I have been to this location twice and on my third trip, decided it'll be my last. We were a party of 3. I ordered a cranberry mimosa, one ordered a plain water, the other ordered water and lemons on the side. The waitress came to the table and brought waters for everyone and said the bartender is making my mimosa. No lemons. She left before we could say anything. Time went by and no mimosa. Did she bring lemons? Nope. After a long hiatus of the waitress, she finally walked by (without even acknowledging us) and we had to holler to get her attention. I asked about the mimosa and she started to walk away, when we had to remind her of the lemons that never came. I then asked since it takes so long to get one mimosa, I'd like to put in another order. She was very rude and off putting. I had brought guests who had not eaten at this establishment before. Lost customers. Probably more than us. Dumb. read more

Another Broken Egg is a must. Newly opened in the Delray Place Plaza. it will be giving IHOP a run for its money. It's truly fine home cooking. The eggs done to perfection, the bacon baked, and the pancakes are so big one is enough, but have two because they are so yummy! read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

Another cookie cutter chain breakfast/brunch place. Food and service are good to "okay". Limited lunch choices. On my first visit to this establishment, I had the Turkey, Brie and Pesto sandwich which I enjoyed quite a bit. On my second visit, I had the Bacon Burger with Cheddar. Even though the burger was ordered medium, it was quite well done. My wife's English muffin was also burned this visit. During both visits, iced tea was delivered lukewarm with scant ice. We had to order a glass of ice to chill it properly. As anybody who follows me knows, "Iced tea should be well iced, dammit!" Xfinity wifi works well at this location; however you may be out of luck if you're not a Comcast Internet subscriber. read more

The breakfast was great ! The shrimp and grits is delicious! Will definitely come back if I'm the area ! It is worth the wait.

The food was so good ! And the environment is very nice. My only complaint will be about their parking area. They are very limited on parking spots and it's a very awkward plaza. We ended up parking across the street and walked back over after. Definitely a place to try though for their food read more

Very fast service and delicious food. Thank you Brittni for the good service. It was delicious.

Solid breaky spot, the server Brittany is wonderful and attentive!!! I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area, thank you!

This was our first trip to ABE and we are already planning our next trip. From having a hostess open the door to our server Hilary being the perfect balance of happy, fun, personable and attentive to the manager Troy checking on us and being super friendly we were immediately relaxed and happy. Then the food came...pictures and words cannot do the food justice! I wish there were more than five stars because it was phenomenal. The lobster and brie omelette was perfection. The lobster was perfectly cooked and for this seafood snob if it was frozen the chef is a genius. If you follow me and know my reviews you will know that I don't throw these terms around easily but they are well deserved here. read more

My family and I visited another broken egg, and had a marvelous experience. Everyone loved the food, and I wish I could of taken a picture of our plates. My husband and I had the "Huevos Rancheros". The tostada or crispy fried corn tortilla which served as the foundation of this decadent meal was very crispy, warm and light, it was very complimentary to all of the other ingredients on the plate. The service was excellent, and could of not asked for a better server. One thing I did not understand, was the spritzer taste in my grapefruit juice. I hope they are not adding carbonated soda to the juice in order to cut costs. I did not let that small detail affect my review, but I will inquire on my next visit. Another Broken Egg is also pet friendly when eating outdoors. They have a bowl of water as well as biscuits for your best friend. read more

Food is mostly delicious, the eggs Benedict yummy, pancakes dry but service is lacking, seems like the staff is not well trained. Not aware of wine choices, slow to respond, feels like they are disconnected with reality, so sad. Such a shame , work out the kinks..and we will try it again.(maybe) read more

The customer service here is excellent. I told the server it was our first time there and she gave us some free beignets with marmalade sauce which was a nice touch. Reminded me of being in New Orleans. She was really great, but I can't remember her name. Bobby came over to talk to us, gave us a voucher for surprise item off your next visit and told us we would get a free pancake on third visit after I mention we just moved from the next town over. He was super nice and welcoming (one of the mgrs). They have a way to skip the line using the yelp app. Really great coffee and yummy smoked salmon Benedict. Doing a good job of socially distancing tables during this time as well! We will be back to try other food and beverages. read more

The breakfast selection is everything you'd expect from a traditional cafe. Eggs Benedict is my go-to brunch choice, and to try it three different ways was a real treat. Eggs Blackstone Benedict was amazing! Hollandaise sauce wasn't too rich and complimented the green tomato and baked bacon. Classic Benedict was just that with thick cut, tasty ham. My boyfriend got the Crab Cake Benedict and claimed it was the best he's ever had! Service was super brief without much conversation, and felt as if we were in and out without time to unwind. read more

