I just had a body detox treatment and it was top notch! Jessica was my lady and she did such a great job! The room was clean and beautiful with dim lighting, faux candles and a gorgeous copper soaking tub. Jessica had a nice soothing voice and we had some light enjoyable conversation. The best part was the unexpected fruit tray and mimosa due to a Valentines promotion. The fruit was perfectly ripe and served on a tray while I soaked my treatment oils and body masks off. It was heavenly. I also liked that the gratuity was included in the upfront cost. Easy and efficient. Boyfriend and I booked the Deluxe Couple Massage for a Tuesday. Overall, very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend. Would give 4.5 stars if possible, deduction due to scalp massage (I feel like I lost 10% of my hair!). Note that while the package says allow for 2hours, it's actually a 90min massage. IDK why but I had interpreted it as a 90min body massage PLUS foot and head. Don't be disappointed like me lol. If you're looking for a couples massage in the same room, call ahead. They only have 1 with two beds. Otherwise you might be placed in the adjoining rooms, if you care. Massage was nice, my boyfriend had Ebony who he said gave a really firm massage. He's used to sports / deep tissue and she definitely delivered. He was super sore the next day! I forget the name of my masseuse (Manny?? Idk). He did a great job, but like I previously mentioned... I lost a ton of hair. I had my hair up in a messy bun and the way the scalp massage worked, it was less massaging of the scalp but a lot of pulling tension. So definitely brush your hair ahead of time if you can. For those of you hate getting your feet touched, it's not a full on foot massage. They do touch it for a few min but it's mostly an exfoliation plus a warm foot glove / wrap. It felt really nice. Oh and I almost forgot the fruit and cheese plate, it was ready for us once we arrived. Worst massage I've ever had. Was given a gift card to this place by someone who doesn't live in the area. Luckily I have a massage Monday with my weekly sports massage therapist who can work out the knot in my trap that I was given during this massage. Evident that that person giving me the massage had no idea as to muscle direction or really any technique whatsoever. Just uncomfortable hard rubbing, sometimes for so long in one area it actually hurt my skin. At the end my neck was rubbed in a manner that felt so wrong. I could not wait for this massage to be over and kept contemplating getting up before it was over. If you want an actual massage, go elsewhere. Just weird. My boyfriend and I were blessed to have gotten the chance to experience 'A Quick Escape', a couples spa package. We visited during Phase 2 of the Covid Mandate, and felt very safe and taken care of from beginning to start. The fruit tray laid out was really beautiful and light - perfect prior to a massage. My boyfriends therapist was Ebony and mine, Grant. Both sat down with us and asked us about problem areas and preferred pressure. I prefer deep pressure and he kept to it! I felt so light after my massage. My boyfriend was very impressed with Ebony. He's a pretty big guy and 'Ebony really worked him'! We were both really impressed. After the massage both therapists gave us some tips to help our problem areas. Oh and we received water with a hint of rosemary from their garden! I came here for a prenatal massage and a facial. Making the appointment was an easy process. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. They started off with my prenatal massage. Overall, the massage was good and relaxing. I had pain in my feet and back and I felt that was really focused on. I wasn't crazy about my scalp massage. That could be a personal preference. My hair was in a bun and I was asked if a scalp massage was ok. I said it was and asked if I needed to take my hair tie out and was told no. The massage itself was ok, but my hair kept being pulled out of the bun so my hair was really loose and hanging halfway during the scalp massage. Overall, I was happy with it. I had the summer body scrub and added an hour long massage. After my scrub, I got to soak in a private bath that was right in the room with me. The jets didn't work properly, but they told me they're getting a new tub installed soon. I preferred to just soak anyways. I could've stayed in the tub for hours! Absolutely fantastic! My friend and I went here for services (she got a 120 min massage and add-ons, and I got the R&R package with the facial and massage and a few add-ons as well.) The outside of the building is nothing special. But yes, you are in the right spot. Once you get inside and settled, you know you are in for a good time. It smells like a spa, and is dim for a relaxed feeling. They gave us complimentary drinks (mimosas or sangria) and a beautiful and FRESH fruit/cheese/chocolate plater. I was honestly shocked at how fresh the platter was. I've been to a lot of spas and had a lot of complimentary snacks which usually amount to some fruit and cheese that have seen better days. This was not like that at all. My massage with Josh was great. If you have him, take my advice and ask him to spend more time with the scalp massage. It's AMAZING. He knows exactly how to move the scalp and your hair. If I could go back in time and ask him for just an hour long scalp massage I would. My facial was very nice as well. They used high quality products and my skin looked nice even leaving. Considering we are from out of