The suite is on the second floor; they do have an elevator. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Hope. She may be small in stature, but her hands are mighty!!! My initial couple of massages with Amanda were pretty good. After that they became just ok and mundane and predictable. A really good therapist will change things up every time and make you feel like all your issues were addressed each visit. Unfortunately here not so much. I'm sure if you casually go once in a while this place would be ok.

They require prepayment with the option to prepay the gratuity as well. They had a wide array of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, and sports massage. They also offer free hot stones. We were quickly greeted and shown to a couples massage room. Now understand this is traditional Asian massage which includes hands, knees, elbows, and potential body climbing. The environment is clean but this is not a day spa setup. The massage 12 out of 10.

She checked in at the beginning asking what I was looking for in a massage, and checked in toward the beginning on the pressure. Other massages I've found focus on the back but she spent an equal amount of time on back/neck, legs, feet, arms, and hands. The massage was finished with cold water and a piece of chocolate

I have been getting massages here for years! Every massage therapist that I have seen takes a few…read moreminutes at the beginning of the session to ask if there are any specific areas/problems you would like them to focus on. They check in during the massage once or twice to make sure the pressure is good or if you more or less. They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. Guess that means you're going to have to check them out for yourself!

You'll just need to walk around to find the entrance. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The space was clean, modern with cute decorations. I scheduled my massage first. Wasn't a fan of her technique. She gave quick and fast strokes - like she was rushing. Overall, it was okay. As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services. As this experience was just "okay" for me, I don't plan to return.

I've been to multiple places before her and Kellie is just fabulous! Before I found Kellie I went to a massage therapist that almost broke my beck of how hard she was going. The great think about Kellie is that she will definitely stick to your preference. If you like deep tissue she will definitely get out all those knots out with ease. If you are going in for a more relaxing kind of massage she will do that too! I love that she lets you choose your preferred kind of esencial oil to enjoy the smell while you are there with her! My favorite part of the massage is when she rubs your whole body with deep blue by Doterra. She won't put the deep blue if you don't like the cooling feeling, but I would totally recommend it!
