Delicious food. Amazing options. Service is excellent and the vibe inside is very nice and relaxing.

Stopped by here after a hike in Marin county which worked out well as the portions were big! Staff were friendly and nice, definitely planning to come back when in the area. Fries were the standout for me, but the baja chicken burger was great too.

We just finished backpacking and my boyfriend and I really wanted a good breakfast. We ran across Anchorage 5, and the staff was SO FRIENDLY and SO SWEET. It was such a great environment to be around after a long two days. There wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant, so our food came out fast. For breakfast, nothing was like spectacular since it was just typically American breakfast. I would've preferred our hashbrowns more crispy but that's a personal preference. My latte was also ok, I still needed something stronger along the way. The place was clean, the decorations truly fit the theme of "anchorage" so my boyfriend and I really liked that feature. If you need to use the restroom, know that you'll have to go out the back and use a restroom that isn't attached to the actual restaurant, I think they share we other places. The restroom itself was very well kept and clean.

The look of this place makes me think half diner half sailor's mess hall haha. They serve standard food, but standard food done really well. I had Joe's Special (an omelette with ground beef, mushrooms, fresh spinach, and onions) along with roasted potatoes and a cup of coffee. It also came with choice of bread, which I eagerly chose sourdough. That was good buttered sourdough :) I'll give their lunch options a try next time.

Mexican Diner in Marin County. The service is ok and the food is your basic staples. It is well prepared, the portions are appropriate and it is fairly priced. I am glad we discovered this place after a long hike, it was a good stop to replenish our energy and keep going. We left with a full stomach and a good feeling so job well done Anchorage 5

A favorite Mom and Pop restaurant! Hidden away on Gate 5 Road in Sausalito. Locals walk there easily from nearby Molly Stone's Market to have a cozy breakfast with a large choice of omelettes, fluffy pancakes, and sandwiches. The Mexican dishes are especially good! They have the best cup of coffee in town! The low-key music allows for easy converstions & relaxation. Service is quick & friendly. For 22 years they have served us well. Visit them & you will add them to your favorites list as well! sausalito

They ran out of some things on the menu but didn't know until I tried ordering it. Their food was good and basic breakfast diner cuisine. Not too busy as it's located in a random area and it was flooded in the front from all the rain. Cute decor as you feel like you're on a boat! Wouldn't mind coming back here again.

I had been on this street but hadn't stopped here to see and eat. I could use Uber to get to this place from Tiburon. I had the cheesy eggs and a root beer. Also potatoes I saved for later. The public restroom is here with key. Friendly and interesting. Must have been here since 60s. Anchorage like Alaska!

Decent food. Did not meet the expectations! Country side potatoes could have been better. Too much lime in Egg Benedict. Decent customer service. Options to sit with pets outside !

    Cute diner

I took a bite out of everyone's burger just to try of course. -Yountville burger - the Parmesan cheese crisp was delight. My teenager usually hates arugula, but it was not bothered by it at all. -Easter special burger- I got this special double smash burger, loaded in barbecue sauce. I personally liked it, but my wife thought that it was over drenched in sauce - vintage cheese burger with Gouda cheese instead. This was definitely a winner, a classic signature burger. Their special sauce tasted almost like a lighter mild version of In-N-Out sauce. - Fish and cod was decent. The batter could be more crispy -side order of truffle fries - quite pricey for $14 but were okay didn't taste much truffle I will say that the salad that accompanied the burger was pretty bland, dressing wise. It was delicious, well done yet juicy, and Very thick..almost too thick to eat with a fork. Expensive: the cost of that burger was almost $25. Ambiance: I sat at one of the outdoor tables out front to enjoy the nice weather. Something to note: this was an area with a very weak cellar signal and the restaurant does not offer wifi, so if you come, bring friends, or perhaps a book to read for entertainment. The final bill had an annoying line item adding an extra 3% entitled "California Wage Increase"... IDK why they they think I need to see that. Why don't they just include it in the price? Anyway, to summarize: service is good and they serve good tasting, expensive casual food in a pleasant relaxing setting.

