick file at home wasn't able to resolve. I was unsure about stopping into this location after reading some of the reviews but, instead, I've found a new nail salon to frequent in the area!
