This was my first visit with Zoe Massage. I booked a "first visit" appointment with Hope at the Carmel Commons location. My total was $95.00. The suite is on the second floor; they do have an elevator. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Hope. She may be small in stature, but her hands are mighty!!! Before starting, she asked my pressure preference and areas of concern to address. Pressure was spot on. Walked out a new woman. Highly recommend booking with Hope. read more

I've gotten weekly or bi-weekly massage for over a decade due to an auto-immune disorder that basically creates pain throughout my entire body. After moving to the area I tried Zoe Massage. My initial couple of massages with Amanda were pretty good. After that they became just ok and mundane and predictable. A really good therapist will change things up every time and make you feel like all your issues were addressed each visit. Unfortunately here not so much. I'm sure if you casually go once in a while this place would be ok. read more

Super cute and chic massage studio. I was in town for a conference and had time to spare so made the most of it and got a 90 minute massage with Amber. Super relaxing and straight to the point. Minimal chatting and put my mind to ease! (Stayed at the Ballantyne and they were booked however the spa rating were low so I'm glad I went with Zoë's) Amber discussed the benefits of cupping which I will look into in my hometown. I couldn't add hot stone online and since I booked overnight and wasn't within the time period to let them know I wanted hot stone added to my service. I will visit next time I'm in Charlotte! read more

Wonderful massage. Serene. Peaceful. Quiet. Skilled. From the online booking and brief survey of personal preferences, to the decor and atmosphere, Zoe Massage has every detail covered. My masseuse, Amanda, was knowledgeable and thorough. How she found my aches and pains is a credit to her training. Halfway through my 1-hour massage I regretted not scheduling for 90 minutes. Next time, Amanda. Looking to place your body under the care of a true professional for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation? Zoe Massage has my "Give 'em a whirl" meter just a twirling. Really wish I could have given a higher review. But I've been here twice and saw two different therapists for "deep tissue" work. Unfortunately, neither were deep tissue (Swedish at best). The last visit was what prompted me to leave this review today. About 20 mins after leaving the massage my neck became very stiff. I've had plenty massages before and never have my neck been stiff after one. So that was very strange to me. But the therapist was nice. Typically, therapists ask you about the pressure. This one did not. About midway through I had to request for more pressure (even then It was not done for the remainder of the massage). If you are looking to book this place the ambience is nice. But at $110/hr please let your therapist know and say specifically "I would like deep firm pressure for the entire massage," if "deep tissue" is what you are looking for. Even if you aren't getting a deep tissue I feel being a bit more deliberate is needed. Needless to say I'll be looking to get another proper deep tissue massage done elsewhere. This was my experience. I know some people actually love this place. But I gave it 2 chances. read more

Janice's hands are so magic that I hunted her down when she left her previous place. It had been a year and I was ready to get back outside once things started opening back up. I was in desperate need of a massage and I knew exactly who I was going to for my message. Sadly, when I called the place where I'd normally go, they told me Janice left. I was devastated. I regrouped and went on the hunt to see where she landed. Lo and behold, she landed at this gem of a place. Janice is so attentive and really listens to your wants and needs. She checks in during your session to make sure her pressure is just right. Her foota massages are to die for. If you're looking for a massage therapist, Janice is it! Zoe Massage is a really nice facility. They provide you with complimentary water (sparkling and still) and tea. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong booking your massage here. read more

Easy to book appointments and all the staff are great. Hope in particular is amazing! Best massage I have had in years!

Hope was amazing! I came with headaches and body aches x a couple of days and left feeling like I was walking on cloud 9. Hoping to incorporate this into a monthly visit. Oh and they accept FSA/HSA! read more

I've only experienced a massage at this location and it was pretty good. Disclaimer: I am a bit spoiled because my previous massage therapist was amazing so my standards are high, but the massage I had was good. They have several therapists so I plan to try them all in the near future. The location is great and the ambiance is terrific! I would definitely recommend Zoe Massage. read more

Terrible customer service. I had attempted to book a massage online and had an issue with their online booking system. Last night I had tried to book a massage for the following week and somehow it booked for the very next morning. The next morning I received a call to see why I wasn't there. So I called them back to let them know I didn't book it for the very next day which was a only a few hours prior, I had booked it for a week out. We went back-and-forth on the phone for a long time. Despite the fact that I had supposedly booked the appointment only a few hours before, despite the fact that I was a new client and it was clearly a mistake, the owner of the business charged my credit card for $104.00 anyway. It was obviously clearly a mistake, and given I had booked it only a few hours prior to when they said the appointment was, they really can't justify that they were missing out on any business because they would not have filled that slot anyway given I had booked it late at night for supposedly the very next morning. So be aware, it seems like they are only interested in getting your money. I'm still perplexed. Apparently the $104 was far more important than a new client and more important than any error or misunderstanding booking, The inflexibility is quite stunning. Rachael did offer to apply only 50% of that charge towards another massage, but do they seriously think one can relax after being treated so poorly? And I doubt it makes any sense for them to have me show up already upset to get part of my "investment" back by booking another massage, but they've not left me with any other options. I have run a business myself for 25 years and I find it quite appalling that someone would choose to run a business this way. Fortunately I was able to book a massage with April Ann Arigoni at Massage by AAA nearby. She was amazing! Very easy to book, fantastic customer service. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been going to Michaela for months now working on an old injury. I feel great after each hour session! My wife and brother also go to Zoë whenever they're in need of relaxation or mending an injury. read more