We opted for the Brunch Prix Fixe menu ($49 per person), selecting two appetizers and two entrées, and every single dish exceeded expectations. To begin, the Jalapeño Lobster Toast was a standout. The lobster was incredibly tender and sweet, elevated by a delicate kick from the jalapeño, the ginger aïoli added a subtle warmth. Each bite was layered, balanced, and deeply satisfying. Equally impressive was Michael Mina's Ahi Tuna Tartare (well worth the supplement). This dish was a masterpiece of freshness and complexity. The tuna was pristine, melting in the mouth, while the combination of mint, chilis, and Asian pear created a mix of coolness, heat, and sweetness. The pine nuts added a welcome crunch, and the garlic habanero-sesame oil delivered a bold, aromatic depth that made the dish very unique. For the main course, the Bungalow Benedict was pure comfort elevated to perfection. Served on a beautifully toasted Model Bakery English muffin, the Canadian bacon was rich and savory, while the poached eggs were cooked flawlessly, their yolks silky and indulgent. The hollandaise was luxuriously smooth while the breakfast potatoes on the side were crisp, golden, and perfectly seasoned. The Steak Frites Au Poivre (also a supplement) was another highlight. The filet medallions were cooked exactly to temperature (we asked for med rare) tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The au poivre sauce added a refined peppery richness that complemented the meat beautifully. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside! Dessert was the perfect finale. The Brûléed Basque Cheesecake was extraordinary, so creamy and rich with a delicately caramelized top that added depth and texture. The Three Layer Chocolate Cake was pure decadence. Moist, rich, and intensely chocolatey, it was elevated by the lightness of whipped crème fraîche. The salted caramel sauce tied everything together with a perfect sweet-salty finish....you can tell I'm a chocoholic! Beyond the food, the ambiance deserves special mention. The space is incredibly refined, with a soothing palette of pastel tones that immediately invites relaxation. The décor draws inspiration from Art Nouveau and Art Deco, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and thoughtfully curated. Everything is immaculate, contributing to an overall sense of understated luxury. Finally, the service truly elevated the entire experience. The General Manager, Giovanni, was outstanding. He guided us through every detail of the menu, offering thoughtful explanations and perfectly pairing wines with each course. His presence was attentive yet never intrusive, making us feel completely at ease. His professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge added a personal touch that made the experience truly memorable. RECCOMENDED!

Service - is attentive but not aggressive. Cocktails are well crafted and it's nice to have East Brother have a showcase for their many excellent styles of beer. Food - The menu is elevated sports bar, in the two times we've dined here since reopening, the solid go back to is the ribeye French dip sandwich, served with French fries. We started both times with the bar pretzel which is easily shared by two, this time we added the potato pancakes, fried just right (my partner thought they needed salt but he has a salt tooth). Other recent reviews that mention the smash burger note that the bottom bun is soggy, I concur (but I liked the grind and flavor) so I opted for the fish and chips this time, again fried perfectly, the batter crunched nicely with each bite. I don't mind the vinegar served alongside, found it easy to dip along with the housemade tartar sauce and French fries. Overall, I like this establishment for both drinking and eating, maybe the burger needs a little tweaking but the menu is inviting, the portions good sized and the food pairs well both with their cocktails and the beers. If you want more than the standard sports bar, this is a good experience and we will return.

We decided a Warriors and Lakers game would be the best time to try it out. It was busy and the Saturday before SuperBowl, so we knew it would be busy. We immediately walked up and sat at the bar with open seating. However, quickly realized we would rather enjoy a table. I walked back to the host and asked to be put on a list for a table (there were 3-4 open). I knew they accepted reservations and we may not be sat immediately. However, we were completely forgot about. No text, no call. By half time, the place was pretty open and we were disappointed we hadn't been contacted. I didn't feel it was my job to double check if we had been forgotten. By the time we left, we still didn't receive and recognition from the hostess (2 people working the stand). I know we were forgotten because I watched her write down my name and phone number on a paper, and as a customer, it sucked. We wanted a table to order dinner and have more room, but we just ate at the bar. I will be honest, I wanted to leave at half after this, but my partner was hungry, and that is the only reason we stayed. The beer is always good. The food is okay (too pricey) in our opinion. The French dip lacked flavor, but the fries were amazing. My partner said the burger was ok (also lacked seasoning). We will probably be back for happy hour, and for the atmosphere, but other than that we may have gone in with higher expectations.

Buckeye Roadhouse has such a classic, cozy vibe that immediately feels special--you can tell it's a place people come back to. First things first: make a reservation. Easily one of the best desserts I've had in a long time and the perfect way to end the meal--rich, nostalgic, and totally indulgent without being overwhelming.
