Drive up or walk up to the window and you'll be served with a smile and in my case plenty of help. The coffee my brothers ordered exceeded their expectations. As for me I rarely drink coffee , but explained what I was looking for and came up with an iced vanilla chai that exceeded my expectations as well. If I'm in the area Id definitely be back often. Came in for some coffee. There was only one car in line. Still took about 10 minutes to get my coffee. The white Chrysler 300 and the lady at the window was in deep conversation about personal stuff. Great coffee. Dutch bros has a great variety of things to choose from on the menu. You can choose from simple black coffee, almond or soy, other cool options are loaded with chocolate or sugary flavors if that's your thing. I enjoy their drinks. They are always very friendly but I feel it's just over the top and fake most times. I don't like it when people ask me what I'm going to do or where I'm going. It's just none of their business and I know they don't care. I know it's not their fault and that they are required to ask but it just annoys me so much. This is the third time this week that my boyfriend has had his drink messed up here. I've gone back twice to inform them that I got the wrong drink in order to get the right one. Today, I got fed up and explained how this has happened 3 times and last time it made him sick because they got a frost and a rebel mixed up and the energy drink didnt sit well with him just having a couple sips. He now hates dutch bros and never wants to go there again. After explaining all of this to them, they just happily said "oh Sorry" and gave me the correct drink. They completely dismissed the continuation of this happening, the effects of it, and the inconvenience of wasting time and money to go back and get the drink I paid for. I didn't see any sympathy, and giving me the correct drink should be a given, not a huge favor. I'm tired of this happening, I notice there's new people there every time I've gone. Are they not getting trained properly? Are they just not listening to me? Something needs to change, I'm never going back to this location again. read more
