Not only is she super nice, friendly and attentive, but she gives a great massage!! I've gone to see her twice now and both times were just perfect. I received the 90 minute therapeutic massage and it was just that. Erika always has ocean sounds and zen music laying, candles and soft lighting. I love how she focuses on each section of your body individually. She uses warm scented towels throughout the massage and that is always a nice surprise. She is a phenomenal masseuse and I highly recommend you try her out. Will absolty come back. I made a call to schedule 2 services (manzillian and underarm waxing). My usual, Tara was not available so, the 'new girl' asked when I'm available...I stated any time after noon...she replied 'yeah' no less than 5 times in our short conversation, and asked if I can do 2pm. I said yes, she then stated we need to do 1:45pm...I said that was fine. I had my EA reschedule my afternoon appointments and then the 'new girl' called back approximately 5 minutes later and stated we can't do 1:45 but if I can do 1pm...I reluctantly accepted and asked if she was new because I have never had this scheduling difficulty, she stated 'yeah'. I had my EA then shift my afternoon meetings once again and then 20 minutes later, Ella (very professional) called and left a voicemail and text message (as I was on a call) stating they can't do 1pm because the sugarist, Cami, does not do manzillians so, if I could come to an alternate (further from my home) location at 5pm. The nail tech put gloves on and then preceded to touch the register, her phone, and many other surfaces. I noticed that I was not offered a drink when I went in like everyone else and the nail artist was rushing through my nails because she had to repair someone else's nails that were chipping. just a bit more time was needed because everything is so uneven, it doesn't really look intentional. She also didn't have me wash my hands after drilling down so there is dust in my paint and she rubbed the dust all over me with an oil at the end. Also, just note that apparently polka dots cost $20 to add to your nails. Overall, I wouldn't go here again, they were pretty rough on my cuticles and they're pretty tender and red from the service. Plus I feel like the outcome isn't worth the money, nor is the customer service. The man doing my pedicure was nice, but when I paid and tipped he immediately said something in a different language to my nail tech, so I'm assuming it was about how little I tipped which really left a bad taste in my mouth. Steven is a fantastic nail tech, and my dip on my fingers is always high quality and lasts. I see him about every three weeks for my nails and he always has consistent results. I also get regular pedicures here with gel (which last over 2 months). They always do a great job and I am never disappointed. 10/10 experience in a convenient location with parking.
