What a pleasant surprise! We stopped in hoping for a quick dinner and good service. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was cozy, dark, and inviting. We were immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile. My husband had a cup of clam chowder and the cheeseburger and I had the wedge salad and Naan Flatbread. A girlfriend and I came for lunch, sat on the patio out front. It's spacious enough for a few groups. Our server was totally fantastic, I didn't catch her name but this was Saturday 4/19 around 11/12. She was patient, informative, and very nice. I had a shrimp spinach salad with mango pico - let me tell you it was so delicious! Luckily I didn't dump all the dressing, I barely used any at all. The inside was a little small but the service was great and the food was better than we expected for what we took as mainly a wine bar. The clam chowder was so good, we came back a few days later on our way back through town just for that. This is my first time back at this restaurant in about 2 years. My lunch here made for an excellent addition to my weekend get away! I had the Pesto Pita Melt with a cup of Halibut Chowder as my side dish. The portions were perfect, and the food was delicious! The fish was fresh and the Pesto had light salt (which happens to be my preference). Taylor was my server today. She did an excellent job making sure that I had everything that I needed during my visit, and is personable to her clientele. February 14th - We visited The Office tonight for their special Valentine's menu. Per usual the staff is so very friendly. Mr. Wonderful had the Ahi en Croûte and I had the Smoked Butternut Squash. Both dishes were good. The highlight of our meal was the salted honeycomb late = so good! It happened quite by accident being here, I met my daughter halfway she lives near Portland and I am now living near Seattle/Olympia area, she wanted coffee, I sent her two options after her choice turned out to be a drive thru.. we picked the office she said because of the name, I said it would be great if it were a bar.. turns out it was but we both had coffee she picked the Entrepreneur and because it sounded so good, I had one too.. but back up.. the first thing you experience is the ambience... I knew in a second we (she) made the right choice, now back to the coffee , it hit my nose and I said sweet, just as it flavor punches you in the mouth, my heart and tongue both smiled.. I may or may not have heard angles singing.. I don't know but I spoke loudly how much I liked that as I slipped and sipped, this drink will change your mind about foo-foo coffee as I drink Deathwish every day, which has a flavor punch of its own but this is unique. I had to add food on after that, and Taylor was an amazing server, she helped me navigate without feeling stuffed when I left, I had their famous wedge salad and was impressed but the Cuban sandwich was no side dish after thought, it definitely held its own, I finished the experience with telling her about my experience cooking for Gordon Ramsay it was a tremendous lunch tremendous service and great ambience... We found this restaurant office on Yelp, & decided to try it out. The service is great and the food is good, but they are pricey especially for the area. I'm visiting for 1 week & I love trying out new restaurants & bars. Parking is ample & the ambiance of the place is modern & fun. I would come back for breakfast, & beer, but in my opinion the mixed drinks are a little steep in price. The restaurant does have a drive through if you want to drive up instead of dining in for breakfast or lunch. On Sundays it's happy hour all day. So Sundays would probably be the best option to try out the happy hour drinks specials and food without breaking the bank. read more

Really cute place to get creative and delicious drinks!! I am not much of a vodka van but wow, the kiwi kamikaze was absolutely addicting. There are so many good looking drinks on here it was really hard to make a choice but im so glad i chose this one! We got here early, around 445pm and it was packed. This must be THE place to go to after work to get some happy hour drinks and pupus. There were only 3 tall 2-top tables left when we arrived and a little while after we sat down, those tables also filled up. When we sat down, one of the tables were getting their food and it looked SO good. I asked our waiter about it when he came to take our order and decided on Wedge salad since that's what the majority of that table had ordered. The colors on that salad were just popping! Happy hour here on the weekdays is from 3-6 so i ordered the half wedge salad and it was only $7. I also added bacon and avocado for an additional $4 dollars and also some chicken breast. It was really good, the tzatziki ranch dressing was just...gosh, i guess i can describe it as a big WOW. I always order my dressing on the