I reached out a week or two later to book the next, and was told Jackie was no longer there and I needed to wait to be reached out to because they weren't sure who was doing the Groupons. It's been 8 months now of me reaching out every few weeks and never being offered a time or therapist. No one reaches out after promising to, and no one will answer about a refund. When I do get an answer it is vague requests for patience and promises to reach out that never happen. My trauma therapist recommended this business to me and I'm so disappointed at their lack of care. read more
