Phenomenal service. Adorable interior. Our waitress was great the owner who came around (i think owner or manager) and he was also great. Wines were plentiful and well priced. We both got the prime rib special who they said would possibly he ran eventually 3-4 weeks. No sub from the salad to the soup. Which is understandable for a special. My only issue was my dirty knife. Id be back anytime. 10/10 recommend.

Lewis & Clark, tomato soup, Monte Cristo and elk chili

10/10!! This restaurant was a lovely find on our roadtrip from LA to Olympic National Park. The service was great - friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing! We ordered the Lewis & Clark with the tomato basil soup and the Monte Cristo with the elk chili. Everything was truly so good. The tomato soup cannot be missed!

Kids meal.

Stopped here on our way home to Seattle from Portland. Food: Yummy Staff: Kind and attentive Note to parents... They have the BEST kids menu. Not the usual Mac n Cheese or chicken finger situation. REAL food for the littles too!

Very friendly little bistro with AMAZING food! The elk chili is outrageously good - a very hearty chili with an amazing taste profile. Probably the best I've ever tasted. Monte Christi sandwich was huge and perfectly prepared with a house made tasting raspberry jam that was perfect. I upgraded the side dish from the chips that are offered to a bowl of tomato bisque and I'm so glad I did - it was one of the finest I've ever tried, anywhere. Don't let this smallish place in a little strip mall fool you - it's haute cuisine. Very personable service. Spectacular experience!

Everything about our brunch experience exceeded expectations. We had been wanting to try this place for weeks and finally went in while my in-laws were visiting. The ambiance, service and food were incredible. My husband and I are already looking forward to exploring the menu further on our next visit.

Side salad w/ Philly Steak Sandwich

Shared lunch with my mom today! Was great service and tasty food! We split the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. I got my half with a house salad which I thought was delicious & she got her half w/ the soup of the day Split Pea & Ham (not pictured) was also very good!

Delicious sandwich and salad!! Great service and cute spot!! We will be back! They have daily specials that are really great too!

This place is the bomb

This place is outstanding. We had turkey avocado club with their roasted tomato bisque soup. So very good. We travel I5 often and we will be back. You a

Hitman.

I love this place. I fell in love with it before I moved to the area. It's next door to a cute eclectic shop that you could get lost for hours in. I have a couple favorites here and so do my family. I've taken friends visiting from out of town to both the bistro and rare earth. It quickly wins them over every time. My sister is obsessed with their creamy mushroom soup. I started calling randomly to see if they had it. Then just leveled with the guy. "Hi. We are obsessed with the creamy mushroom soup. When is it next available?" Lol we came back the day he said it would be made and when we asked for a bowl he let me know it could be qrt size. Score!! Sis was happy with soup leftovers for a couple days. I love the hitman sammich but I usually ask for it low carb (over lettuce). I love the basil aïoli that comes with it. The tomato soup is a staple that's almost always available. It comes with a pesto drizzle over the top. Those are the three most often ordered items we get, but have tried a few other things. Pix included.

Delicious food and wonderful staff. We each had the tomato bisque and shared the burrata plate. Yummy!! I wish they served cocktails so my girlfriends and I could have happy hour there, but they only serve cider, beer, and wine. Bummer!

Gunmen Melt sammich....so soft & delicious!!

New find for us tonight. We will definitely finding our way back to Fuel in the near future. Very tiny inside and a few outside seats in front. Those will be great come summer. Crystal provided us with great service as well!

Great little spot for sandwiches and beverages. Food was excellent and service was great despite being busy at dinner time. We'll be back!

The chicken salad sandwich is THE best! I get the side of elk chili and it makes a perfect hearty but not too heavy lunch

I was meeting family in Ridgefield and came across this spot in my search. Located in a business…read morecomplex, it has ample parking and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside its spread out, so even if it were busy, I don't think it would be overly loud. We arrived on Sunday just as they were switching from brunch to lunch and were promptly seated. Our waitress was attentive throughout our time there and explained their daily specials. Our table all opted for the daily special, which was a smash burger with fries for $10. I inquired if I could sub out for a veggie patty and the waitress said it was not an issue. Our food arrived within 15 minutes and everyone enjoyed the burgers. They were all topped with a delicious deep fried pickle chip, however I do wish they would have put actual pickles on the burgers. Otherwise, they were delicious! The veggie burger appeared to be homemade or at least higher quality as you could see the oats in the patty. The beef burgers were all thinly smashed and had the crispy edges you expect from a smash burger. Although they have a full bar, none of our table opted for a cocktail. This is definitely a good spot for a family meal or a brunch with friends.

It was big, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. The chicken wings, however, were a bit of a letdown. They tasted dry and didn't seem very fresh. On the positive side, the fries that came with the burger were good and complemented the meal well. Overall, great ambience and service, and the smash burger alone makes it worth the visit.

After our "liquid lunch" at the nearby Sportsman's Public House, we drove over to Gouger Cellars…read morejust when the friendly and welcoming Owner unlocked the doors at Noon. Once inside, staff was clearly glad to see us and even provided blankets when we first chose to go outside around the covered fire pit area. As this was a rather cold and damp day, we soon retreated inside and found a nice table near the front. We skipped the wine tasting and went for full glasses to go with our food choices. They have beer too, but in a place like this, what's the point? We mostly went for the Pinot Noir selections, which I found went very well with what we ordered. That included: The "famous" Baked Brie appetizer. Let's say that the "hype" is real. Hot Turkey Spinach Artichoke Sandwich - Rich and delicious. Erin and I went for that and we gladly shared. Reuben. Jim's choice and I also went there. Mega Burger - Gayle's yummy choice. We lingered, we had great conversations, and staff was always there when we needed them. On our way out, we loaded up on some cute wood Christmas tags which I'm sure will be a hit as gifts.

Gary, the owner, took us on a little tour to see the flex tanks, which were extremely impressive. He explained some of the science and technology behind it, and he is extraordinarily knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. We had some tastings and I was delightfully surprised at some of the sparkling wines, like sparkling Pinot noir, and sparkling Syrah. Definitely worth coming here to try those. Very unique. We ate dinner and I had a wonderful salad that was so big I could not even finish it. Had turkey on it and go cheese and I'll kinds of other yummy things. At the recommendation of Gary, my date and I had the baked brie. I'm not able to eat gluten right now, so he ate all the pastry parts, but the Brie had delicious apple chunks and it was just gooey and yummy. I know there are a lot of wineries in this area, but you will definitely want to come here. It's a beautiful location and we were fortunate to run up to the top of the roof, where there is seating, to see the sunset last night. It was magical. Get a tasting, and get the sparkling rose. You won't regret it!
