Another Great Service with Antron and Chantel love the food and the City Grits and the Savory sausage was great. Love the environment

My husband and I had breakfast there on a busy Sunday, there was a short wait but as soon as we sat down Liz came to greet us right away. We ordered a black stone based on her recommendation since it was our first time there. She also brought out complimentary beignets and they were delicious! She was extremely friendly and helpful! She provided us with exceptional service, and I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! We'll be back again! read more

My family and I just went to this restaurant for brunch. We were absolutely blown away not only by our food, but also our server, Sarah. Sarah was very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. She gave great recommendations and continually checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for great breakfast food and exceptional service! read more

Great food nice outdoor seating and excellent service! today is my birthday and Amber not inly provided the best service but she actually gift wrapped a coffee mug and brought it out to me! thanks for making my birthday extra special!! read more

Two stars because the food is good and the menu is really exceptional. Otherwise it would be zero stars because the place is a disaster. So poorly run it ruined our Sunday plans. After a long wait we were seated. No server ever came to our table! Finally I got someone's attention and said we still had not seen a server. The manager came over to take our drink order. We had been waiting so long we didn't want to be any later than we already were for the rest of our day so we gave him our food order too. Still never saw a server. After a very long wait our food arrived cold to lukewarm. After we finished eating we still waited even longer for our check that never came! We were really late for our plans at this point so I tried to find the manager that took our order. Nowhere to be found. I was also told that because he wasn't a server he couldn't get our check anyway. Finally a server I'd never seen before took my credit card and after another long wait brought the receipt and my card to me. Unless they clean up their act, don't plan on anything else for your day if this is going to be your brunch choice. read more

Sarah was an amazing server and the food was pretty good also. The best breakfast I've had in Florida.

Was in town for work, drove past this place quite a few times and made an effort to come here before going back to the airport. I ordered an omelette with no chicken, and I discovered it came with chicken after taking my first bite. Not only did Jenna the bartender happily take it back, but she and the manager Libby took care of my bill and gave me a coffee cup with multiple apologies. They validated my good judgment of coming here and I will definitely be back next time I'm in town! read more

Another "Nightmare" Let me start by saying that this our first time in this restaurant. We came here for Sunday brunch based on a friend's recommendation. The biggest problem I see with this place is the staff in charge of incoming and seating clients. They are all on their phones unaware of the table logistics, not very receptive and very rude. We had to inquire several times for a table as there were over 6 tables unoccupied outside while customers (some seniors) waited outside on a very hot day. This is why they get 2 stars. Now moving on to our Server, Kerry. She gets 5 stars. Very polite, brought waters immediately as we sat down and took our order pretty fast. She also brought complimentary delicious Little doughnuts since the kitchen was backed up with orders (all of this with a big welcoming smile.) Thank you Kerry!!!! Perhaps she can teach the other staff good customer service skills. As for the food, it was good. Overall, this could have been a 5 star rating but for the hostesses that handle seating. Get rid of them or train them right. read more

We had the most amazing meal at another broken egg cafe and even better service from Sam! The food is both fresh and delicious and the service is incredible. Definitely going back! read more

Great place!! Loved my omelette and the coffee is incredible. Monica and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!!

We love a good breakfast place. Unfortunately, management needs to do a better job with staffing during peak/busy/holiday hours. During our recent visit, we decided to sit at the bar so we could expedite our order and reduce wait. It took a long time to be greeted at the bar. The server took someone elses order that was seated after us. She had already seen us waiting there. I requested water but 30 minutes later had to ask for it again. It took 20 minutes for me to get creamer. Finally, when I received my eggs they were undercook. I ate them (at this point we were all starving). Again, our server was overwhelmed and seemed to be taking care of a third of the customers. Hope management takes this feedback to coach and hire more help. We want to return and plan to give it one more try. read more

We visited for breakfast today, the food was really nice and the staff are friendly. The decor is nice beach / Delray theme.

Super breakfast/lunch spot. Atmosphere is casual & comfortable, service is attentive without being smothering, menu is varied, and food is terrific. The spicy Black Bean Benedict (with chipotle-flavored hollandaise sauce - yum!) is a must-have! read more

Took my wife and child for Mother's Day and they informed me how to sign in on an app so I don't have to wait when I arrive. Not only did they eliminate my wait time but they provided excellent service. They brought a complimentary chocolate covered strawberry to my wife for being a mom and made sure we were satisfied. And the hand crafted mugs are for sell there! Amazing breakfast. read more

This location is my favorite. Great food, Great service. Hostesses are super nice and friendly. Servers are always on point, quick, and attentive. Another broken egg is my favorite place to sit for breakfast in a calm positive environment read more

My wife and I enjoy having breakfast at this restaurant and have always had a very pleasant experience . In addition to the food being delicious and of high quality, the service is truly outstanding. We typically request to be served by Cici who is one of the best servers we have encountered. This morning we had Samuel serve us and he was equally outstanding. Be sure to ask to be seated at a table that is being served by one of them and you will be amazed at your experience. read more

