I personally will never return here. I loved this place but I have a dairy allergy and they keep giving me the wrong items. This time it was a bliss shake that wasnt. They keep assuring me when I order that they are completely dairy free, but I keep getting sick. This burger place is one of the many common burgervilles in the area. Had to wait in line for alittle while to get upfront to order. Employee was nice and got my order. Didn't take too long to get it either. Food was well... average. I wouldn't go out of my way for the meal but it was filling. Ordered the fish sandwich, small order of onion rings, Oregon marion berry small shake, small mint Oreo shake, Tillamook cheeseburger and fries. Over $26.00 a meal for 2 people! Onion rings- greasy Fish sandwich-ok Shakes-the small size is smaller than most kid sized cups that you get at national chains. They were delicious though! Tillamook cheeseburger- excellent Fries-bland. We ate outside at one of three tables that were out. They were clean, and thankful that it was overcast and about 80 degrees outside. The employees were friendly, and they even brought our meal out to us. If I come back I would just get one of their seasonal shakes, they were really good! read more

This is our favorite fast food place around. Reliably good food and mostly friendly staff. Never had our order wrong but occasionally the burgers are put together sloppily and had one or two encounters with rude staff members. Seasonal changes to the menu keep the regular, small number of options interesting. They also give out seeds with the kids meals which have been a huge hit with our family. Absolute favorite thing to order is the fresh strawberry and fresh Marion berry seasonal shakes. I still recommend them over any other fast food place. read more

So you know it's a Burgerville... For those that don't know, Burgerville is our local higher-end fast food chain that serves up locally-sourced, sustainable meals made with quality natural ingredients... and it does so in a 50's style atmosphere. They use seasonal ingredients on the menu (right now it's Walla Walla onions), so there's a rotating list of special treats that come and go throughout the year. When you're in the market for American fast food, Burgerville is head and shoulders above its national chain competition. As far as this location goes, well, it's kinda far from the I-5, which is a bit of a downer, but other than that, it's pretty darn solid. We stopped through on Sunday, the last day of the long 4th of July weekend, and the place looked like it had been hit by a whirlwind. The manager was a tad frazzled. He said that they had just been nailed all day by travelers returning home, and most of his staff was new. They were out of some items, even. He made up for any inconvenience with a super awesome attitude and smiling apologies (that I didn't even think were necessary). The food we got was, well, Burgerville food. My Diestel turkey burger was tasty, and the special Walla Walla onion rings were nice, thick, sweet, and juicy. I couldn't ask for much more from a roadside fast food joint. read more

Oh, Burgerville. I am sure you are what God intended McDonalds to be. As in, fast, kid-friendly food made from actual ingredients grown on farms rather than in factories. The burger is a hit with our little (and big) burger-eaters, though if your kid is picky like ours you should order it without the sauce. Since the chicken tenders committed the unpardonable crime of being made from actual pieces of chicken, our little guy refused to eat them, but that is because he will only eat chicken nuggets that have been stripped of all resemblance to actual food. Happily, the smoothies pack plenty of protein -- as much the chicken would have! -- so the small trlple berry smoothie was nutritious and filling enough to count as a meal. (Wish the Burgerville nutrional info would tell us how much sugar that smoothie contains.) Great healthy choices for adults, too. The salmon and hazelnut salad is the tastiest (and healthiest!) thing I have ever eaten in a burger joint -- a half-order was plenty, and a great source of protein. All in all, there is only one reason to complain about Burgerville: their lack of Canadian locations! Please, please open a location in Vancouver so that I can give my kids a McDonalds-less future. read more

Run away! Run away! What a nightmare. But it is JUST THIS LOCATION from what I can see. The other locations are super, quick and totally fresh and yummy food. This location is like the teenage zombies have taken over and are microwaving the fries. The first tell was the sign advertising for "employees with a sense of urgency". We drove on, but we really wanted Burgerville so we came back and decided to tough it out. AND IT WAS TOUGH! The only thing that was good were the Rosemary Shoestring Potatoes and I think we waited like 30 minutes. The burgers were awful. Two days later I had the same meal south of there off I-5 and it was totally fresh and yummy. IT IS JUST THIS LOCATION. They didn't even have the special burger of the month and appeared to care less that they didn't have it. I have never been to Burgerville before, but this was fantastic. Before going in, I could see they were being slammed with the lunch rush. Given how many people and cars were there, I assumed the wait would be a while, but my friends and I got all of our food in only about 10-15 minutes. The food was great; thick milkshakes, wonderful dipping sauces (sweet potato fries and chipotle go extremely well together), and wonderful staff! Leanne even came out to ask about our food and apologise for the wait. This was one of my best experiences at a fast food restaurant in a long time. read more

