I wanted to try the OG Red Leaf after hearing all the raves, and let me tell you... I was NOT disappointed (yes, before I even had the coffee I already knew it was going to be good). I love when a coffee spot feels like home! People mentioned the prices were high, but honestly? I got a breakfast sandwich and a 16oz maple vanilla latte for $12 total. That's a steal. Other coffee shops charge about $6-7 bucks alone (yes I did yhat), so Red Leaf is absolutely keeping up correctly with the economy jump. Sure, Red Leaf has a ton of drive-throughs, but I highly recommend coming to the Longview location or finding one with a dine-in area. I also heard the owners are local to Longview, so of course I had to check this town out! Driving in, I looped around this cute little pond -- so charming. That alone made the trip worth it. And when I pulled up and saw the long line of cars? Great sign! Now... the breakfast "Sammy." YOU GUYS. All local, all made in-house. The bread was airy, light, fluffy -- actual perfection. The egg, the bacon, and that bread blended like a dream. I don't even like breakfast sandwiches from coffee shops because the bacon is always tough or the egg feels fake. Idk what magic they used here, but it tasted legit, so off we go! And the coffee? A 16oz maple vanilla latte. Let me tell you... great, smooth, creamy taste with the perfect blend of vanilla and maple -- and it wasn't too sweet, thank gosh! The gal at the counter mentioned that if I didn't like the coffee, to please let them know (so sweet!). I told her I drove in from Seattle after visiting family for the holidays and that this spot was on my "need to try" list. That little comment from her genuinely made me feel taken care of. I know people tend to complain and spread that negative experience to others -- not me! I'd rather pay for something I enjoy and share honest feedback so the staff knows what went well or what could improve. Everyone has off days! But these ladies? There were quite a few of them working, and every single one was friendly, happy, delightful, and down for great conversation. I knew I was in the best of hands. read more

Great service and different options at this drive-thru service. Two days in a row as I visit my sister in this new town have been a great experience. Yesterday I just got the iced black tea which was fine. It was the service that was the highlight. Today, that same guy was there. This is the only GOOD organic coffee place in town. I never hesitate to come here and have no reason to go anywhere else in the kelso/Longview area. They serve organic coffee, many natural options, some natural and natural-ish food options, some keto options, lower cal options, unsweetened milk alternative options, friendly staff, and is very clean. There is also a good amount of seating. Unfortunately this location closed their bathrooms and I don't believe they ever reopened but I could be wrong. I do wish they would fully disclose all ingredients in every product (I like to know what I'm putting in my body), as well as make their nutritional info on their website more user friendly and customizable. The nutrition facts are difficult to read because the headers are way at the top and you lose your spot as you scroll up and down to see which column is for what, and some milk options/drink options are not available. Those things aside, I still love this place. Will keep going here. Definitely try it if you haven't! Multiple locations around town and between kelso/woodland make it easy to grab a good coffee on the go. read more

This stand can never make my drinks right no matter what I order. Blended drinks I usually request get blended "extra thick" but they can never get them thick always super watery. Also just tried to go get a iced drink because I didn't want to go all the way back to DB. Asked for extra ice and they give me LESS ice than normal. Seriously isn't that hard to make a rebel. Visiting and will be coming in every morning. Great service and great coffee. My cappuccino was perfect and prices are reasonable. Drive through is fast. The keto drink tasted a little artificial, my husband's gold rush drink was pretty sweet, but these are personal preferences. The bacon sandwich was excellent and better than the sausage sandwich. I peered behind the counter and everything looked freshly made with date stickers marked on top. I sampled a chocolate chip cookie I got for my son, and damn. bomb. Great spot. read more

I had a blended drink called the arctic gold rush (frappe/frozen) it was very good. The person I went with had a latte and did not care for it. I don't think there was anything in the world wrong with it, and It smelled really good to me,so I think it was perfectly fine. It reminds me of Tim Hortons a little bit. The hot chocolate was really good and apparently my family thought the coffee and tea was very good to my daughter has decided that she will now go to Red Leaf Organic Coffee instead of other coffee shops for now on. I loved their little egg and bacon sandwiches they are literally the best that I've had and all the coffee shops I've eaten egg and bacon sandwiches from. Nice welcoming atmosphere to sit and visit. Friendly greeting and service. They do have Barastas - since you get a design on your Coffee and overall a nice place except they only use 12oz cups. They have a decent but small selection of treats to enjoy. I just wish they had 16 oz real cups. I had to get a 12 oz drink since they feel there is no demand for a 16 oz real cup and so they do not bother to carry them - think cheap manager. The other locations have them - hum - why would their customers splurge for the 16 oz drink but these customers don't? How expensive are they Culver 16-Ounce Bistro Ceramic Mug, Black at Amozon are $25.00 or a little more then $6.00 each. read more

By far, my favorite coffee shop to date. They start with organic coffee beans, and even have a section of their menu where the drinks are 100% organic. They definitely come with a hefty price tag (almost $6 for a regular sized drink), but its honestly not much more than what you'd pay elsewhere, and the quality is MUCH better. I've had their organic mocha and organic blended mocha, and both were delicious. The blended one was so smooth and creamy - you can really taste the difference compared to larger coffee shop drinks. A lot of the drinks even have cute, quirky names. :) I will definitely be back - I only wish there were more of these around! read more

I love Red Leaf! The staff is always friendly, the service is usually pretty quick. Whether its coffee, lattes, or a smoothie they've got something delicious for almost any customer. I really appreciate the warm and happy attitude of the staff, they always engage with me and my pups when I come through the drive-thru which I love. This place has great coffee by Longview standards, but the coffee isn't great. Red Leaf seems to be doing what Starbucks is doing, but doing it way better. They pride themselves on how quickly they can serve the drinks to their customers, as evidenced by their ability to keep the long drive thru line moving. However, the coffee beans are burnt in order to cut through the flavor of their wide variety of really sugary drinks. The pastries are loaded with sugar as well. They offer alternative milks like soy, almond, and coconut, but they have burned the almond milk in every latte I've tried. Although "organic" is in their name, it's difficult to tell if what they serve is actually organic. I have been told that their beans are organic and that they offer organic milks, but there is no USDA Organic sticker on their bags of beans, and their pastries, sandwiches, and smoothies don't specify either. The atmosphere is nice though, and the place looks great. You can always count on the staff being friendly as well. read more

First time visiting, went in looking for something similar to my beloved Tim Hortons but found something so much better. Maple Vanilla Latte sounded weird and strange to me, but I was feeling adventurous so I got it, and now I'm hooked! Wish I had discovered them before I reloaded my Starbucks app. Barista was really cool too and so nice about me not being able to make up my mind and changing my order several times. read more

Longview's best coffee shop. Food choices are great. Organic and gluten free options. The cashew yogurt parfait is the best!

My only complaint is that they seem to have trouble keeping their egg stratas in supply, but that might be because I've been telling all my coworkers how great they are (red pepper goat cheese strata... best breakfast ever!). Great selection of coffee, tea, and smoothies, plus interesting seasonal specials. They make an excellent breve latte. This is a great local business that gives the big coffee empire some much-needed competition, and frankly shows them right up with some local flavor. While the coffee etc may be good, owners of this business are losing early morning customers over their changing of store hours without bothering to change on own website, FB, Yelp, etc. They couldn't even bother putting a notice on doors of change. This is unprofessional and uncalled for, especially with different hours at different locations. Several of us wasted our time this morning until someone showed up at 5:16, but that of course didn't help. If you like their product, go during day - but don't trust this business for your early on the road needs. read more
