This place is amazing!! Had never heard of it before, but smelled the bacon as I was biking past and had to stop off on my way back through Sausalito. It was fast and busy, a rare combo. Service was awesome and everyone seemed to be getting a jump on the day an enjoying a solid diner style breakfast. Food was perfect. Definitely getting the blueberry pancakes next time, but couldn't fit all that on the bike.

My wife and I went to the "Lighthouse Cafe" today and had a great experience. The waitress was great and cooks were right in front of us. We sat at the counter. There was a line outside the door, but we didn't have to wait on seating because of the counter space. There is seating inside as well as outside. It has a family vibe making it a great place to dine. The food was also great. My wife had a banana pancake with hash browns and I had egg Benedict. If you're looking for a great place to go and get good food try Lighthouse. All in all, I give light house four stars

Arrived at 10am on Sunday, party of 2. We waiting in line for about 10 min before sitting at one of their outdoor tables. We had outstanding service from the waitress who was helping us. She made sure we had everything we needed, and was so sweet! We both got eggs Benedict, which are only available for Brunch on the weekend. They were delicious! The only thing to note is that the prices are quite expensive. We spent $65 after tax on our two meals, 1 coffee, and a side of toast.

My buddy chose this place for our big breakfast before our big hike. I fully approve. I got the ultimate breakfast and it comes with a huge mixed fruit pancake that I split with my buddy. He got a spicy scramble. We hiked 31 miles and frankly didn't really need to fuel up during the hike so this breakfast really did the job. Casual. Great service. Cozy. Street parking. Please come and create your own adventure.

I thought that the service was friendly, fast. I appreciated that they checked on us as well.. The food was pretty good, very tasty..I really liked my Philly sando and potato salad..I did think it could have had more filling..It was lacking filling..But it was very tasty.. My guy had the Corned Beef Hash and he said it was pretty good. We enjoyed our visit to the LightHouse. BTW, we sat on the patio with our dog. I appreciate dog friendly outdoor spaces..Thankyou

Visited this spot on a Saturday morning with two friends and although there was a long line to get a table (~10 folks in front of us), we were sat in ~20 min. The staff was attentive to get our orders as soon as possible, but once we received our food it was a bit hard to get their attention for additional request. However, the place was very busy, which might have played a role. We ordered the Augustin's stuffed hash brown, the Annette's scrambled eggs and the Raspberry pancakes. The Augustin's stuffed was for sure the top plate. The hash browns were crunchy and the stuffing was very tasty, just perfect! The raspberry pancakes were ok, nothing unique or memorable about them. Lastly the Annette's scrambled eggs were good, the sausage is a bit spicy, but it balances out with the rest of the flavors. Overall, would revisit this spot for the Augustin's stuffed hash brown, they were so tasty! Important to note, they have outdoor pet friendly seating if that's of interest.

Tasty Sourdough; tasty taters. Arrived early, went right in and grabbed a booth. Well coordinated service, open kitchen with a counter. I was hoping for a greasy spoon, mom n pop...what I found was clean and bright, looked relatively recently refreshed with newer booths. Patio seating outdoors. As others mentioned: small bathroom, multitasking waitress on the phone, potentially long wait and no sign up sheet, just wait outside...and tourist priced. But the food was good, perfect portions. Look forward to trying the pancakes and breakfast burrito next time.

Road Trip for the weekend and So happy we ran into this Cafe spot for brunch. Located in the cute town in Sausalito, Ca! Super cute little lighthouse. Plenty of street parking when we arrived. There was a small line outside the cafe but not much of a wait as they have seating indoors and outdoors. We were asked what we preferred and we went with outdoors. Our server started off with our drinks while we looked at the menu. We ordered Huevos rancheros, Eggs benedict, some pancakes. They had fresh squeezed orange juice which the kids loved and unlimited coffee for us coffee drinkers. everything was10/10 absolutely delicious. the servers were nice and friendly. we will definitely be stopping by again when in town.

Little brunch spot on the coast of Sausalito. Wait in a short line to get in. There is no wait list or reservations. There's a counter, some indoor booths and a little outdoor patio. Would not recommend for a large group because it's quite small. Service was a little cold, but not bad. They didn't really say hello or acknowledge us, but they got us everything we needed and we didn't have to wait long. Coffee was good, and so was the food. I really enjoyed the crab and lobster melt, which was like a grilled cheese mixed with a lobster roll? The clam chowder was not the best ever but still good! My kids enjoyed the Mickey pancake which was quite cute. Would recommend if you're in the area and looking for a quick brunch with a friend or two.

Excellent breakfast in Sausalito! We were driving through and happened to see this cute restaurant/coffee shop and decided to have some breakfast. Walking in we knew it was going to be excellent as it was busy first thing in the early morning with locals. Hostess/waitress was very friendly and got us served immediately. The cooks were so fast and the food came out to perfection. If we ever go to the area again I would absolutely stop by

The food i s still great. I love the Crab and Lobster Sandwich. The reception is is something else. They need to make a better way of greeting and making customers line up. One of the server is a little bossy and doesn't know how to be cordial. They have a lot of people lining up so she can get sassy. The seats outside could be nice to look at but when the breeze comes in, it's cold.

