This was very considerate. Megan and I talked the whole time she did my eyebrows. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly that. Ambiance - super clean and customer focus. They provide everything you can think of that you may need before and after your treatment. The space is very calming overall and the treatment room is clean and comfortable. No children are allowed unless accompanied by an adult at all times who can wait with them while you receive your service. This is all because of safety so just keep that in mind. Customer Service - upon arriving you are greeted quickly and taken directly back to get ready for your treatment. The front desk staff are very personable and are always accommodating to your needs. There is water and comfy chairs to as well if you by any chance have to wait a little ( highly unlikely) I get both Brazilian and Underarms treated and have seen really good results thus far. The nurses ( not technicians) are all amazing. They make the process as comfortable as can be even when you are butt naked (lol) Overall Experience - as you can see I highly recommend using them for your laser services.