town, and are staying at the Ballantyne Hotel, which is famous for its spa... I'm glad we canceled our reservations at the hotel spa and went here instead. It's about 6 minutes away from the Ballantyne and probably 30% of the price for a way better overall experience. We were not in the same room, but an adjoining room with a sliding door. We were escorted to our rooms and introduced to our LMTs. My therapist Priscilla did a great job! She gently explained everything. She was quiet when needed and spoke through her hands. You have to experience it yourself. Every area was touched and not rushed. My yelp check-in gave me a great foot scrub. Our package came with a pretty fruit and cheese tray. I didn't get my mimosa, but it's ok. Check out was a little awkward. No asking how everything was, no asking to rebook with the therapist, and after seeing the receptionist use my card to type in my name, she still spells my 1st and last name wrong! SMH... I picked this spa for a facial based on the glowing reviews and shares about how the treatment helped acne. I was greeted and offered a beverage which was lovely. I talked through my skin concerns with my esthetician and she left for me to get undressed. Upon returning she immediately began the treatment. The lights were dim during our conversation and during past facials my skin has been looked at before starting. She also asked if I wanted a scalp massage which made me unsure if it was part of the treatment or not? I said yes..maybe another way to phrase it is- we offer a scalp massage, please let me know if you are not comfortable with that. About midway through the treatment she began telling me all the products I may be interested in. I appreciate a recommendation AND I was relaxed at the time, not the time for an upsell. After the extraction she checked back in to chat products again. Still not the time. Finally, she let me know the treatment was over and asked a third time if I was interested in seeing the product recommendations. I told her yes, maybe when I was dressed. I felt like a relaxing experience was taken over by a continued product push which made me uninterested in making a purchase at the end of the treatment. The spa room was beautiful with a jetted tub, I would have liked to have been invited to linger there a bit longer. read more

We had separate technicians but our treatment was done in the same room. It was very calming, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My only reason for deducting 1-star is because I felt it was quite pricy for the treatment ($95), and my technician barely even extracted any of my blackheads. Granted - I do have a lot and they are deeply ingrained, but I felt I've gotten more extracted from other spas in the past. Corey came in and started the facial which a nice dialogue to help me get in the mind set of relaxing and enjoying the session - think like a yoga peptalk. From the start, the smells of each treatments allowed me to REALLY mellow out. Like, REALLLLY mellow out. Wonderful soft music was playing in the background to add to the ambiance. When done, my skin was like silk. Please note: all treatments are 100% organic and natural, so NO chemicals. This made the experiences even better. The treatments were so effective in pulling all the stuff from my skin, minimal extractions were needed - maybe like two or three. GO Nature Spa!!! After the facial, I went to go check out and there no was product pushing at all. Most spa's push their product line on you, but they just recommended a three items that I commented on during my facial. My therapist was slightly distant not super warm and fuzzy. That's fine. I fell asleep which is great during my massage until she got to the scalp massage and started to pull my hair. Literally pull it. I didn't scalp massages included hair pulling? But I guess I didn't need all my hair? Idk if I would come back. Debating truly back and fourth if I would. 4/5 for that. My best friend visited me for the weekend and I wanted to treat her to a massage. After reading reviews, I decided to give Nature's Spa a try. I booked a massage and foot treatment add on for each of us. Entering into the building, you wouldn't expect to find such a charming, welcoming room. We loved the decor and the room smelled so nice! We were immediately welcomed, checked in and offered something to drink. The treatment room was set-up nicely and clean. Rooms were close to one another but white noise machines ensured a quiet, peaceful environment. My therapist was Julie. She took the time to ask me my preference and needs. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain, but when I get a massage, I prefer relaxation with light to medium pressure and don't want to be in pain or sore. Julie warned me that she was a bit "sneaky," which made me a little nervous at first but she assured me the pressure won't go beyond a 7 and would read my body language. This was easily the best massage I've ever had! My shoulders and neck felt so relieved and lose without any soreness! In the past I was told I'd be sore and to drink lots of water - not in this case! I couldn't believe the pressure applied without experiencing pain and discomfort. Julie works magic! The foot add-on was well worth it! My only complaint was that it cut into my one hour massage time. I would've preferred they added on ten minutes or so. I unfortunately can't recall the therapist my friend had, but she also said it was the best massage ever and mentioned whenever she visits, she would like to go back!
