Some of the people act rude and unprofessional. I got a pedicure and had to ask if I can sit under the dryer. She said yes, and didn't turn it on or give me a chair. No one checked on me. The owner's wife dragged the trash can to me to throw away the flip flops The person who did the polish change appeared upset when I had to repeatedly ask her to file my nails in the same shape and size. Went in for an acrylic fill-in for my nails. Quoted one price on the phone which continued to increase once I got there by additional sixteen dollars. When I wanted an explanation Iat checkout I got the run around. The Manicurist was extremely rough on my nails (she had long stiletto nails herself,) and at one point poked under my nail until it was bleeding. It hurt for two days. She didn't even bother to say she was sorry. She seemed to be in a hurry even though no one was waiting for service. I was so frustrated that I asked her at one point "if she had somewhere to be". She responded No. I have had my nails done every month for the last two years and I can honestly say that this was my worst manicure. The Manicurist even saw how unhappy I was and commented that I did not have to leave a tip and I said "good." I do not recommend this Nail Salon. read more

This was my first visit to this location in years. I chose it because it was close by and open on Sunday. It looked nice inside was a typical nail spa with chairs that massage and vibrate . The nail tech was nice but I knew right away I was in trouble as she snipped me twice while attempting my pedicure. After the 2nd snip she didn't even try to cut my cuticles so that was basically a waste. The pedicure was meh. I will now have to go get another pedicure to finish and clean up what she could not do. I had to ask her to apply a top coat so not sure why that was left off? Don't worry I won't do that again. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I was able to make a same day appointment for a pedicure at 6:15 pm. The basic pedicure cost $30.00 (they charge $5.00 for gel removal). A sweet older woman did my pedicure. She wasn't able to give much pressure during the massage. Her callus removal was subpar as well. Of course, after I pay/tip I notice the callus remaining on my heels. I also was not satisfied with the finished results of the polish application. I will not return. read more

Stumbled upon this salon and so glad I did! They took me as a walk-in for a manicure and pedicure. While I was in the massage chair the man brought me water and a heated bean neck wrap! SUCH a lovely gesture and surprise to make my experience all the more relaxing. I also loved how my manicurist used mail strengthener base coat on my nails without me even asking! Only reason I took off a star is because one woman asked me almost 10x if I wanted gel and I had to keep repeating no just regular manicure :) The place was clean and had experienced friendly staff. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I knew it was taking a left turn when the lady tried to remove my gel polish on my toes with acetone. I tried to trust the process but no. She couldn't remove the gel so she proceeded to "give me a pedicure" while the acetone sat and did nothing. Only thing she did was exfoliate my legs which she scratched me up in the process and put lotion and water on my legs....My toes were not clipped, shaped, buffered, no cuticle care or painted in the hour in a half time frame I was there. They tried to charge me full price for the service and they were lucky I even paid $25 for the service I received. I wouldn't waste my time or money there ever again. My daughter got acrylic nail set with gel for extra durability. Less than a week later the nails were popping off. I gave 2 stars because we went back and they corrected and fixed them at no charge. I came here a month ago to get a pedicure and Mary did a decent job. I haven't had my nails done in a really long time so I decided to get a full set. I work literally across the street from them so I went there for convenience. I got my full set on 7/13 and FIVE days later 3 nails started coming off. I went on Monday to get them fixed. I've never had a full set this horrible. Amy fixed them for free and that was cool. 2 days later, two nails popped off. I'm beyond pissed and I know they won't give me my money back. Here I am a week after a full set, 2 nails are off and about 5 are coming off. I WILL NOT recommend them for acrylics. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because they do a decent pedicure. I've been in Charlotte for three years and I still haven't found a decent nail salon. Came here with my boyfriend for pedicures. He was the one first introduced to this spot and after struggling to find a place we both really liked, I feel like we've found our spot! Kathy is wonderful! We're her new friends! And she definitely gave us the hook up! They have great options for pedicures and colors for your polish! And the prices weren't outlandish like a lot of these other nail salons. I appreciated a lot of things they did. For one, the cleanliness! Nothing is worse for me than sticking my feet in a nasty looking tub of water- they rinse it out and clean it after every pedicure and then go one more step by putting a plastic cover over the tub. They cleanse the tools used on your feet and put them in their own disposable pouches after every use. They definitely set the bar high for quality. Two, the pedicures themselves were amazing. Kathy started me and my boyfriend at the same time instead of making one of us wait for the next nail tech to become available. Much appreciated! And even tho my boyfriend got his started before me, they somehow managed to get us both done at the same time without me feeling rushed. We will come back again and again and again! THE WORST PLAVE EVER! When I first came in I asked for a full set with gel polish and the lady thought I said gel powder- The price was $35. When my nail tech went to get the gel polis the lady came back over and said it was extra for gel. I was confused because the price had already been discussed. She thought I said I wanted gel powder and she told me I still had to pay extra even though it was her fault. When I explained to her that o didn't think Inshluld pay extra she began to yell at me in disagreement. My price changed 3 times within the argument and I left with out getting my nails painted. THE OWNER WAS SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME AND DID NOT INTERVENE... The wait was also long and the lady didn't even do a good full set... DON'T GO HERE. read more

I came here today and had the worst service that I've ever had in my life at a nail salon!!! I came in at 3:54pm for a pedicure he told me to go pick out my color I use gel polish so I'm over looking Gel colors and he comes up to me and say regular polish over here so I'm like yea I'm getting gel polish. Then I'm standing in the middle of the salon because they haven't told me where to sit but they called me to the back. Finally I get seated and I was waiting for 27 minutes with my feet in the water. I had to let them know my water was now cold so then the lady comes over and she like where is your color (which was sitting on the little cart right beside me) i said it's right here she goes OHHH YOUR GETTING GEL POLISH! Which I already had Gel polish on my toes because I get it all the time. So now it's 4:35 and the lady is moving slow as a snail. She clipped my toe nails extremely short the polish is on my skin it looks terrible got home tonight an the entire polish came off of my pinky toe nail their service is so bad I refuse to even go back and have them fix it. read more
