This is a newer restauarant located at the intersection of Clint Moore Road and Military Trail. We tried it this morning for breakfast and it was a great decision. The place is very clean, bright and airy. The menu offers numerous breakfast and lunch options. I had the works omelet. It came with salad greens and toast. The omelet was delicious based on all the various ingredients in it. My husband had the a.m. power bowl. It was basically yogurt, fruit and granola. Toast was also included. The entrance is in a dedicated area of the parking lot of the polo shoppes shopping center. I typically get the POWER BREAKFAST QUINOA BOWL with a few tweaks like add goat cheese and switch the Italian sausage for turkey sausage. It's delicious and I usually take half home and have the rest for breakfast the next day. The service is typically good, but can be spotty if they're busy. We'd been here previously for an event and decided to return to see if we had an as good as experience. We came for an early lunch, but as you know they serve breakfast all day. I'd liked what I'd had here before so decided to get it again. This time, they made it exactly as I requested, and it was even better than before. I got their eggs benedict with smoked salmon. This was two poached eggs (I got them hard/well done) with hollandaise sauce -- which I requested on the side. And slices of thick smoked salmon on top of sliced tomatoes on top of a piece of bread. The eggs were perfectly cooked; the hollandaise sauce addictive; the salmon and tomato a good combo. My husband got their trifecta breakfast which was two eggs (your choice of method of cooking) -- he got medium poached; a waffle or a pancake -- he got their waffle; and meat choice of sausage or bacon (he chose bacon). He liked that they served the maple syrup hot as this is his preference. We had excellent service. In fact, all the servers seemed to be really hustling. The room was packed when we were there with most all the tables taken. You pay at the cashier on the way out. Even that is a pleasant experience as you feel the staff enjoys working here. Here for Lunch and I chose the Trifecta: Two poached eggs,(my choice), Bacon, fluffy waffle. Service was fast and efficient! I asked for some Maple syrup to go with my waffle and it was served hot. Just like I like it, so the syrup doesn't make the waffle cold and it also melts the butter. A personal sized pot of hot coffee was just perfect. This was my first time eating at 'First Watch'. It's a Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant with about 6 locations in Palm Beach County. I ate at the Boca Raton Restaurant. Erica, the Hostess, greeted me and showed me to my table. She took my drink order and returned with a carafe of coffee (that was delicious). I asked her questions about the menu and she answered every question professionally and very pleasantly. I ordered the 'Traditional Breakfast' - two eggs, hash browns, 4-slices of bacon and their Artisan Multi-Grained toast. The portions were larger than I could eat, but very delicious. The poached eggs were perfect, the bacon crisp & very tasty and the hash browns didn't require any additional seasoning. 'First Watch' is a clean, modern and spacious restaurant. I especially liked that the booths & tables didn't feel like you were sitting on your neighbor's lap. All in all, 'First Watch' will be my go-to breakfast restaurant. Food is great staff is lovely. But, some awful person let their dog crap right at the front door. It was not cleaned up. The staff would not clean it up saying that it wasn't sanitary for the wait staff to do so. We asked where the manager was and apparently they were too busy in the kitchen. We were here for approximately 40 minutes and it did not get cleaned up. Disgusting and unsanitary and appetizing. Shame on the person that allow this to happen and shame on the staff for not cleaning it up. All they needed to do was clean it up and then wash their hands! read more

