Sure enough, she ended up chopping off way too much length and leaving it completely uneven on one side. Maybe actually take care when you're trimming somebody's hair instead of having multiple conversation conversations while doing this? On top of it and the stylist have an attitude. They told me I should've said something before I left the salon. I literally got pushed out saying it's really pretty now you can leave and look good. I told Susie that this was my first visit and was sent an email/text that I was supposed to get 25% off of the starting special price. she ackn that saw that in the system, plus she asked if it was my first time. However, when she checked me out she charged me $210 as if I was a returning customer then gave 25% off as a summer special. when I asked how much were the lashes she brushed over it. so when I got home I looked online and sure enough I was overcharged. I call customer service and get a refund. And the second thing is, I made another appointment against my good sense, for a refill. I was not aware of a 10 min grace period. so due to unforeseen circumstances I got there 15 mins after my appointment and was charged a full no call/no show fee and I'm literally standing in the studio being told by the girl with braces that it's nothing she could do. so I was charged a full price and no service was performed. So with this incident I've had to contact my credit card company and have taken both cards, my credit and debit card off of the account. I wasn't even gonna use my credit card, I was gonna use my debit card. so I definitely would not recommend this place!!!

I opened Yelp to find a possible local lash tech with an excellent rating plus availability to take me in as a "walk-in" customer. I wasn't coming across anyone on Yelp I felt comfortable with so I checked for anyone in the Ballantyne area and came across iLash Charlotte and liked their reviews so I took the chance just to drive there and walk in without an appointment. They overcharged me $33 above what they said and then refuse to correct them when I was not happy with what they had done. You would think if you spent over $130 that they would at least make sure that you were happy with the result! Customer is not always right here!