The food was very good. However, one thing bothered me. We sat outside and someone brought a small dog to sit at an outside table. One by one all the wait staff went over to the dog, crouched down on the ground, pet the dog all over and had their hands licked thoroughly by the dog. Then they went back to delivering food, cutlery, glasses and drinks to the patrons. It seemed unsanitary and is the reason dogs are not allowed in restaurants. read more

Our first time here and we both loved it. I had the cinnamon roll french toast which was sooo delicious. It came with strawberries and a foster sauce and cream cheese icing! Hubby had bananas foster pancakes and he said they were beyond delicious. We also had a very helpful waitress who guided us through the menu. Will definitely be back read more

I generally don't give reviews; especially negative ones, but I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. I asked for a soft omelette and got a rock hard one. I asked for a refill and the staff appears they would rather converse with each other than attend to the customer. Hope management acts to better the all around negative rating. read more

We really wanted to love this place because we love breakfast. But it's not to be. Our first visit was ok. At least the service was good and the wait for our food not too bad. We thought it was just ok but blamed it on our selections so we tried it again. Our server was fine but the food (we both had omelettes) was only fair. The descriptions sound inspired but aren't matched by the actual food! I just had the feeling that the kitchen was understaffed so they missed ingredients while rushing the food out. Plus this time it took forever to get the mediocre food. I think we're done. read more

I would like to eat every meal at this restaurant. It was pretty busy but our waitress talked us through the menu and was incredibly attentive. My boyfriend had the cinnamon roll french toast and I had the crab cake benedict. Both were equally delicious - the french toast was just beyond amazing. You could taste all the different flavors - cream cheese icing, butter, whip cream, etc. - just delightful. We also had a side of the hash brown casserole - so tasty. Definitely stop by if you're in the area - we do every time we're in town. read more

Great menu, all you can dream of for breakfast. I had same dish three different times and each time served different. Last time wasn't even half as good as at thefirst time. What a shame they are not consistent. Salmon over a kale was half raw yesterday, kale wasn't even chopped. Manager needs to check on his kitchen stuff more often and hire more employees or something. This could be awesome place for breakfast. We were waiting for 10minutes for somebody to clean the table and 30minutes for our food. I recommend this place but also wish you luck. Hit or miss read more

So we went for breakfast Tuesday, and decided to sit at the bar. The bartender Jenna was wonderful, very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We both had the kiwi mango mimosa that was so delicious. She recommended with our entrees we got the city grits which were great. Food was delicious and well cooked. We will definitely be back, and make sure to ask for Jenna, who made the visit that much better. read more

The food is good. The service and Managment is not. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Waited for 45. Servers seemed overwhelmed, busboys were nowhere to be seen. Plenty of open tables with dirty dishes on them. Could be a great place if they got their act together. Definitely was not worth the frustration. read more

Today my family went to Another Broken Egg for Breakfast. We were visiting the area for a mini vacation. There was a misunderstanding over seating with another customer. The staff and management did an excellent job of resolving a semi tense situation, allowing both parties to feel equally important, and treated with the utmost respect. In the end, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, and left with the highest regards for Another Broken Egg's staff and even the other patrons within the restaurant. We will certainly return on our next trip to Delray Beach. read more

After a thirty minute wait for a table, we decided to sit at the bar for breakfast. It took longer than expected to get our coffee and even longer than that to have our order placed. We waited well over 45 minutes for our food once we were able to order, so we decided to leave without eating. Our food came out at the same time, so we took it to go. The manager was nice and courteous with our situation and the bill, but when we got home to eat, there was a hair inside of my doughnut French Toast which I literally had to pull out of my mouth. With this being Mother's Day, I don't think we will be returning. read more

I'm just moving to the area and have passed this place a dozen times. So this morning I didn't feel like cooking and wanted some good breakfast take out, I must say this was by far the best shrimp and grits i've ever eaten. I mean flavors are still in mouth it was sooo good. I have 4 stars and not 5 because the portions are literally small, & a bit pricey. But i will definitely go back again read more

Another great breakfast here. Sat at the bar, again. Jenna was there in a sec with my coffee. Took my order, the Monterey Omelet, and continues serving her other patrons. My omelet came our perfect as usual and Jenna kept my cup full. Turns out she is originally from my home state. Great food great conversation. Great service. Thanks, Jenna. "I'll be back." read more

I have been coming to Another broken for a while now and every time I go the food and service is always quick, consistent, and the staff Always makes me feel welcome. I usually sit at the bar and Katie, my server, is always cheerful and makes great recommendations. I never really write yelp reviews, however, the service here is so outstanding I feel compelled to share my experience with others. read more