side so my husband scored and used a ton more on his full wedge salad. He ordered the soup and wedge salad which was an amazing deal at only $14 dollars! He had his with the curry soup which he enjoyed. We also got an order of the cheese garlic flats which was also, of course, delicious. Longview Washington does not have a lot of choices for food. This is one of the only places that actually does a good job. I guess they don't get their truck deliveries from Sysco. It's real food. It's fresh. Doesn't taste like a tomato yesterday or the day before that. Staff are wonderful. The restaurant doesn't read toxic air fresheners from the bathroom all the way down the hallway. Definitely enough for two to share. We also had the French onion soup. We always order French onion soup anywhere we dine IF they offer it. I will confidently say this was one of the better ones we've had. An important side note for anyone who's a fan of French onion soups: 1. We both love onions and hearty soups. While this soup follows most of the typical recipes, it deviates slightly in that it is definitely more onion heavy and hearty, with a touch of sweetness than most traditional French onion soups. We 100% prefer it this way. If you prefer more brothy versions, then this may not be the same experience for you. We both agreed we will go back to have it again. The cocktails: All of the cocktails we tried were tasty. Very complimentary flavor combinations. BUT (nothing counts before the but...) Usually, one cocktail makes me feel it a tingle. Two cocktails make me feel a strong buzz. These were flavorful, but absolutely lacked any hint of alcohol or "kick". So, if you are normally not a drinker, or you prefer low alcohol content, you'll be fine. I, however, was very disappointed because, they were pricey. Now I do not mind spending $12-$15 on a cocktail if it delivers both appealing taste and alcohol content. I do not enjoy spending $12-$15 on cocktails that are not worth the dollar amount. My wife and decided to try out the office and oh my God was it good! New favorite place for kelso longview, Woodland, heck washington! Had an amazing cocktail, the pom spice sparkler and it was perfect for fall! We had a great breakfast of waffles, breakfast pizza, and garlic cheese Naan. Forgot to take a picture of the Naan, it was too good! Maria was our server and she was not only personable and knowledgeable but so quick to help us out! The service was top teir! The first great thing about The Office is that it is open on a weekday after 7pm. I was visiting from out of town and at a lecture until a bit after 7, and I worried I'd get stuck with fast food. Ugh! I absolutely love The Office! It's the perfect place to go just have a drink, a snack, and catch up with friends. For me, it's so similar to just going to a coffee shop. When I went, it was during the week and I just needed to use wifi, do some job searching, and I desperately just wanted a drink to relax. I got a Blackberry (or blueberry honestly I can't remember) Lavender Tini, which I ordered because I saw it as one of their "Drink of the Day" drinks on Instagram awhile back, and I absolutely LOVE it. I got two, and an order of pita and hummus. Was a perfect little alone date to myself! Know Before You Go: *They have a capacity limit due to COVID, so maybe call ahead if you're driving from far. They are social distancing tables, so keep that in mind if you're planning to have a ton of people with you. *Most of the staff wore masks, but to me (and I'm sorry) it's not a huge deal, but figured I should share that. They have two spots for outdoor seating-one with a fire pit and the other just a normal table. But still wonderful on a nice day. *Staff is AMAZING! I swear each and every one of their staff is so sweet and helpful, so make sure you leave a generous tip because I love these folks! *Kids ARE welcome. While the food was extremely good, the service was severely lacking. We were seated at 1:40p and did not get our food until 2:28. Once we finally received our food, my son's burger was not made to order. We also ordered dipping sauce for the fries which never came. The fries were an additional dollar to the burger and there was only a few on the plate as you can see in the photo. Additionally, my water was empty and never filled once during our time at the restaurant. Another waitress did see that my son's water was empty and came and filled his glass. Not one apology was given for the extreme delay in our food and excuses were made when I pointed out that our orders were not given correctly. Unfortunately, as lovely as I thought this restaurant would be, and we went out of our way to stop here on our road trip back home, we will not be returning. How do we received a sincere apology along with some sort of compensation or maybe a nice complimentary dessert, this review would have been quite different.