One of the best massages I have had. Meredith is really talented and made me feel so much better in just 60 minutes! I will definitely be a repeat customer. The rooms are really nice, very quiet and relaxing. Like some of the people said before it is a little tricky to find. It is right behind Super Cuts so you have to pull into the Super Cuts parking lot to get to the office buildings behind. read more

Awesome massage with Amanda! She helped me with sciatica and computer posture tips, and gave a really therapeutic massage in just 60 minutes. Calming and clean atmosphere, and she took thorough precautions with temperature check, sanitizing, masks, and more. Thanks and I will be back! read more

This is a real hidden gem. Literally. My GPS didn't do a good job of getting me there. It's behind the Supercuts on Park Rd just north of Seneca Pl. Amanda was my masseuse and I booker her for 90 min. Had her focus on my back mainly and it was the best massage I've had in Charlotte. The only one I've had that's better is one in Mexico over looking the ocean. I will be returning to Zoë and requesting Amanda's read more

My bf could not walk after his workout yesterday so we went to see Meredith. Not only is she hilarious, but with her combined specialties in physical therapy, hospital work & organ manipulation (I had no idea it was a thing), she set him straight. He will definitely be back to see her soon! They also fit him in the same day which was 100% needed. Thank you Zoë Massage! read more

My husband and I had our first massages since quarantine today and we're so glad we booked here because we were both impressed with how skilled our massage therapists were and that they were very careful and followed safe covid protocols! We did a 90 minutes couples massage. My therapist was Amanda and I did a massage with cupping. She did a fantastic job and was able to find and work through sore spots throughout my body. I also asked her to massage my abdomen since I have digestive issues and was blown away by her detailed and extensive massage work there. My husband had Janice and did a swedish massage. He said she was extremely thorough, regularly checked in to make sure he was comfortable and worked on the areas he asked her to focus on while also making sure to work on the rest of his body too. We were both very happy with our experience and highly recommend Amanda and Janice! read more

Had a 90 min massage with Tiffanie. Amazing!! Very calming and relaxing while also worked out some tense spots!

Zoë Massage & Bodywork is located in a small office building park. The office itself is located on the second floor and once I opened the door, I was happy for the serenity and tasteful décor. The room that I occupied for a massage was lovely with a black and white concept. I recently had a 90-minute massage by Amanda. Although the masseuse who provided service to me was good, for some reason I could not fully relax too thoroughly enjoy the massage. I enjoyed the aroma and the ability to play my own music. My favorite part of the massage was when Amanda focused on my feet. I think any future massages will be for reflexology only. Regardless of my experience, I would recommend Zoë Massage & Bodywork to others. read more

Needed a quick massage today due to some sciatic pain, checked on Yelp and found Zoe Massage and Bodywork. They had an opening today (bonus!) so I booked a 90 minute with Amanda. Loved the vibe of the place, small business versus chain/franchise place. Amanda was GREAT. Just what I needed. Very professional and obviously very skilled. I also loved that they sent me a pre-questionnaire asking my preferences such as lighting, warm/cold table and especially talking versus no-talking as I hate having a massage and having to talk :) it was perfect and I will be going back to her. Have already referred her to a friend. One note: leave a few minutes extra to find the place, I am very familiar with the area but still missed it. It is behind Supercuts and in an office complex so it took me longer to find than O expected. read more

Amanda was very thorough and effective. with just a couple of questions she addressed my issues with precision deep tissue work while Somehow relaxing me as well. I will be back in two weeks. read more

Meredith was wonderful...felt really good with the massage...made me feel a little taller with all the stretching

Great people here who know what they are doing! Meredith Ross is excellent. Highly recommend

The massage and customer service I received were both excellent. I would highly recommend.

Omg! Best massage place in Charlotte. For years I was always using Groupon to find the perfect thearpist & never came across one to where I would come back on a regular basis until I saw Rachel. Her & Drea are amazing! Their education is above & beyond & they are passionate with their craft. Zoe Massage is a hidden little gem off of Park Rd near Montford. Located in a building with 3 private quiet rooms that provide a homey vibe. They understand the difference pain & relaxation. Its comforting to know that they are there to help you with any specific area and communicate with you if certain areas need more work than others. After leaving I always feel 100% better either if its for a full body massage or she just worked on a certain area. Highly recommend Rachel or Drea & they are reasonable priced! read more

Great place. Everyone I've been to there is really really good. Kaylene and Rachel know what they are doing.

It was my first visit but definitely not my last! Awesome massage!! Amanda was wonderful!

I have enjoyed Rachel's massages for several years and feel she's the best around. I'm a runner and she can always tell what part of my body is tight or sore, even when I sometimes can't. Once she does, she goes to work on that spot and it's always better when I leave. She also listens well to what my needs are for that day's session and does deep tissue, relaxing, or whatever massage preference is the best fit. Plus, her place is always clean, tidy, professional and relaxing. I recommend her highly! read more

We came to NC for a business trip and wanted a quality massage so our uber driver recommended Zoe massage. My boyfriends massage was the best he ever had. Based off her technique I think he got the girl I was supposed to be with. My lady was good and we were happy. It's a cute room with bright lighting and clean. It's not a spa environment which was fine because we were more in search of talent than environment. read more

Hands down the best massage I have ever had!! Drea is simply Amazing!!! She truly listens to your needs and goes into detail with you what she is going to do. She is very knowledgable about the body and you can immediately see her passion in massage therapy and serving others. I have had many massages throughout my life all over the country and this is by far the best one yet!! So happy I found this place!!! I cannot say enough great things!! I will be seeing her monthly, if not more!! read more
