Visited Sausalito for the day and decided to eat brunch here. We arrived at around 10am on a saturday and to our surprise, we only had to wait 10 minutes for 8 of us to be seated outdoors on their patio. For the most part, the patio was shaded with some umbrella coverage. In preparation for a hike, we opted to eat safe and light. We ordered the Lighthouse omelette, which has mushrooms, ham, onions, and cheese. That tasted amazing! The egg, right when it came out,, looked like it was whipped and fluffy. You could see the glistening of the (maybe butter) in the eggs. Each bite was a creamy and light egg with the mushrooms, onions, and cheese carrying the flavor. They were pretty busy, so sometimes it was hard to get a hold of a waitress, but I know they were trying their best to take care of us! It was cool to see the "Danish connection" with diverse menu items such as the open-faced herring sandwiches. Maybe we can try these next time! read more

This place is amazing!! Had never heard of it before, but smelled the bacon as I was biking past and had to stop off on my way back through Sausalito. It was fast and busy, a rare combo. Service was awesome and everyone seemed to be getting a jump on the day an enjoying a solid diner style breakfast. Food was perfect. My wife and I went to the "Lighthouse Cafe" today and had a great experience. The waitress was great and cooks were right in front of us. We sat at the counter. There was a line outside the door, but we didn't have to wait on seating because of the counter space. There is seating inside as well as outside. It has a family vibe making it a great place to dine. The food was also great. My wife had a banana pancake with hash browns and I had egg Benedict. If you're looking for a great place to go and get good food try Lighthouse. All in all, I give light house four stars read more

Arrived at 10am on Sunday, party of 2. We waiting in line for about 10 min before sitting at one of their outdoor tables. We had outstanding service from the waitress who was helping us. She made sure we had everything we needed, and was so sweet! We both got eggs Benedict, which are only available for Brunch on the weekend. They were delicious! Visited this spot on a Saturday morning with two friends and although there was a long line to get a table (~10 folks in front of us), we were sat in ~20 min. The staff was attentive to get our orders as soon as possible, but once we received our food it was a bit hard to get their attention for additional request. However, the place was very busy, which might have played a role. We ordered the Augustin's stuffed hash brown, the Annette's scrambled eggs and the Raspberry pancakes. The Augustin's stuffed was for sure the top plate. The hash browns were crunchy and the stuffing was very tasty, just perfect! The raspberry pancakes were ok, nothing unique or memorable about them. Lastly the Annette's scrambled eggs were good, the sausage is a bit spicy, but it balances out with the rest of the flavors. Overall, would revisit this spot for the Augustin's stuffed hash brown, they were so tasty! Important to note, they have outdoor pet friendly seating if that's of interest. read more

I was hoping for a greasy spoon, mom n pop...what I found was clean and bright, looked relatively recently refreshed with newer booths. Patio seating outdoors. At this day and age, how could they not offer ANY non-dairy options for coffee? And sweeteners are only sugar, Sacharin and Splenda. It's kind of like being in a diner from the nineties but with 2026 prices. A small cup of coffee is $5.75. So far no one has come by to offer refills. We ordered eggs 25 minutes ago and still not out. Just asked the waitress and she said they are cooking hashbrowns for the entire restaurant and haven't even started our order on their single grill. Little brunch spot on the coast of Sausalito. Wait in a short line to get in. There is no wait list or reservations. There's a counter, some indoor booths and a little outdoor patio. Would not recommend for a large group because it's quite small. Service was a little cold, but not bad. They didn't really say hello or acknowledge us, but they got us everything we needed and we didn't have to wait long. Coffee was good, and so was the food. I really enjoyed the crab and lobster melt, which was like a grilled cheese mixed with a lobster roll? The clam chowder was not the best ever but still good! It's such a cute spot, very small interior so don't really recommend coming in a huge group but perfect for small families or groups of 2-3! I first came to this cafe when I was 15 years old. Almost 10 years later, it was nice to come back with my parents and little brother and enjoy a delicious meal again. The service was truly commendable. The waitress was friendly along with the rest of the staff. You truly get that homey, cafe feel sitting in one of the booths. There seems to be two Lighthouse restaurants in the area. This one is located next to a flower shop. Just look for the little lighthouse structure and you're in the right place. Stopped in for brunch on a weekend and waited a bit to be seated but wasn't terrible. It's cute and has some indoor and outdoor seating. Once we got seated our servers were on it with ordering and bringing out food. We tried the lox bagel and the stuffed hash browns. The lox was delicious but felt like very little lox and sliced super thin on the bagel for the price. The hash browns were good and filling with the eggs and toast that came with it. Hash browns were cooked nicely and twist on breakfast. We wanted to order the bottomless mimosas that were on the menu but stated they don't serve any alcohol at this location. Misleading to have a menu to doesn't apply to the location or say that specifically.