After a nice walk in the park (vista view), we decided to get some breakfast at First Watch on our way to visit Palm Beach. First Watch is a good spot for breakfast and brunch! During our visit, we tried a few different items. The Bacado omelette was okay, nothing too special, but the Chickichanga omelette was very tasty and packed with flavor. For drinks, the Honey Caramel Crunch iced coffee was something new and fun to try, and the Kale Tonic drink was incredibly refreshing. The service good--our server was very polite and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant experience. This was my first time trying First Watch, and I'm so glad I did! We visited the Boca Raton location off Military Trail and Clint Moore. The place is exceptionally clean and inviting. We were seated immediately upon arrival, and our server promptly came over to take our drink orders. The menu boasts a vast selection, including healthier options, breakfast favorites, and indulgent treats. I ordered the avocado toast topped with an over-easy egg, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend had the BLTE, which was also fantastic. To top it off, we indulged in the strawberry tres leches French toast--an explosion of flavors in every bite. Delicious food and friendly employees. All the dishes were really tasty and fresh. Especially I enjoyed the Market Hash with scrambled eggs, potatoes and veggies. Their mushrooms and feta cheese in it were so good. One downside was surprise of the coffee price. Just regular coffee cost 3.95$. Little steep. First time visit to this location and was greeted quickly. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The server was very nice, but I felt a little rushed as we were asked what we wanted to order just minutes after being seated. I asked for coffee first :) She returned with the coffee quickly and asked if we were ready to order. They weren't busy and had several tables available. Once submitting our order, I explained I wanted to order something to go after our meal. The food arrived quickly and tasted good. The waitress did not return to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything after bringing our food. When we were almost finished, she placed the bill on the table. We waited about 15 minutes after finishing breakfast, and she did not return to collect the plates or ask if there was anything else needed. I finally asked another employee if she could get our server. She was located sitting in the front with the hostess and clearly had a view of our table. When she approached, I explained I wanted to submit the to go order (fruit and yogurt). We waited another ten minutes without seeing her after she dropped off the updated bill. I was giving the benefit of the doubt that a scoop of yogurt and fruit could take longer than it took to make our hot breakfast... but at this point I was done waiting. The restaurant was still not overly busy with multiple available tables and no one waiting to be seated. I asked the hostess to remove the fruit and yogurt from the bill because we had already waited a long time and were ready to leave. This was our first time to eat at a First Watch. The ambience is pleasant, with just enough of a fast-paced feeling. The view to the north of the pond was nice. I had the Farmhouse Hash breakfast. It was a generous portion, tasty and at a reasonable price. The bacon could have been slightly crispier. My brother had two pancakes, which were the size of the plate. Coffee service was good, as a carafe is left at your table. The toast, unfortunately, came at room temperature and the butter on it wasn't melted, although the rest of the breakfast was piping hot. I attended the soft opening of the new First Watch in Boca. The new location in Polo Club Shops is perfect, though I'm admittedly biased since it's just a block from where I live. It's a beautiful new standalone restaurant with fresh decor and an open space. We were seated right away. Our server and a trainer were at our table quickly with fresh coffee. Our server did a decent job answering questions about the menu and specials for the first day being open to the public, and I'm sure she had it perfected by day 2. My friend who had never been to a First Watch ordered the Floridian French Toast, which is always a favorite of mine. I ordered the Tri-Fecta with scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patty and substituted the Belgian waffle or multigrain pancake choice with a lemon ricotta pancake (there's an up-charge for that substitution). We also ordered two of the Juice Bar options -- Morning Meditation and Purple Haze. Our meals came out hot and fairly quickly. My friend enjoyed the french toast topped with tons of fresh fruit. The lemon ricotta pancake with that delicious lemon curd was fabulous (no syrup needed), the chicken sausage patty was savory, and my scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly (dry, as I ordered) and served in a cute rose pattern. Both juices were tasty -- the purple haze was sweet and light, and the morning meditation was earthier. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and will certainly be back! read more

We came to the new Boca First Watch on Champion to introduce a friend to one of our favorite breakfast restaurants. We were totally embarrassed by the poor service by Samantha; she had attitude, was rude and condescending. The food is always good, but she brought me the wrong eggs and we had to track her down for more hot water for our friend's tea. The restaurant was freezing and she said that she'd speak to the manager, but she didn't follow up with us, and it remained freezing. Still recommend any First Watch for food, but can't vouch for all servers; we had a great experience there the first time with Sol as our server. Have to reduce the stars because of our service. read more

The Brooklyn Breakfast Sandwich from their seasonal menu was phenomenal!! A messy meal but incredible (shoutout the pickled onions). Bun was so flavorful and soft and super unique. Cannot recommend this enough. Great service and easy dining! Will always come back for the potatoes. read more

The worst place ever! First they gave me a water glass that was chipped where you drink. When I pointed it out the waitress didn't even say sorry about that, she just took it and walked away. Then when I got my food, there was a hair on my bread. When I pointed it out the waitress didn't even say sorry or take the bread. She left it on the table and brought me another one. I bring it up to their attention, I wait an additional al 10-20 minutes and I get the correct order. I went last week and my order was wrong again. I vowed to give up on them but they gave me a $20 card as an apology. I went back today, and you guessed it, wrong again. The $5 I have left on the card can go to waste. I don't care anymore. This new location of First Watch in the Polo Shops Center on Military Trail in Boca Raton has a nice outdoor patio and the server was very pleasant. However, I NEVER complain about food but oh my goodness, this was disgusting. I almost hurled and that's not like me. I wish I had taken photos. I had discovered the grits at the First Watch in West Boynton and loved them. I specially went to the Boca Raton location with a friend this past Friday and I will never go back. The grits were sloppy, OILY (who the heck puts oil in grits) and I had three spoonful's and should have sent it back. It doesn't matter what it costs, it was disgusting. Truly swimming in oil. When we went to pay, I told the cashier that I should not be charged and she simply said "I'll tell the manager". They have now lost two good customers over a $3.49 bowl of oily slop and they obviously don't need our business. How hard is it to make grits? read more
