Unfortunately, the gel polish began chipping on a few nails just three days later. I returned to the salon to have this corrected, per my placed phone call to the business on August 2, 2026, and was advised to come back for the repair. The technician addressed the chipped nails, but the correction resulted in an uneven color, leaving the remaining nails noticeably lighter. When I politely brought this color discrepancy to his attention, his response was unprofessional. He asked, "Well, what do you want me to do?" I requested an additional coat to match the nails. He did the service with an attitude, stating that he was too busy. While I understand he was with another customer and paused briefly to service me, I informed him that I understand you may be busy however I have already paid. Given the poor customer service, I would visit the lounge again however would not want to be serviced by him.

She even changed the polish on my daughters feet, kept her entertained with Netflix movies, and catered to her as well. The fact that she knew everyone's name who entered gave more insight as to how personable she is. I truly enjoyed my first experience and hate that I hadn't found her earlier. I said regular polish mani and gel pedi (didn't mention additional 10 minutes massage or brows bc, again, I had an appt and thought he was just confirming me) I was rushed through half the mani then sat down to do pedi. I asked the guy for water but I saw other people were offered a drink when they sat down. He put it down and turned off the massager because he was painting my nails. Ok, cool. It wasn't turned back on at any point. He started the pedi without turning the water on and I was confused. He said he thought I wanted gel polish change on my toes and I sad no, I want a full pedi with gel. I figured he was giving me blah service bc he thought I wanted a plain mani and pedi polish change so I asked for 2nd most expensive pedi because l thought, let me spend some more money so they could treat me nicer AND end up with the pedi I want. Nope. Pedi was rushed. He BARELY scrubbed my feet, I'm not exaggerating when I say he used the pumice for maybe 20 seconds on each foot. I didn't say anything bc I thought he may come back and do it better after he took the gel off. This guy pulled my feet out the jelly stuff (slime with jelly balls in them, I asked for it but regret) and did my whole pedi with jelly all over my toes, feet, and legs. Didn't wipe off until after he put the towels on. At this point I even asked another employee her name because she was doing a better job and I want to know who to ask for next time (her name is Lee) After all that I asked about the brow tint I booked and he said the the lady wouldn't be back until maybe Thursday this week. I left with no additional massage, no brows, dry hands and feet. But the place is cute.

They are accommodating of your last minute scheduled changes. To begin with, it's SO EASY to use their on-line booking feature. Plus you don't get a half dozen email/text reminders about your up-coming appointment. Request Anne, she is the owner and operator who takes pride in her ownership and management of this shop. It's very clean and well organized and lots of chairs to accommodate the large weekend bookings. Tucked away in a shopping plaza right off Fort Mill Parkway in the Arden neighborhood. Next door you'll find Emilios Pizza & Pub, The UPS store, the Zoom Room and Sweet Frogs. If you pay cash, you can get a basic Pedi for just $35 bucks. I especially like that you don't get the overwhelming smell of the acrylic nail polish. You won't see their techs with masks covering their faces because this place is large, open and well ventilated. You can sit, relax and just breathe.

Debbie Foxx cut my hair on January 30, 2024. She asked me to come in earlier than my planned…read moreappointment time which I was fine with but then didn't start my appointment until after my original appointment time. I could've came in for my normal time and she still would've been late so I'm not sure why she asked me to come in early. It wasn't a big deal though and I did like how she cut my hair. We discussed that once my gray hair grew in some that we would set up an appointment to let her see how my hair looked and to discuss options on how to color it to blend the gray in with my brunette hair. I normally do not let my gray grow out too far, but I did so that she could see how it grows in. I called and texted her several times and received no response back. After having my text and calls ignored, I thought maybe I had her number saved in my phone wrong so I verified it, but it was correct. Recently, I was at another establishment by the hair salon so I stopped in to see if she was there. I thought this might've just been some kind of misunderstanding and I could talk to her about cutting my hair. The young lady who helped me text Debbie while I was there and gave her my phone number and told her that I wanted to make an appointment for a haircut. Debbie told her that she would be in later that evening and would call me once she knew what she had available. That was 3 days ago and I still have not heard from her yet again. This isn't a normal salon where you can go in and get someone to help you. It seems like everyone is independent and if you don't know who they are, you don't know who to ask for. Both times that I have walked into the salon besides the day I had my appointment there seem to only be one or two people there working so I've never had the opportunity to speak with any other stylists there. I don't even think there is a number to the salon to even call to ask if someone else could cut my hair. I was only offered Debbie's personal cell number. I'm not sure if this is how she normally does business with clients but at this point, I guess I will just find another place to get my hair cut at. It's a shame that Debbie couldn't just tell me that she did not want to cut my hair. I'm assuming that's the reason why her communication is so poor.

The thing is she matches my color so well it is not, a drastic noticeable change. I dont have easy hair. My husband says "She has kind hair, the kind you find on a horses butt."
