Service: 5 Food: 4 Ambiance: 5 My friend and I visited East Hampton on Saturday. The lady at the register was incredibly sweet and had great customer service. She even checked on us during our meal. The Connecticut lobster roll was amazing. The potato roll the lobster is served with was so soft. My only critique is filling up the roll with more lobster as I felt I was eating a lot of bread than the lobster meat. The fries were incredibly salty and made it unbearable to finish. But it was perfectly thin and fried to perfection. It was a great side dish served with the roll. The cucumber watermelon drink was very sweet but also refreshing. They offer two other flavors which is pretty nice. The staff took our plates and trash at the end of the service and thanked us for coming in. For a fast dining restaurant, we had an overall great experience.

A solid lunch option near SMU. I must say, I think I prefer the sandwiches over the wraps so if you are on the fence, get a sandwich. The waffle cut sweet potato fries were to die for. Friendly staff and service.

My father and I came here for lunch on a Saturday. We had clearly missed the rush based on all the dirty tables with trays and food left on them. There was enough staff so I am not sure why someone wasn't clearing off the dirty tables. You place your order at the counter and are given a number to place on your table so they can bring it to you. My father got one of the lobster rolls and I got some chicken sandwich with fries. I will say the fries were really great! The chicken sandwich was just okay. And my father said the lobster roll was seriously lacking flavor and lobster!

We had such a lovely Saturday visiting East Hampton on a gorgeous spring morning! They now serve breakfast sandwiches (all day I believe) so we had to check it out! We tried 3 different breakfast sandwiches: The Hash BEC (bacon, egg. And cheese with a hash brown in the middle), The Crescent (ham, cheese, and sautéed onions), and The Mulberry (eggs, sausage, bell peppers and cheese). The Hash BEC was my favorite!!! I will definitely get this again and again.

Food: 5 Service: 4 Ambiance: 4.5 Overall I HIGHLY recommend this place. I stopped by not expecting much but I absolutely loved my meal. I came with a friend and we got the honey chicken sandwich and the Cuban, both were a 5/5. For our sides she picked the sea salted fries which had a delicious crunch and great flavor. I got the side salad which I would vote for skipping as it is just lettuce with a side of balsamic dressing not even poured on top. Still the sandwiches completely made up for it as they were some of the best I've ever had in Dallas. I opted for the low carb tortilla version which was very delicious and left me completely satisfied. The prices are pretty affordable for what they're worth. Excited to try some of the other sandwiches they have to offer!

Buffalo Bleu Sandwich Get ready for a big portion of buffalo chicken goodness! this sandwich is packed with buffalo fried chicken, spring mix, Gorgonzola, pepper jack cheese, bacon (I got without), and jalapeño ranch. This was a flavor blast and though the sandwich is packed, none of its contents fell out since it was neatly wrapped. You can get the full size sandwich with chips included or do a half sandwich and a side! I can't wait to come back and try their other fun options!

Lobster Roll & Baked Potato Salad

East Hampton.... you had me at lobster roll I decided to stop by for lunch on a whim. I ordered the Connecticut lobster roll and the baked potato salad. I went with the Connecticut roll because I prefer my rolls and lobster served hot when ever possible. I will usually only order a lobster roll every once in a while as a treat (due to cost). And boy was I happy that I decided to treat myself today. This was the best lobster roll I've had outside of New England. The roll was packed tightly with lobster, so much so that almost every bite caused some lobster fall off, but not leaving the rest of the roll vacant. So hats off to you for doing it right East Hampton. As for the baked potato salad, I can't say that I'd order it again. It was solid at best, and essentially just served as a "filler" for me. I'd like to see a couple more side offerings, but that's just me being picky.

My sandwich was tiny for how much it cost. The green goddess chicken sandwich tasted good, but it seemed like a bad deal.

We had breakfast in the hotel and our server was helpful, friendly and had a sense of humor. We visited the pool and were surprised that it was not heated. The hotel gym was decent, could use a better (newer) bench but it had the basics. Our room had everything we needed (the bed was quite soft) and a great view of the eye across the street. My first shower would only get warm and not hot so maintenance had to come up and show me a safely button to push which allows the water to get hot. This was after texting with hotel staff (a very helpful option) but surprising that they didn't just tell me about the button and chose to send maintenance. We were in room 852 on the North side of the hotel and overlooking the eye. We came back from dinner around 10 on Saturday night and were kept awake until about 1:30am. I guess Main St is where people choose to drive their cars with the music so loud it feels as though it's in your hotel room. The motorcycles and cars also like to rev their engines.... A LOT. The windows appear to be single pane and they don't keep any noise out at all. Due to the noise level, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.  Being on the 8th floor and feeling like I was in the cars that were driving on main st and blaring music 2 nights in a row was incredibly disappointing.  If this was a 2 star hotel, okay.  That is not the case.  Upgrade the windows to double or triple pane.  Your location is great, service was friendly and efficient, but one generally wants to sleep at night and that is not possible at your hotel. We even asked the front desk on our second morning if we should change rooms and were told Sunday nights were quiet. I should have listened to my gut as our Sunday night was not quiet. Although the amount of cars & motorcycles wasn't as much as on Saturday, we still heard several cars with music blaring or motorcycles reviving their engines until around 1am. This was the beginning of a long overdue vacation and birthday celebration and it did not get started on the right foot unfortunately.

That's when the very kind gentleman--who we later learned was Victor Hugo--let us know another table would be clearing shortly so we could move. Top-tier service already For appetizers, we went with the brisket balls, duck taquitos, and a pitcher of pineapple mimosas . Let me tell you... those duck taquitos were SO good That crema?? I do wish the dessert had been complimentary, and the pie would've been a solid 10/10 if it were warm--but still appreciated. We started off with a pitcher of mimosa and the duck taquitos. I'm usually not a fan duck however I was told to give it a try. If you hadn't told me it was duck, I probably would have thought it was chicken. The mimosa was a build your own, it came with 3 juices - orange, pineapple and cranberry - and you got to pour as much or as little juice as you wanted. Between the two of us, we each got about 3 glasses. I got the French toast, which tasted like a deep fried donut, in a good way. The outside was crunchy, the inside still had the pillow custard texture. However in my opinion it needed more of the apple pecan slaw especially if you weren't trying to drown them in syrup. My friend had the chilequillas which she really enjoyed but did mention a few times that it was a little spicy. We ended the meal with dessert which was rich and luscious but oh so delicious. It was a cholesterol mouse that was covered in a hazelnut chocolate shell with a raspberry sauce. Overall a great time was had & I'd gladly go back to try more.