10/10 absolutely loved it here! Good old fashion diner interior with a cute blue exterior that matched the town of Sausalito! It's such a cute spot, very small interior so don't really recommend coming in a huge group but perfect for small families or groups of 2-3! Service was great, you can tell they are attentive of who is a regular and who is new in town haha. They're all so kind and patient, quick service and food came in under 10 minutes! All the food listed is 10/10, would highly recommend stopping by here for food and then walking over to the main strip to stroll, grab a coffee or ice cream and shop. - Clam Chower was a favorite of mine and my boyfriend. We both agreed it's better than SF clam chowder bowls! It's super thick as apposed to being creamy but not in a nasty way. It's very hearty and filled with potato in each bite. Loved it!! - Large pancake was 10/10, the edges were crisped up (which I love) and the blueberries popped with each bite. No complaints, perfectly sweet and delicious. - House potatoes 8/10 nothing to write about but very delicious with the hot sauce provided on the table! Yum yum yum. Would recommend coming here earlier in the day, but if there's a line don't be scared! It's so worth the wait. Prices are not scary and you're getting so much food for your buck!

I wouldn't think so. It's tiny inside and animals that are not specifically service animals probably wouldn't be allowed. I've never seen one inside in any case.

My sister was cold and really didn't want to have to sit outdoors so we almost opted for to go food, but ultimately chose to dine anyways, and I'm so glad we did. I'll start by saying EVERYTHING was incredible. From the food down to the service we received. All of the staff we interacted with during our time there were very kind and attentive. For starters, when we arrived, I told our waitress we had a dog and she directed us to a table on their "indoor patio ", so we we're basically sat indoors, which was really nice. We weren't cold at all, and had we been, it looked like they had overhead heaters! We ordered their bread service, the warm trout dip, truffle fries, steak & frites, the burger, mussels/clams, the chocolate tart and creme brûlée. It was all delicious. While eating our appetizers, our poor pup got sick and threw up under the table :( we tried to discreetly clean it and felt really embarrassed. Entrées came out a few minutes later, and while eating our entrées, it happened a second time. At that point, we were ready to ask for the food to go, because we were feeling so thoroughly embarrassed. As I started cleaning the vomit a second time, our kind waitress came over and told me she would take care of it. I apologized repeatedly, and we felt sooo bad. She was so kind, and gracious towards us, telling us it was okay. I never got her name, but I wanted to let her know just how much we really appreciated her assistance and for not making us feel worse about what had happened. The way she handled the situation, was the epitome of dog friendly service. I'm not sure why our pup was so sick at the restaurant. My guess is he may have swallowed some water while playing at the beach. I just really wanted to express my gratitude for you all allowing us to enjoy a nice meal and continuously treating us kindly and respectfully after our poor boy got sick in your restaurant. Thank you again! If you're looking for a restaurant with delicious food, great ambiance and even better service, THIS IS IT

This restaurant is also a bit away from the downtown / wharf area and so also somewhat less crowded. It still had quite a bit of queue to order. Patrons need to order food / drinks at the counter first and then look for a table . Which makes things kind of tricky. When I went, there were still a few empty tables. But I could see , people who arrived a bit later, had to wait around for tables to be vacated. Which spoils the experience a bit. They had a few vegetarian / vegan options. Had the Butternut squash hummus - Felt fresh, and was tasty, though didn't get a strong squash flavor Side of falafels - These were tasty and freshly made. Marinated Beets - Not much flavor , but made for a healthy side Dark Chocolate pudding - I think it had been kept refrigerated , until served and so felt more like eating a frozen dessert and less like a pudding.

This was a perfect place to go, especially on a nice sunny day. We sat outside on the patio, it did get a little roasty toasty under the sun but it was nice being able to see the water and the city. The service was a tiny bit slow, but overall fast, considering that the place was packed to the room with reservations and walk-ins. The servers were really cute and accommodating for everything, and the food was spectacular. I'm not a huge fan of oysters ( or at least I thought I wasnt) but this definitely changed my mind. It's super fresh, the sauce is pair really well, and the whole vid a good ambulance for me to get back into oysters. If you get a chance, grab the coconut ceviche for a little twist on a classic ceviche... There are slices of coconut and slices of fish with mangoes and tomatoes, which was so tasty. The crab tacos were a whole other deal as well since it wasn't on tortilla, but rather a rice paper kind of wrapping. Super fresh crab, and very juicy and creamy. BEWARE parking is terrible, it's usually crazy packed, and there's a lot of other restaurants and bars around the area which also add to the density. I would recommend this area for adults - couples, friends, older family members. I probably wouldn't recommend this for kids since it's a bit more busy but classy. There's lots of other spots down the street or in Sausalito. That's a bit more accommodating for all ages.
