The site includes all the relevant policies, helping me to be prepared for the appointment and the process. The text and email reminders were super helpful in making sure I kept track of the appointment. Since I hadn't had my lashes done in a while, the tech asked lots of questions and showed me examples to help us be on the same page about the look I was going for. I was going for a natural look, and that's exactly what I got. All ladies at the salon were very helpful and professional. It's been almost two weeks since I've had the lash extensions, and they still look great. The extensions have defined my eyes. I feel more comfortable going out the house as is, without a stitch of makeup. I'll be making my next appointment soon.

She said she's caught in with some lawsuit and I now can see why. I've called so much to book and since it's the last day of the month she now blocked me because today was the last day I could get the service I wanted paid for! Nice, thanks mark, I'm sure you're gonna excuse it by saying your website is fixed now but that doesn't excuse the way you handled it while it was down, I paid for too many months to not use any of the fills I paid for, thanks. Happy new year to you I hope you do better and fix this somehow or at least treat anyone too busy in life to read the reviews first and come to you in a professional positive manner and you learn something from this but I don't think you will.

My sister was very happy with the results and she had so much more confidence in her appearance that she shared her happiness with me over the phone. Her eyebrows looked phenomenal!! Mine have also stopped growing back in the last few years as I have aged. I was a little unsure about tattooing my eyebrows as I have heard and seen some women who have suffered from a rather poor longterm outcome from getting permanent tattooing of their eyebrows, but I decided to take the plunge! I live all the way across the US, but I took a chance on Casey and I am so glad I did! I flew across the US twice just to go to Casey. She was phenomenal!! She's a beautiful person inside and out, so unbelievably kind and patient, and does such a great job! I got the powder brow service and the price was very reasonable. Casey did the initial tattooing and then I came back a little less than two months later for the standard touch-up process. I was so happy with how they turned out, I couldn't believe it! Casey did exactly what I wanted but also made sure I would get desirable results by recommending shape suited for my face. Her business is so clean, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing, and she is just the sweetest gal on the planet! She has the right touch and a perfect eye for gorgeous brows on ANY face! So I did not go back did not call back. Figured it was my dumb choice to allow the tech to do this to me. When she finished I didn't have a graduate look, the lashes started mostly in the center of my eyes and I asked for those to be filled, instead she took some out she said to balance. Shame on me but not a fool to go back. So I really paid $200 she wanted $225, so I got a slight discount for my lashes to look cute for that one day.
