I had my first less than excellent experience at this Del Taco location yesterday. Was a Sunday at…read morelunchtime and the place seemed understaffed, with just three employees working. That certainly might have made a difference in the customer service I received. Also, sometimes people just have a bad day, so that could be what's going on. Pro tip: don't use the app to place your order. Load your discounts ahead of time and have the cashier scan them to get the deals that you would get in the app. But this is more than a half dozen times now that I've been asked to pull around to the front instead of receiving my order at the drive-through window, and it seems that it has become a situation where these orders are not prioritized. For example, I had a relatively small order, went through the drive-through gave my name, and I was told to move to the mobile space at the front after waiting about five minutes in line. No big deal, but after waiting 10 minutes, parked in the front, and seeing at least a half dozen new cars go through the drive-through and other people walk in and get orders, I thought there may be something wrong so I went into inquire. I was told "your order is next ". I watched them make my order, meaning that 15 minutes after checking in my order had not started to be made. Now the food was excellent, I was given the wrong drink, and the woman assisting me, corrected it and made the correct flavor, but no big deal.
