Service is really attentive and quick. Got the corn fritters aka hush puppies, chicken sandwich with wagyu chips with honey butter and ricotta donuts. Corn fritters were good with pieces of canned corn inside. Brioche chicken sandwich with caramel sauce was also executed well. Only complaint is that the wagyu potato chips didn't have any honey butter so I had to use the honey butter dip from the corn fritters. Ricotta donuts were light and dense with a side of caramel sauce to dip in. It isn't the thick sauce but very thin. Amaro even wrote a birthday card for me and gave me the donuts on the house! My wife and I visited Amaro's Table the other night and we couldn't have been happier that we did. The restaurant inside was warm and friendly and the staff was absolutely amazing and made our meal such an enjoyable experience. I had to try the fried chicken and it was definitely worth the hype... breaded and seasoned wonderfully, and the mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese sides were delish! My wife had the New York with the chimichurri and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare, not to mention it tasted amazing as well. Our server was also very helpful in assisting my wife pair her New York with a nice spicy red wine. For dessert we shared a piece of key lime pie which was positively mouth watering, but also since it was our first visit they treated us to their ricotta donuts and those were just the perfect bite sized flavor explosions. Will definitely be going back because the menu had lots of other good sounding dishes, and from where we were sitting, we saw a lot of really good looking plates coming out of the kitchen. read more

Service was impeccable from the very moment we entered the premises. Friendly, accommodating, prompt, and attentive. I asked for a lesser known cocktail, which the bartender crafted perfectly. I had ordered it with the condition that if the bartender didn't know the cocktail, they create a drink off the menu (I specified which menu drink...as a back up/ contingency plan ). The food was excellent and prepared with exceptional quality. We ordered the daily risotto and the Radiatori. Both were incredible. Cooked well, savory flavors that blended together masterfully. Pastas were al dente to perfection and without fault!!! The decor was modern, tasteful, and well planned. It felt elegant and comfortable simultaneously. It was cozy, yet spacious. Color palette and decor were inviting and relaxed, yet sophisticated. I've heard from MULTIPLE people that Amaro's Table is an excellent choice. When we lived in Vancouver, we never had the opportunity to dine there, but since relocating to the Castle Rock area, decided to finally take an opportunity to visit. We will definitely be repeat guests. Their specialty, fried chicken, was better than I expected, while the ribeye was repeatedly disappointing. I requested medium-rare and it arrived medium-well throughout. They offered to remake it, and the second attempt was rare for about half of the steak (which I accepted because rare was better than medium-well) but it was blue/raw for the other half. The drinks were very good. The desserts were decent. I wouldn't refuse to go back, but based on the steak debacle, I won't pursue a return visit anytime soon. read more

We came here in celebration of our four year wedding anniversary, and we did not make a mistake deciding to try Amaro's! We were seated in the lounge, which is beautifully low lit, the bar is very attractive, seating is comfortable. Our server was very helpful, kind, and thoughtful. She ensured we got everything we needed and was quick to recommend things. I ordered the New York, rare, and my wife ordered prawn linguine, both were EXCELLENT. The steak was cooked just perfectly!
