I love how she focuses on each section of your body individually. She uses warm scented towels throughout the massage and that is always a nice surprise. She is a phenomenal masseuse and I highly recommend you try her out. Will absolty come back. I've been going here for about a year, and my experience has been pretty good, but today ruined it for me and I will NEVER go back. I made a call to schedule 2 services (manzillian and underarm waxing). My usual, Tara was not available so, the 'new girl' asked when I'm available...I stated any time after noon...she replied 'yeah' no less than 5 times in our short conversation, and asked if I can do 2pm. I said yes, she then stated we need to do 1:45pm...I said that was fine. I had my EA reschedule my afternoon appointments and then the 'new girl' called back approximately 5 minutes later and stated we can't do 1:45 but if I can do 1pm...I reluctantly accepted and asked if she was new because I have never had this scheduling difficulty, she stated 'yeah'. I had my EA then shift my afternoon meetings once again and then 20 minutes later, Ella (very professional) called and left a voicemail and text message (as I was on a call) stating they can't do 1pm because the sugarist, Cami, does not do manzillians so, if I could come to an alternate (further from my home) location at 5pm. I left a text stating that I could not and would be writing this review...HORRIBLE customer service today.

The recent addition of Fabi at the front desk really perfects the J'Adore Nails experience! She makes sure everyone is greeted, has a drink in hand, and knows the wifi password if they need it. During my first visit, I requested a design the nail tech said she could do, but ultimately could not, so I settled for a simpler design and paid without issue. For my fill-in appointment, I arrived on time for my 5:30 PM appointment, but my service did not begin until 6:00 PM. I showed the same nail tech the design I wanted, and she confirmed she could do it. Unfortunately, she struggled throughout the service, repeatedly removing and restarting the design. By the time the salon was closing, my nails were still not finished. After nearly two hours, around 7:45 PM, I politely asked for the design to be removed and a plain polish applied instead. I did not raise my voice or cause a scene, and I even apologized for the tech having to stay past closing. I paid in full and left calmly, although I was unhappy with the service. The following morning, I received a text from someone claiming to be a manager, stating that I was BANNED from the salon like I'm some kind of criminal. I found this unprofessional and disappointing. At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I was patient, communicative, and understanding, even when the service could not be completed as agreed. I would have appreciated an apology or accountability from an incompetent nail tech rather than being dismissed for calmly expressing dissatisfaction with a service that was not delivered as promised. What I received instead was deflection and lazy management. Sounds like a lawsuit for discrimination. Be blessed.

The person at the front desk (owner or manager) was very rude and literally made me GO HOME TO GET MY BADGE, and the way she told me I would have to do this was rude and condescending. That is obviously not a discount to make their business friendly to nurses, as most nurses do not have their badge on them at all times. I will not go back here nor would I recommend any of my colleagues to come here. It was quite a let down. I expect better service especially from a place that pretends to care about nurses and they hard work that we do.
