They are Always polite. I love the way they do pedicures, they do such a good job and my feet feel great when they are finished!

Allen is the bestest!! Lisa is great too. I even like Chewy :) I get asked all of the time who does my nails and I let them know about the place. I love the fact that they are all personal and make me feel like I am walking onto the set of Cheers, where everybody knows your name and you get to know the other customers because we are all always coming back for the great service. The quality of the pedicure was good, but the customer service is lacking. I was almost at the end of my pedicure and the nail technician walked away and did not come back. I was left sitting there for 10 minutes or more and then someone else came over and finished my pedicure. read more

Niki and Alan are amazing. She does amazing pedicures and he does my nails. She does all the art work. Check out my Christmas nails she did. I chose this for my grand babies. I cheated on my regular nail lady and I came to Le Nails for the first time yesterday. I came in to get SNS done on my nails. I waited for around 30 minutes to get started, which was understandable because I had not made an appointment. The staff was extremely friendly, but the service was not so great. I got french tips and none of them are even. You can see where she drilled my nail under the polish still. Then the heart design on my ring finger isn't horrible, but it does not look professional. The experience was nothing like what I'm used to. It just felt like there was either no effort made or not very much skill. This might have been a bad day for them, but this is the worst my nails have looked after getting them done. On top of that, $55 is insane for how long the service took and for how bad my nails look. read more

I recently moved to the area. I have been in search of a new nail salon. This place is about 2 minutes from my house. I loved how my nails turned out, but I had one fall off 4 days after I got them done and I am up to 5 nails that have popped off. I have never had this issue before. read more

Waited over 30 minutes to get serviced after they kept telling me it was only gonna be five more minutes. Once the lady came all she did was basically a polish change. It seems outrageous to me that they charge $50 for a polish change when I've been to other establishments and they charge the same price for the full service. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to get a mani/pedi! My daughter and I have been going to Le Nails for five years with great results for pedicures as well as gel or S&S nails. They're always able to work people in; I've never had an appointment. The most I've ever had to wait is ten minutes before being seated. No fancy chandeliers or wine but quality work in a clean, relaxing massage chair. What's not to like? read more

My mom and I went to get our nails done on a Friday evening, I wanted a French Tip and a party nail. I got the French tip and the party nail then the lady gave me the ugliest design I asked her to take it off and she said I would have to pay more ( I had already paid) So she removed the party nail only and gave the ugliest "Minnie Mouse" French tip whatever that is and I got up and left My mom and I will never ever go back to Le Nails ever again and if I was you I would not go either! I went in today for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The salon is located in a small shopping area near a Harris Teeter, so there is plenty of parking. The salon is clean, and the workers are attentive and friendly. I got a deluxe pedicure and a shellac manicure, and my total was $60. It was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. She really took her time, which I love. The paraffin wax dip and hot towels felt amazing. The manicure was basic, but she really took her time massaging my hands and forearms. Do not go here! I waited 25 minutes for a pedicure and they did a horrible job!!! Save your money! Go some place else. They are rude, the massage on my pedicure lasted all of about 30 seconds. The tools were not cleaned and she put no salts in my water. read more

This was my first visit to Le Nails and it was great! I got a pedicure, a fill-in, and gel nail polish. Both girls did a great job and were very detail-oriented. Tran, who did my nails, was just the best. She understood exactly what I wanted and she gave me what I wanted. It's great to find a nail technician who is on the same page as you, haha. Loved! I decided to treat myself to a pedicure this morning and I'm SO glad I did! They were very friendly and welcoming and able to take me right away. I got the deluxe pedicure with French polish. She did an amazing job! She was very thorough and didn't rush through it. It was the best foot and leg massage I've probably ever had during a pedicure. First and foremost, I have never had a problem with Nail Fungus and going to this salon I walked out with Nail Fungus. When they are busy they barely sanitize the items. The day I went in for a pedicure that night my toe nail cracked in half. I will NEVER go back for $25 for a pedicure I rather go to walmart for Manicure and Pedicure. DO NOT GET SNS NAILS HERE......can I give 0 stars??? I would if it would let me. 1 star is far too kind!!! I have been to this place of business multiple times and never had a good experience. I have continued to go back once in a while for the convenience of it from my house. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The polish/gel nail/SNS do not last 24 hours. Inevitably I end up back in there to get them "fixed" and still they don't last more than another day. Today was the final straw. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt so I decided to get my SNS nails done a week ago at this salon. By day 2 my nails cracked in multiple places. I went back in and waited 45 mins before they would help me. This was after I had been told to leave and come back at that time and they still made me wait 45 mins. They fixed the nails and then the other nails started cracking that very night. At that point I didn't want to keep going in to get them "fixed", I just wanted them off. So i politely went in and asked that they remove them and reimburse me. They were completely rude. Tried to embarrass me in front of the customers. Finally took me and I tried to be very polite and apologized for taking their time,etc. They never apologized or acknowledged my existence. Once she was done she offered me a fraction of the price I paid. I politely told her I would like the full refund. My SNS nails last 3-4 weeks from the salon I usually go to near my work and these only lasted 13 hours. And btw....if you don't know, SNS nails are not inexpensive, especially on my teachers salary, so I do not feel it is unreasonable to want to get them to last the expected amount of time. After a very uncomfortable exchange with who I think is the owner or manager, and her telling me I should not have asked her to remove the nails and give me a refund, etc. She threw the money at me and was yelling in her native language which I could not understand. I was mortified and so sad that a place so convenient to me is such a disappointment. I have never ever left a review for a place of business, but no one should have to experience this. Another customer followed me out to be sure I was ok and they left without services after witnessing this encounter. So my advice is to stay clear of this salon. They need more training on customer service as well as techniques for lasting nail services. read more
