Most times service is great good attitudes and lovely servers. Today tho I walk in and there are 7 people in the lobby. 2 workers in the building. March, 30. The most wonderful young lady running her butt off and working hard and then there was ol fatty two guts, filling condiment bottles. I'm not sure if he was special needs and couldn't help but he didn't. Myself and 2 others walked out. So i imagine 20 dollars lost in 4 mins. Love my Coookie dough frosty from Wendy's tho. read more

We stopped off at Baskin-Robbins to get some ice cream after eating lunch. It was definitely packed no surprise considering it was hot. A really nice person named Maria helped us and she was very nice and helpful even offering suggestions. I would definitely come here again the ice cream tasted really good. This is a classic place to go, in general, and here locally. If you're looking for high quality service and ice cream, you've come to the right place. They'll keep it simple, and you'll love it. They'll have some crazy thing, and you'll love it. Incredible service. Only a few employees, and they're all good. Especially the main lady that's worked there for probably 100 years, and now owns it. She's an extremely hard worker, regardless of the reward. I think it's pretty chill vibes too. Plus comfort. You know it's a safe place to go, you know where you're going when you arrive. It's just an extremely established place. Yes, it might be more expensive than other places. But the quality is there, and makes it worth it. My Mom and her family used to go all the time when she was younger, so their all longtime fans. Personal problem with a past employee aside, this establishment is perfect. It's comfortable, it's high quality, and it's only got one real flaw...that Baskin-Robbins as a whole still doesn't have drive thru. They'd put Dairy Queen out of business with that. It's ice cream! Everything you ever wanted! Seriously they have so many flavors to choose. If you want to try one they will give you a free sample. They do shakes, cakes, Sunday's, banana splits and so much more. I seem to always get a waffle cone. I really don't think you'll be disappointed. Staff is always very friendly. read more

They have a great selection of ice cream! They also have a wide variety of ice cream related, custom made desserts you can get (i.e. Ice cream cookies sandwiches, cake, milkshakes). I think my favorite might be the Heath Bar Crunch -- it's amazing! Their customer service was pleasant and they offered samples when we couldn't decide. read more

Ordered a custom cake to be picked up the day before Valentine's Day, and in the middle of snow storm 2021, my cake was still ready before my scheduled time and the store stayed open! I want to post the picture but my custom message was personal (inappropriate ) the crew is amazing and even changed the flavor of my cake after it was already made because I messed up and ordered the wrong flavor. Went on a Sunday night at approx 5:30 p.m. There were 4 tables with seating for approx 12 people. There was 1 little girl sitting at a table. The tables were sticky & filthy. The chairs were not pushed in & arranged & the floor was filthy. You'd think with 4 employees standing around doing NOTHING one of them could've cleaned up. The Ice cream was ice cream. There were 4 containers of toppings that I saw. Sour worms, candy sprinkles, gummy bears & m&m's. Maybe they were hiding the rest. 1st & last time there. Isn't there a frozen yogurt place in town? Terrible BR. My son ordered a cone and the ice cream had that "been in the freezer too long" taste. The waffle cone was so stale we could bend it without breaking it. I took one bite and spit it out the car window. My son ended up throwing the entire double-scoop cone in the garbage. Complete waste of money. Will NOT be returning. Oh, the store itself always has that dirty, dingey, old feel to it. GROSS! read more

I had the great privilege of participating in the Grand Re-opening/Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, August 10th. The line was long but was moving through the store at a steady pace due in part to the two employees at the door taking orders and one was the owner! Behind the counter were several employees busy scooping, blending and serving. After getting our cold and yummy ice cream treats we had the opportunity to "spin the wheel" to win prizes such as coupons good at our next visit and outside there was a DJ, the Baskin Robbins mascot and an are to have your picture taken! If you upload your photo to their Facebook Page, you get the chance to win a gift certificate. I just wanted to let everyone know how nice this event was for our community.
