It wasn't turned back on at any point. He started the pedi without turning the water on and I was confused. He said he thought I wanted gel polish change on my toes and I sad no, I want a full pedi with gel. I figured he was giving me blah service bc he thought I wanted a plain mani and pedi polish change so I asked for 2nd most expensive pedi because l thought, let me spend some more money so they could treat me nicer AND end up with the pedi I want. Nope. Pedi was rushed. He BARELY scrubbed my feet, I'm not exaggerating when I say he used the pumice for maybe 20 seconds on each foot. I didn't say anything bc I thought he may come back and do it better after he took the gel off. This guy pulled my feet out the jelly stuff (slime with jelly balls in them, I asked for it but regret) and did my whole pedi with jelly all over my toes, feet, and legs. Didn't wipe off until after he put the towels on. At this point I even asked another employee her name because she was doing a better job and I want to know who to ask for next time (her name is Lee) After all that I asked about the brow tint I booked and he said the the lady wouldn't be back until maybe Thursday this week. I left with no additional massage, no brows, dry hands and feet. But the place is cute.

It's very clean and well organized and lots of chairs to accommodate the large weekend bookings. Tucked away in a shopping plaza right off Fort Mill Parkway in the Arden neighborhood. Next door you'll find Emilios Pizza & Pub, The UPS store, the Zoom Room and Sweet Frogs. If you pay cash, you can get a basic Pedi for just $35 bucks. I especially like that you don't get the overwhelming smell of the acrylic nail polish. She went behind the counter and picked up a menu that looks like something you go to a restaurant to get and she opened it up and pointed to the $10. I would not recommend this nail salon due to the fact that they are not honest in communicating their prices prior to services being rendered. Eventually a 3rd tech came in, did one person's pedicure, moved to the next, started another and then the other techs helped out. My toe was nicked and I was told it was like that before I got there which was bs. My granddaughter saw me grimace when it happened. On top of all this our nails looked terrible. The "manager" must have known we were upset, we each received a $5 gift card. $266 later and we left dissatisfied.

I returned to the salon to have this corrected, per my placed phone call to the business on August 2, 2026, and was advised to come back for the repair. The technician addressed the chipped nails, but the correction resulted in an uneven color, leaving the remaining nails noticeably lighter. When I politely brought this color discrepancy to his attention, his response was unprofessional. He asked, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I requested an additional coat to match the nails. He did the service with an attitude, stating that he was too busy. While I understand he was with another customer and paused briefly to service me, I informed him that I understand you may be busy however I have already paid. Given the poor customer service, I would visit the lounge again however would not want to be serviced by him.
