From our observation as she prepared our lunch, everything came out of a refrigerator and reheated. On her way over to our table she realized she forgot the small side of chips that came with the tacos. The brisket was nothing special and had no flavor. My husband enjoyed the salmon, however no smoked flavor. By the time we received our food there were only 2 tables of customers and the other tables sat dirty. A couple came in, came to the bar and stood for about 5 minutes before the sole employee could address them because she was busy with food prep. A woman with a laptop sitting at the bar suddenly got up and began busing the dirty table so the couple could sit down. Please not she made no contact with the new customers. I realized then she had something to do with the venue as she was talking with the employee about a supply order. As a former restaurant manager I truly understood keeping labor costs down, but this was lunch time and she sat at the bar the entire time we were there and did nothing to assist this sole employee until she looked up and realized all the dirty tables. Food prep, order taking and busing during lunch hour was left up to individual. The sole employee was friendly and delivered great customer service. If I was in town again, this would not be a place I would return to. Maybe weekends there are more personnel on duty. Providing lunch service with one person is questionable but not my decision to make, as a customer I wasn't impressed.