No Eggs for you! at the Broken Egg This was the worst service ever. My wife and I sat at the bar and ordered omelets and a Bloody Mary. 15 minutes after we ordered, a man sat next to me and ordered the same omelet as me (The Lucie). Maybe 20 minutes passed, and the bartender served the man his omelet, (I thought it was mine) the bartender looked at me and said, sorry, your wife ordered the Florida omelet so your orders should be out shortly. The man completely finished his meal and we were still waiting for ours. We waited 10 more minutes and gave up. I asked the bartender for the check, she said, sorry, I don't know what happened and still had the nerve to charge us for the drinks after we waited for an hour. It was their screw up their extremely poor customer service, we waited for an hour and never got served our meal. This is a breakfast omelet, not a complicated 5 star 3 or 4 course meal. We will never go there again or ever recommend it. read more

HANDS DOWN BEST BRUNCH SPOT IN DELRAY! From the moment I walked in after 12:30 mind you, Lexi greeted me and reassured me and my party of 10 could still be seated without having a reservation! Our first choice for brunch fell thru, but man am I glad we found this place! We didn't wait more than 10 mins and our servers Jim and Oscar was right on time with drinks and menu recommendations. Clean, friendly environment but the bestest part was the Food!!!!!!!! Omg the silence that followed after everyone took their first bite--I had the shrimp/city grits and bourbon pancakes... just beyond words, SOOOOO GOOD! don't even think about it-- just stop what you're doing and get here for breakfast/brunch. You won't be disappointed!! We are planning our next trip back. read more

Holy guacamole! We came here for the first time this morning. Bill our waiter was amazing. He got us complimentary bengeits as "first-timers" and a full rundown of the menu. In a word, amazing. The bengeits, the mimosas, the biscuits, the sausage gravy--everything. We will be back! read more

Me and my visiting family came to enjoy breakfast before my wedding weekend, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Bill!! read more

The service was great the waiter was very nice and welcoming. My food was correct and on point

Very good service & consistent food as expected from a larger chain restaurant as well as impeccable cleanliness. I've been here several times & always had the same experience (Delray location). The breakfasts I've ordered have consisted of basics such as bacon & eggs, French toast & a must try, the City Grits. Pecan praline & candied bacon French toast sent me to the review board today... outstanding. My server Sam was particularly on point as well. The drawbacks of this place are that it's big & corporate. It gets very crowded on the weekends. Corporate places draw a "corporate" clientele a lot of the time as well- be ready for that person to be in line or sitting by you. read more

Such a cute & yummy brunch spot! The servers and hostess both were attentive and helpful! I started with the city grits- which included melted Gouda cheese, bacon, and chives. I could've just ordered a bowl of that for brunch it was so good! Next I got the Granola, Fruit, & Quinoa bowl which was yummy and came with a side of coconut milk to pour over the dish. I ended up ordering a side of plain Greek Yougurt to go with the fruit and granola as I wasn't a huge fan of the quinoa. My boyfriend ordered the turkey and Brie sandwich with an almond pesto spread-it was scrumptious- the turkey was moist and the Brie melted to perfection! The side of potatoes were just okay. read more

I really wanted to like this place but the bad attitudes from the staff wont have me coming back. This was my first visit here, just my grandma and I. We sat down right before closing on a Saturday so maybe they were pissed about that. My grandma is 94 and the only menu option was scanning the QR code on the table which she doesn't know how to do and it was too small for her to read. It was like pulling teeth to get an actual menu for her. She ordered her coffee with milk and it came out with little creamers. We ordered water which never came. Ordered a side of begniets and then waitress specifically asked if we wanted them to come out before our meal and we said yes. We had to ask after halfway through our meal where they were. One of the servers came in from an outside table complaining about the couple putting their masks up each time she came over and calling them "germy ass people at that table". We were the last in the restaurant and they were cleaning and talking inappropriately, swearing and using sexual slang. Also was in the restroom the same time a staff member was and they left without washing their hands. Was the food good? Yes it was but I'd rather dine elsewhere read more

This should be called Another Shit Show today. Called ahead for seating and arrived at 1015. We were told we would be seated at 1030. Did not get seated until 1130 and our party had to be sat at two separate tables. After sitting at our table for 20 minutes a waiter finally showed up and took our order. It took about 20 more minutes to get our drinks and when they showed up the drinks were all wrong. We waited until 12:50 to get our food and although some of it was good, the pancakes were burnt. I will have to say that they got us new pancakes within 5 minutes. Don't know what was going on today, but they definitely deserved this review. read more
