It came with eggs and I chose to have bacon and sausage. The fruit was fresh and good quality, eggs just right, bacon crispy perfection, sausage was hand shaped and cooked with love....but that French toast....life changing!!!! 12 hours later and I'm still thinking about it!! My daughter has the hash brown Benedict, she had had it before and liked it so much she had to come back again. The country potatoes were perfectly season and crispy as they should be! We stumbled in here for lunch. It was at least 85 degrees inside and the background music was loud and thumping bass. Food server was slow to refill our glasses or bring us the check. If you're going to keep the restaurant in a sauna state the ice water has to keep coming! The food is okay. My spinach scramble was perfectly fine. But sitting in a greenhouse was not cool. I settled on the standard pancakes, eggs, and bacon. I don't usually like restaurant eggs, but theirs were really good after adding salt and pepper. I didn't even need to add ketchup. The pancakes were great. You get 3 decent size pancakes. They are dense and fluffy at the same time (I don't know another way to describe them) and tasted the great. I love their syrup. It's tastes cinnamony. If you have a cinnamon allergy, I was ask about that. The only thing I didn't like was the bacon. It tasted weird that's all I can say. Saturday around 11:00 AM. We walked up and the wait was around 30 minutes for our party of 7. Not bad at all. Menu has a wide variety of breakfast/brunch items. Service-terrible. 2 of us ordered regular coffee. They have 2 different drips. One of the coffees had to be brewed. We waited and waited. Finally, the server came to our table and we asked about the coffee. He went and immediately got the coffee. The coffee was ordered with cream. When he brought the coffee, he didn't bring the cream. We asked for cream again and he said he would bring it. Nope. We finally asked a busser. The cream was about 2 steps away and he immediately brought it. Strangely, one of the cups was about 25% larger than the other. No coffee refills were offered. I finally asked our busser friend and he brought over pot to refill. We ordered a large order of biscuit Beignets. When they were delivered, there were 2 fewer plates than diners. We requested 2 more plates. We never received them. The beignets were not good. They were basically deep fried biscuits. One person asked to substitute a side for bacon. No extra bacon when the food was delivered. I ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken fingers looked home made and were very good. The waffle was room temperature. It didn't even melt my butter. The syrup was supposed to be a chipotle honey. It tasted like Mrs. Butter worth. It was also room temperature. The 5 adults at our table all agreed that the food was mediocre. Our server never checked with us until we were finished. The gentleman that was bussing the tables was great. Very personable and took care of us. He should be the server. 2 people ordered Bloody Mary's. They said that the drinks were great. 1 person ordered a mimosa. There were 2 sizes so she ordered the 11 oz drink. The mimosa looked like a regular size. When asked, the server said it was the larger one. I may be wrong, but 3 of us thought it was small. We were very disappointed. We came in today and had such a lovely brunch! I wanna start by saying our server was so awesome. I am so sad that I did not catch his name, but he did such a good job and had so much patience and getting us all situated. He first came to the table and greeted himself. First, we came in and noticed some tension between a couple employees going in and out of the kitchen with food. We sat and our server was a bit aggressive from throwing us our menus on the table to tossing us napkins and utensils after asking because there were none on the table. They have biscuit beignets as an appetizer they bring to your table as soon as you sit down. They're chewy with a nice crisp but nothing much different than sugar biscuits. We got the crab cake Benedict and Lobster Hash Benedict. Crab Cake Benedict 2/5 it was unfortunately missing a lot of flavor and bland. You can taste the crab but not much else. Lobster Hash Benedict was a lot better 4/5 a blend of nice Cajun savory spices in the red pepper hollandaise sauce. The potato hash with ham was a bit heavy but good nonetheless. Attended the soft opening for the new location. We were greeted and given the choice of sitting inside our outside. Took advantage of the weather and sat outside on the patio that has umbrellas. We were greeted by Lee, who was a pleasure to have as she was patient and attentive to our needs. The regular pancakes are standard cakes you can get at any breakfast spot, the lemon blueberry with goat cheese pancakes were good however it would of been nice if the blueberries were in the pancakes versus just on the plate, and the bourbon banana pecan are on the sweet side but oh so delicious. I also got the Floridian omelette, it had too much cream cheese in the filling for my liking but the portion size was great. I went for their soft opening, and they had a full house. I really appreciate that they took reservations so that they could keep the environment controlled. They are in a shopping center with a lot so on the weekend it may be a little challenging to find parking. They allowed an entree and drink for each person, and your meal was free, but they suggested that you dontate to the charity they worked with, Hope for Children. What a way to welcome themselves to the community. I love this!! When I got there with my party we sat on the patio. They have a nice sized patio, and the tables had umbrellas to help provide shade. I was not very impressed with this restaurant at all. The parking was spacious and it was not very busy the morning that we went however I did not like the food or coffee very much, the waiter messed up our order twice and overall I just did not like my experience. I did like the ambiance as it was very relaxing and spacious. There were booths and chairs for you to pick from which was nice. I would definitely not recommend the salted caramel cream cold brew.
