My brows were very light and I wanted to find someone local. Upon my first appointment I thought she did a fairly good job but there were areas that should have been filled in and there were areas that were uneven! I had given a $100.00 deposit and this appoint cost another $380.00. I knew that after 6 weeks she would touch up the problem areas. I sent her pictures and she said it would fill in as it heals! Without proper explanation or informed consent, she applied a chemical filler to my face, which caused a burning sensation and left discoloration and a scar on my nose. Carrie later admitted she had scratched me during the procedure, but no meaningful accountability was taken. She was actually very rude about it and defensive. She kept saying call your dermatologist, I'll talk to them and let them know it's not a burn! Not wanting to get into a weird altercation said no and I heard her say "snow flake " under her breathe. What?!! Since then, I've had to spend a significant amount of money on lotions and treatments to try to reduce the scarring. Despite my efforts, I'm still left with a very dark spot that has not healed around my mouth. This experience has been both physically and emotionally upsetting. I strongly recommend that future clients ask detailed questions and ensure full disclosure before agreeing to any new or unfamiliar treatments.

Her online booking system is easy to do and follow. Her new location is even easier to find now. After my first session, Mrs. Desiree immediately booked an 8 week followup for a small touch-up, and educated me on hygiene care of my eyebrows through their healing process. She even gave me a free after care kit that came in handy after my touch-up follow-up as well. I ended up getting a severe case of poison Sumac that at first glance, seemed to be an allergic reaction to my recent microblading session. But ,because Mrs. Desiree was a nurse, I felt comfortable enough to reach out to her. We chatted through her chat line and she immediately texted me through her own cell phone number. She was able to guide me in regards to confirming it was not likely an allergic reaction to the microblading, but perhaps something else, and helped make the decision to go to an urgent care that confirmed poison sumac as the culprit. Mrs. Desiree was amazing during the appointment, and after hours. I will definitely be back especially since she now does lip blushing now.
