I was very impressed with the operations and standards that were being established. I ordered my cappuccino - middle of the road foam, leaning towards dry. The barista brought out our order and asked me if it was okay...too heavy, foam quality, etc. I was taken aback because I usually order and the delicious drink is shoved into my greedy hands and I scurry away like a fiend. Today...I was asked my opinion on this creation. The foam was exactly correct and they cappuccino came out flawlessly. I truly appreciated the professionalism of the staff and their dedication to creating perfection.
