My mom loved her drink from here and I also tried it and it was great! I will say I currently have to be mainly sugar free and I am not sure what brand syrup they used for the seasonal drink I got for myself but it tasted almost like chemicals of some kind and I wasn't able to drink it whatsoever. Normally I would have went back to see if I could try a different drink but they were very busy that day. I will still try this place another time but it would be really nice if they could test out some of their sugar free recipes for those of us who need to watch the sugar and still want a yummy drink. Cappucino tasted like hot milk. Service was friendly. One and done for us, unfortunately. We got 2 cappucinos and both were the same. Definitely way more latte than cappucino. A stand out in a crowded arena, this is by far the best coffee shop in town. They have plenty of variety, with coffee stuff that tastes great, but also with other drinks that taste even better! (I don't like coffee.) It's easily accessible. You drive by it on Washington Way, and just turn right in. There's hardly ever a line. Outstanding service from every employee. A lot of them are young and vibrant which is nice. Better environment than Dutch Bros. It looks pretty nice, too! Great branding and the shop looks brand new and clean. I also can't really complain on the prices, I feel like they're reasonable. But again, I don't like coffee, so I don't EVER buy coffee from the shops I go to with my Mom. Who, by the way, loves this place too. She's a frequent customer, that the employees know and love. She's been a regular for years, and put my brother and I onto the place. As someone who's lived in Orlando most of their life we typically have a lot of franchise coffee shops, (Starbucks, Dunkin', ETC.) so this was a bit of a different experience for me. I was absolutely blown away by how good the drinks were from here. I did not have a single bad experience and almost every time my girlfriend and I visited I got a different drink. This is one of the many reasons why I miss Washington. Fantastic little shop and I absolutely recommend stopping by this place if you're in Longview. The service was pleasant and fast. read more

Kaffine Cafe is my go too for my coffee and always will be. The staff is always super friendly and they remember my drink every time. The owner is amazing, kind and definitely makes you feel important and not just a number. The coffee is fantastic and every time I travel all i can think of is I wish they had a kaffine cafe here. Beyond the pale of trying ones patience. This coffee stand has one employee with two sides. Waiting 15 minutes to watch four cars move on one side while one moved in front of me. Many many cars lined up. I left after being completely upset over this. MY time is MY time. Not to be spend waiting in line at YOUR establishment for what would have been easily a half hour to hour for coffee!! Such arrogance! I drove tonStarbucks and had six people in front of me and wasn't even five minutes to get my coffee!!! I drove back by the establishment and not a single car had moved. Horrible experience. And I didn't even try the coffee. My TIME is more valuable than your cheapskate inability to keep adequately staffed! read more

During this hard time, I am very thankful for there wonderful service as well as flavor. The other day the line was beyond long. Covid is making people need there coffee a little extra (& it was well worth the wait) even with a vehicle behind me laying on there horn quite rudely, the employee working didn't show any sign of stress & continued making those in line there drinks with a smile on her face. I've been going here for years & am thankful they didn't close during this lock down. As well as thankful for how well these girls work under the pressure & stress! One of my jobs happens to have me right next door. One of the best places in town! Coffee is great (whether it's blended or hot), and the employees are always smiling and happy.
