I'm just going to say my experience here was ok. It takes a lot for me to give a rating below a 4 or 5. I came with a friend who was getting a pedicure. I didnt need a pedicure, so I opted for a basic manicure. I know they don't last, but I just wanted to be pampered for a little while she had her pedi. The woman kept trying to upsell me into a gel mani that I did not want nor want to pay for. I understood the regular mani would not last more than a couple days. After I was done, I asked if I could sit with my friend in a massage chair (the place was empty). The other girl said no because it was not part of my service. Really? Made an appointment here with my friend to get full set acrylic. We didn't go to our normal spot because it was a Sunday and they were closed. Our appointment was at 2 and they didn't start my friends nails until 3. It took 3 hours total and we did not receive what we initially wanted. The shape is off and the nail quality is subpar. Our nails are VERY sore the next day and the acrylic nail is unusually sharp. They also charged my friend 5 dollars extra and we have the exact same nails? The two nail techs working were polite and nice but overall it was not a good experience. read more

I came in today and I don't know whom this new young lady is but she has her butt on her shoulders. the old lady with glasses doesn't understand what you want at all. I tried to tell her she filed my middle finger on the right hand to much and that now al the other need to be shorter and she proceeded to argue with me only saying "no no no they all same size look they look better when i paint don't worry i got you" and just wouldn't listen to me at all! i said ok on my right hand file only the left side of my nail so it would have an angle too like the right side of my nail. Guess what she does . files the right side more and doesn't touch the left side the one side i wanted done. my left hand looks good but my right it lopsided and my middle finger is wayyyyy to short, also she got fingernail polish on my fingers soooo unhappy. I don't write reviews often but this was pretty horrible so I had to. First, it was the most painful pedicure I ever had. The man doing it had long sharp nails that dug into my toes, he didn't wear gloves and used his nails to clean up skin and nail polish from around my toe nails. Second, I watched him finish a pedicure next to me and scoot right over to me and use the same tools without cleaning them. He also got up from doing my toes, walked over to the desk and checked out another customer without washing his hands or anything it was so disgusting. Lastly, he tried charging me $5 for "gel removal" when I had regular polish on my toes, I know because I paint them myself. He never even asked if I had gel on. Nothing was relaxing about this pedicure this was such a bad experience I do not recommend at all read more

I thought the color was dull as listless when I left but after a few days I can confirm that the SNS that they upcharged me for because its so "special" is in fact awful. Look at my nails. I recently went to coco chanails to get my acrylics removed and a manicure. It was my first time going to this salon since it is close to my house. I wouldn't return. I have sensitive nails and on occasion the nail tech would keep the e-file in one place for too long causing heat spikes. I was very pleased with my services and the level of care and attention Vivian gave! The place was very quiet and peaceful. Vivian asked me questions about my preferences, which honestly I hadn't been asked before and I've been wearing false nails for a very long time. For example, she asked about my shape but also asked if I needed them to be thick or natural. Some places just give you thin, easily broken nails, but she inquired about the type of work I perform on a daily basis to assess what I'd need, I fell in between natural and thick, as I do a lot of lifting at my job. if i could give them 0 stars unfortunately i would. i hate having to write a bad review as a business owner but i've never not enjoyed a pedicure , i came here to get a simple gel french pedicure for an event i had the following weekend, i had an appointment at 4pm, i waited 2 hours until someone got to me, and other walk-ins (that came in after me) were seated while they ignored me. the staff is unprofessional and finally after almost 3 hours we were able to leave after me and my friends butts were numb & after being given excuses from the estheticians. not only did it take forever but the morning after i noticed my gel was LIFTING you could see the white outline around the clear polish. i texted the owner Friday morning, i asked if i should come as soon as they open because of the way things went the day before, she didn't get back to me until midnight & -- she told me "come anytime Saturday" again the staff is fresh out of school, unprofessional & understaffed, my event was Saturday and i live 45 minutes away from this salon, i drove all the way back to see it packed i knew it'd be another 2 hours before i could be seated so i left. i can't believe i gave my money to this business, i've never had such a terrible expensive experience, i recommend pampered in Indian trail they fixed the mess free of charge. please stay away from this salon. read more

I really want to like this nail salon, but after two visits I really don't plan on returning. Now I will say the owner, Vivian, is very talented and great at doing nails. But I only had the luxury of her removing my gel polish and shaping my nails on my first visit. Then her daughter, who I believe is around 12 years old, polished my nails. I didn't really like the look of my nails but it was tolerable for 2 weeks. My next visit was with another VERY inexperienced male nail tech. I wanted my nails trimmed but I was afraid to ask him to cut them because I was sure he wouldn't be able to shape them correctly. He didn't even seem to know how to hold the file properly. It hasn't been 48 hours and I have 3 chipped nails. He left base coat from my previous polish on my nails. And didn't seem to know how to remove it. So if you have an appointment with Vivian you're good!! Everything else was a thumbs down for me. read more