Get real! Real ice cream and real cheese! I love this place and stop here to eat once a month when I'm in town on business. This place was recommended to me because they have a rotating seasonal menu and milkshakes made with real Tillamook ice cream. Emphasis on the cream part - real ice cream makes a real shake! Real Tillamook cheese makes a real cheeseburger! Yes they're a bit pricey compared to say Burger King, but it's worth it. Their burgers are delicious and their milkshakes are thick, creamy, and delightful. Why get a soda when this is what they're known for? Some items on their menu change with the seasons such as rosemary fries; and the shakes change based on various seasonal types of ice cream. This just makes the whole experience even better. This is a great little place. I'm sure that vegetarians love it, as it has many options for them. The halibut fish and chips were good, but I really expected them to be great. They were very thin pieces of fish, and a bit dry. The onion rings were absolutely delicious. HUGE is the only way to describe the size of each of the rings, and sweet Walla Walla onions were the best. Quite pricey though, lunch for the four of us was about $60.00. I love the idea of Burgerville...let me just start with that. I am vacationing in the area, and haven't eaten here since I left OR many years ago. Living in Austin, TX, I can tell you that there are many smaller scale places trying to do the local-sustainable-responsible thing there, but none are doing it as well as Burgerville is doing it. So, kudos up front - I wish we had one in Austin. Secondly, I took the hubby here as I had mentioned it to him in the past. We ordered the Tillamook burger and the Peppered Bacon burger meals with fries, a Sprite, and a vanilla shake. The burgers were pretty good, tons of fresh lettuce and yummy cheese. My husband liked the peppered bacon on his burger and was impressed by the real ice cream shake, it was very creamy. The fries were crisp and delicious. The only bummer moment was that the drive through attendant forgot to give us napkins! But we survived. Anyways...great place...love the concept and the food. It is also expensive for fast food and while I am all about supporting local farmers/sustainability I expect the higher prices to reflect better tasting food. I walked in and multiple employees greeted me. Kyle was around the restaurant the entire time I was there asking customers how they were. While I was eating there were two employees sitting there on their break eating their food and other customers would walk in the door and they would stop and take the time to greet them. I must say this is the best service that I've seen in any restaurant in a long time let alone a fast food restaurant. Tonight was to be our first meal at the Longview Burgervill location. We saw the business hours on line were 10am to 10pm. My hubby arrived at 9:25pm... the lights were off and the doors were locked. you could see employees playing around inside, but they wouldn't even look at him knocking on the door. At the same time four other cars drove in. They mulled around and couldn't get the attention of anyone....they looked at their watches and every one followed my hubby to Burger King. At the prices Burgerville probally lost at least $150.00 or much more with those other four cars. All I know we will never return. Our orders at burgervilles are usually around $40.00 and we eat out 2 or 3 times a week..... your loss, not mine. read more

An updated review of this burgerville location. I used to work for burgerville in Centralia, WA and my managers and crew always strived for excellence and out care into what we served. That being said, I know the standards that are set by burgerville. I have always had bad luck with this burgerville location, from receiving the wrong food to ordering food that was put together very sloppy and almost inedible. Yesterday put the nail in the coffin for me, however, when I visited this location passing thru from Oregon. I ordered a turkey burger in a lettuce wrap, and upon eating the burger, I find a WHOLE DEAD FLY sitting in my lettuce. Luckily I didn't eat it. I was very polite when I brought my food back and they replaced the burger for me, but I was thoroughly disgusted. Put more care into the food please, not sure how you missed that big of a fly. read more

Mooove over In n Out. your Oregon neighbor is here to lay the smack down. No really, In N Out is great. But it's great for freshness of ingredients and pure focus on quality and speed. Burgerville is great for the same reason. They use local Tillamook cheese and Oregon beef. In the summer you can get a Walla Walla onion burger and O Rings I'd put up against anything you could get elsewhere. Another way BV has other places beat is in the fresh fruit shake. OMG, I forgot what fresh strawberries blended with real ice cream tastes like. If you see a fresh shake flavor on the menu you should try it. Additionally, my wife and I both enjoy the Alaska Halibut sandwich (with Tillamook Cheddar). It's got a crispy (panko-like) breading and a nice chunk of halibut, unlike the fillet o mystery fish you get at other fast food joints. I suggest getting half the normal amount of tartar sauce. My only complaint is that the most northern BV is in Centralia... seriously, I beg you to come to Seattle. read more

5-star treatment. I was incredibly impressed by the warm welcome and amazing service that my family received at the Kelso, Wash. location this afternoon. From the minute we walked in the door to the delivery of our meal to our departure, all of the staff and managers were attentive, friendly and warm. The food was delivered promptly and the restaurant was very clean. The manager engaged us in conversation and took time to say goodbye and to thank us for stopping by -- even though she was on her lunch break -- and waved goodbye as we drove out of the lot. I have been to many high-end restaurants all over the country and the service that we received today from your Kelso team would put these places to shame. I definitely will return on my next road trip. read more

Excellent burger joint! Just tried it for the first time yesterday because I was in the mood to OD on Burgers and wanted to try Burgerville. Fantastic burgers, definitely one of the best in the area. I had two bacon cheeseburgers and they were absolute perfection. The fries are nothing special or spectacular but they do have a really good fry sauce to dip them in. The staff was quick and respectful. Only reason I don't give it five stars is it was a little pricey for being a fast food burger joint. Nipps is still the undisputed champion of the area but Burgerville is a good change of pace. read more

It was our first time as we're on vacation and it was really great! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and a half salad rogue river smokey blue...both were great; I was blown away by how fresh the salad was! My husband had a burger with Tillamook cheese and fries....devoured! Kids had burgers too, also devoured. We had chocolate shakes and the seasonal raspberry shake. Wonderful! We ate indoors, it was pleasant and barely anyone was there (the drive-thru was busy, but we didn't want to do drive-thru anyways). Highly recommend it! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. The stop is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are satisfied. The food is good and services quick. Highly recommend visiting here if you're in the area. Probably my absolute favorite burger joint. On our most recent visit our order took a bit longer thwn usual because it was packed. They bright around ice cream coves for the kids and apologized for the wait. We do not have a Burgerville near our home, so we enjoy the very occasional visit to one. We dined on 7/4/19 at the Kelso restaurant (Main Street) and truly enjoyed the seasonal raspberry milkshakes and the quite good Walla Walla Sweet onion rings., The hamburgers, however, were a disaster as the meat on two different burgers tasted old and flavorless. We had them replaced and the meat was the same - we discarded the burgers and enjoyed the other food. Burgerville is expensive for drive-in food so the quality should be much better than what we experienced. read more