A "wow" experience. Everything at this location was noteworthy. My wife and I were visiting the area for a few days and after 1 morning of hotel breakfast food we decided to venture out. So glad we did. We got to the restaurant - and besides having great curb appeal, the inside was clearly clean. We were greeted by Jenna who quickly seated us after greeting us as if we were regulars (this was our first visit.) Amber waited on us and continued the great customer experience: welcoming us as first time customers and proudly recommending favorite dishes. I took her up on the shrimp and grits which was outstanding. The eggs Benedict my wife had was equally superb. With about 40 years of customer service experience I think I know a gem when I see one. Just when I thought I was having one of the best restaurant experiences ever, Bobby comes to our table to also welcome us as first time customers and to make sure everything was satisfactory...seriously? I had eaten at a fine dining restaurant a couple of weeks earlier and didn't get this type of attention. I assured Bobby I was thoroughly impressed and that he could let Paul Buckland (General Manager) know we were extremely satisfied customers. My only hope is that when we visit Another Broken Egg Cafe at a location closer to our home that the experience is the same. Some establishments act as though they're doing you a favor by letting you eat at their place. Another Broken Egg Cafe in Delray Beach understands what customer satisfaction is all about. Oh- and Bobby indicated when we were talking with him that he's been with the company for just a couple of months. His passion for the brand spoke as if he had been there many years. Bravo everybody! read more

Came in for breakfast and was totally blown away by my experience. The food was stupendous and our server, sam, was prompt and friendly which livened up my experience. Would absolutely recommend, but make sure you ask for sam! read more

We waited 30 minutes after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. When we were shown to our table it was near the restrooms. I said I wanted a different table they offered to move it near the bar. Right near where people were sitting. That was also unacceptable because we would have people's backsides right next to us! The host got nasty and said " well, you will have to go back to the waitlist" There were empty booths but he didn't offer. We really didn't want to wait at least another 30 minutes. We went elsewhere. We will never come back and we will spread the negative word read more

This place is a gem!! Food was excellent, service was great, we will be back for sure, and next time we will be ordering mimosas

I'm an avid review reader but don't typically take the time to review restaurants I've been to. This is the exception. I came to another broken egg cafe on Linton this morning with my boyfriend and had the most exceptional breakfast dining experience to date. We arrived a few minutes late to our reservation and the hostesses were very pleasant and still able to accommodate us. Our server Chelsea was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive, polite, helpful, and genuinely a nice person. She made excellent recommendations and came to check on us at just the right times. We will certainly be back for the endless coffee, diverse menu and lovely staff. I'll definitely ask to be sat with Chelsea again! read more

I think this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Jamie at the hostess stand took a to go order and did not put the order in and in rushing also typed in my incorrect call back number. When we showed up to pick up the food she explained that the order had not been put in and they tried calling us back but the person who picked up a said they had the wrong number. I asked her what phone number they called she lied and made up two different phone numbers. I don't even think they took it down. We waited for 45 minutes to get our food for takeout and she couldn't have been more unapologetic and careless. After we asked to speak to a manager she told us he was unavailable because he was too busy to speak to us. Then she offered to give us a side of free pancakes. Would not even comp the entire meal for all of our trouble!!! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. You will be happy you did. read more

This is my favorite breakfast place since moving to Delray. I ordered the chicken and waffles for the first time in my life and I was delighted! Fried chicken and waffles slathered with maple syrup was a literal party in my mouth with DJ Smuckers spinning the sickest breakfast beats. Stupid jokes aside--this place is awesome. Another Broken Egg Cafe will definitely get another visit from me. read more

We had a wonderful breakfast here with our whole family! The food was fantastic, and our server Laura made it such a fun experience! We would definitely come back! Thanks for a great meal! read more

What a great experience! Our server Hillary was fast and friendly. This is a great place to eat breakfast

My daughter and I went to another broken egg cafe this morning and it was excellent! I had the granola fruit quinoa - it was so beautiful I didn't even want to eat it, but I'm glad I did! My waitresses name was Katy and she was so sweet and saw my daughter was getting a little cranky and took the time to talk to her and brought her some strawberries and papers to color with. I don't go out to eat very much because my daughter doesn't sit still for very long but I was so grateful our waitress not only did a great job taking care of us but she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy!!! The cafe was full I didn't wait very long for a table and as soon as I sat we were greeted with water and a cheerful young lady ! These may seem like silly things but it isn't very often I go out and have people actually care especially a waitress! She even hung the picture my daughter colored for her by the host counter which made her day! We can't wait to come back! read more

We went there on Father's Day for an early breakfast celebration and that it was! Nicely greeted at the door by a friendly hostess who sat us immediately. My Dad was in a wheelchair and the staff instructed us to sit wherever we felt the most comfortable. We sat towards the back of the dining room and were greeted quickly by Libby, our server. Libby was fantastic! She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and was great at taking our order promptly and with a SMILE. Our food came out in a timely manner and as we ordered it. THe food was excellent. We had the classic Eggs Benedict, Huevos Rancheros and Mixed Berry Pancakes. A good time was had by al,l but what made our day special was Libby's service and attention to detail. Thank you Libby, we will be sure to ask for you again!! read more
