Keebler coffee always hits the spot…read more Comfortable, cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. Always, excellent service! Dihlyla is a gem! I love the Matcha and Mr. Wonderful sticks with his staple, a mocha.

(If not for D, this would be a 1 star review)…read more I've been a regular at Keebler Coffee for about a year, and until recently the service has always been solid. But over the last two Saturdays, my experience has been extremely disappointing because of the new barista, M. Two weeks ago, M waited on every person in front of me, but when it was my turn, she never took my order. She spent some time finishing (or appearing to finish) tasks for earlier customers, but once those were done, she drifted into random, meaningless tasks instead of helping the people waiting at the counter. My order was never taken at all--I stood there for 15 minutes and eventually left. It was one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I've ever had. This past Saturday wasn't any better. There were only about seven people in the café--three of them in my group--and yet M still couldn't figure out who a prepared sandwich belonged to. The same thing happened with a drink order. She simply couldn't identify which customer the items were for, even in a very small crowd. It was disorganized and frustrating to watch. Once again, the only thing that kept the situation from completely falling apart was D, the barista who consistently provides excellent service. D stepped in, tracked down the correct customers, took orders efficiently, fixed the mistakes M made with mine, and kept the café running smoothly. D is professional, attentive, and clearly cares about the customer experience. It's easy to understand why she seemed frustrated--she was essentially doing her job and M's at the same time. Keebler Coffee has been one of my favorite local stops, but M's lack of basic customer service skills--difficulty taking orders, organizing them, and delivering them--has made my last two visits extremely disappointing. If it weren't for D stepping up and keeping things on track, this review would be much harsher. I truly hope management addresses what's happening, because the service here used to be dependable.

I discovered this sweet little chocolate and tea shop this summer. I have visited twice, each time getting a different pastry and a chai. They serve chocolates, tea, coffee, cookies, coffee cake, bread and other treats. It has a whimsical old school charm to it. Lots of art, vintage books and an antique piano adorn the place. The staff have always been helpful, and the pastries and chai have been consistently good. They have good hours. They also have community outreach and offer enrichment classes. If I was a local, l I would sign up for a chocolate making class or one of their paintings / art classes. This is a great place to go for a break or to work remotely. It's definitely a must-visit if you plan to visit Longview, WA.

Really nice little cafe, it's very cute with lots of plants, comfortable seats indoor and outdoor, and very gracious and kind hosts. Service was really fast and they were very helpful. Food was great, lots of options for sandwiches and salads and lots of different drink options. The Turkey Avacado on croissant was fantastic. They had just brewed the green tea fresh and it was also really refreshing. They have a ton of handmade baked goods as well. Perfect little rest stop!

Everyone on staff is so nice and personable and their food not only tastes incredibly delicious but it has soul. The cafe has a laid-back, natural atmosphere that's super relaxing with all the natural light it gets. I really like their plants as well! I wanted to try the OG Red Leaf after hearing all the raves, and let me tell you... I was NOT…read moredisappointed (yes, before I even had the coffee I already knew it was going to be good). I love when a coffee spot feels like home! People mentioned the prices were high, but honestly? I got a breakfast sandwich and a 16oz maple vanilla latte for $12 total. That's a steal. Other coffee shops charge about $6-7 bucks alone (yes I did yhat), so Red Leaf is absolutely keeping up correctly with the economy jump. Sure, Red Leaf has a ton of drive-throughs, but I highly recommend coming to the Longview location or finding one with a dine-in area. I also heard the owners are local to Longview, so of course I had to check this town out! Driving in, I looped around this cute little pond -- so charming. That alone made the trip worth it. And when I pulled up and saw the long line of cars? Great sign! Now... the breakfast "Sammy." YOU GUYS. All local, all made in-house. The bread was airy, light, fluffy -- actual perfection. The egg, the bacon, and that bread blended like a dream. I don't even like breakfast sandwiches from coffee shops because the bacon is always tough or the egg feels fake. Idk what magic they used here, but it tasted legit, so off we go! And the coffee? A 16oz maple vanilla latte. Let me tell you... great, smooth, creamy taste with the perfect blend of vanilla and maple -- and it wasn't too sweet, thank gosh! The gal at the counter mentioned that if I didn't like the coffee, to please let them know (so sweet!). I told her I drove in from Seattle after visiting family for the holidays and that this spot was on my "need to try" list. That little comment from her genuinely made me feel taken care of. I know people tend to complain and spread that negative experience to others -- not me! I'd rather pay for something I enjoy and share honest feedback so the staff knows what went well or what could improve. Everyone has off days! But these ladies? There were quite a few of them working, and every single one was friendly, happy, delightful, and down for great conversation. I knew I was in the best of hands.
