I was greeted warmly and quickly upon entrance and seated comfortably with a glass of water. I got a little nervous seeing the facials being done in an "open area" but felt relieved when Monika D came and whisked me to a private room for my treatment. The treatment room was very nice with its electric fireplace mounted on the wall, spa-like music playing, and a very warmly heated massage table. Monika explained all that she would do but I could not even recall any of it once she started her amazing treatment. I do know that she exfoliated and moisturized my entire body with elements of massage incorporated. I have had wraps in the past, but this was different. I have had to shower after wraps to remove the applied products but Monika had a technique to remove products as she provided the treatment. I lost count of how many times I fell asleep despite my best efforts not to do so. I was just that relaxed. Monika assured me that my ability to relax to the extent of falling asleep was actually a compliment. I didn't want to fall asleep because I didn't want to miss a moment of the pampering. I left with skin that feels amazing. My only negative comment (if that's really the best description) is that treatments are not "cheap", but you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back (I booked my next treatment while I was there), but this level of self-care will be saved for more special occasions rather than the routine.
