Shelly is the Best esthetician in the greater Charlotte area. I have gone to her for a couple years now and couldn't be happier. She truly takes her time to shape your eyebrows and consult you before beginning the wax. Shelly gave me a facial. She is polite and professional. It is so true that she is not pushy or trying to upsell you to get treatments you are not interested in having. She try to push you to buy her products, however she uses an all natural and locally distributed line of products that are great, and I ordered some for myself. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable facial incorporating lots of facial massage that I will recommend to my friends. When she left, I tried several other estheticians at the center but none measured up (I had a year's pass that I had to use). I am really glad that I've now moved on and caught up with Shellie again.
