Standard fast food chain. Employees were nice. Food came out fast. The burgers were small and expensive. That's more of a Burgerville thing than this individual location though. The speciality drinks and items are what makes Burgerville trips worth it. The bathrooms were not clean at this location. read more

Burgerville is not your average fast food burger restaurant, they really make a gourmet style burger and fries. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which was outstanding, as well as the truffle parmesan waffle fries. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, I would definitely order from here again. read more

Burgerville is consistent. Whenever we visit family in Longview/Kelso, we ALWAYS go to Burgerville at least once. The food is always fresh and tasty. We love that the menu changes throughout the year. I love that they bring in seasonal items. The restaurant and condiment area is also very neat and organized. Very tasty and salty burgers that are definitely a step up from fast food burgers (and priced accordingly)! I tried the grilled spicy chicken sandwich ($6.49). I ate it in a dark car and I think there were some peppers in there - it had a KICK, plenty of yummy sauce, and the chicken was surprisingly juicy! The NW burger looked really fresh (+1 for romaine over iceberg lettuce)! For some reason fast food isn't very filling though - I was definitely hungry again in an hour, lol. I definitely want to try their shakes next time since i've heard amazing things. read more

I love burgerville! I've gone to other locations but not this one. It was very busy. There was a lot of people dining in and a lot of people coming and going. Restaurant is nice and clean and staff is friendly. We love their original cheeseburger and fries and their chicken strips are soo good! The strawberry is also great too! They recently started carrying paper straws and now this place has officially won my heart. We live two hours away and always stop when we're in the area. Also, last time I visited - a couple days ago - apparently they decided they aren't cooking their bacon anymore. I had raw bacon on my burger. Most Burgerville restaurants I have been too are always clean. This was no exception. Staff was friendly and tables were cleared. Our food came out fairly quick and it was fresh. We ordered fries and the halibut fish'n chips. The fries were hot and good. Halibut is never as cheap as the other fish some restaurants use but it seemed quite spendy for the meal we received. The chips were small and thin. They were good but definitely not a favorite for fish'n chips. We felt they were a skimpy for the price. read more

Delicious for fast food! My boys are hard core In n Out fans, but I think Burgerville surpasses. The Walla Walla burger comes with Tillamook cheddar on a sprouted wheat bun and the fries are fresh and crisp. Sunset magazine tipped us off to the fresh berry shakes and the chocolate shake is almost as good! We were so impressed that we planned our return road trip to stop for a second visit! I tried the triple berry smoothie instead of the milk shake this time, and felt it was familiar instead of exceptional like the fresh berry milkshake, but that might be because we have ample access to smoothies at home. The fresh lettuce and tomato was a nice addition to a burger (not at home)and the spicy cheese sauce for fries was really good as well. I personally will never return here. I loved this place but I have a dairy allergy and they keep giving me the wrong items. This time it was a bliss shake that wasnt. They keep assuring me when I order that they are completely dairy free, but I keep getting sick.
