Ive enjoyed Jimmy Johns and have no real issues with them. I had one burnt sandwich, hair in my sandwich, and was ok ordering 15 mins before closing. I always tip more too when I do cause I work late on these occasions and was told that they are open til 9p and will make food until then. Tonight was not the case. My order was cancelled and was told that they start closing down at 830p and do not replenish their food when it runs out. If they are doing this now they need to make a PSA about it and should close at 830p instead of 9p. feeling indifferent now about this establishment. read more

When I called to request a remake I was told I should have let them know it was due to an allergy, however with online ordering there is no option to say modifications are for allergy purposes. read more

Service was great! Was greeted upon entry and asked for my order. This was my first time EVER visiting a Jimmy Johns. Probably the last because the sandwich was really bad. They made it perfectly, according to the menu description, but it just was gross. I got the new kickin cajun chicken sandwich. It came cold which was a huge surprise. If you've never tried an unwich you're missing out! I've tried to duplicate them at home to save a few bucks, but haven't quite mastered the "construction" successfully. The Turkey Tom Unwich is a favorite. I love their bread, but it doesn't love me. It gives me a stomach ache for some reason, so I moved to the unwich and will never switch back. Not freaky fast AT ALL I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves over the past year and a half, but the last 4 times I've ordered for delivery (2-3mi away) they've been late. I call them and they give me the excuse that "they're really busy right now" but that doesn't make me feel any better about me missing out on MY lunch time at work because the food didn't come. One time they were 45 minutes late, and today as I write this, I'm still waiting for my sandwich that I ordered at 11:00 for an 11:30 delivery and it's currently 11:50. The management there sucks and if they can't keep up with the orders, they need to hire more people or something. read more

First and last time I will ever eat here. I came in this morning, the doors were still locked when it said they were open, it was around 10:05. The girl that took my order was completely RUDE! They made my sandwich wrong, I asked for extra pickles and they put cucumbers on it... no pickles, the lettuce was wilted. They make you wear a mask, saying they are following the "state guidelines." Certainly pricier than other places, but at other JJ locations (always five stars) I've always justified the cost by the food quality, service, and business model. I could do that in California. Not here. Between closing earlier than posted hours, slow service, poor management, and inaccurate orders, I can't justify returning. Today I called to speak with a manager to suggest that the online pick-up shelf be labeled better and I was basically told that I didn't look hard enough. I waited in line at the register to ask how to get my first online order and I was told to wait near the fountain drinks, not look for a shelf. You shouldn't have "leave at door" as an option if you have your employees continuously knock at my door to "wait for a signature". When covid started and that was an option, I loved it and the employees delivering knocked once and left my delivery at the door.. There's nothing I can see about a small french roll and the ingredients for a roast beef sandwich, Lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and a thin slice of cheese . Makes it something special. I don't get it. I have came to this store several times when visiting my daughter because she lives in longview, well used to. I just moved her to Texas, thank god I don't have to go to this crackhead town ever again. They have screwed up my order so many times and usually I just leave because it's not worth it, this time I said something about how they suck Everytime at making the proper order and the guy grabbed my sandwich and tossed it back at me and told me to get the hell out of his store. So I started telling him how his customer service sucked and he got in my face and yelled at me to get out of his store. So I left and got in my car and he followed me out when I was driving away and came up to my window and threatened if he wasn't on the clock he would beat the S word out of me. I've never heard of an employee following you out to your car and threatening to harm you all because you called him out on sucking at customer service. I really enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches, my favorite is JJ#7, this selection, makes my stomach growl and my mouth drool and water, in anticipation simply thinking of having one for lunch. If my son or grandson happen to be nearby I usually opt to buy each of them one when I order mine. Both of these are as fond of the JJ#7 as I am. They claim the JJ#7 is their 1st choice whenever they go to Jimmy. We are a one car family for the time being. My wife took the car today, all day to attend a training class for the Church children's program. She informed me with a cheerful demeanor and a smile that Jimmy is now delivering in Longview. The of the morning I was waiting for lunch time and dreaming about the lunch I had hoped to order. When lunchtime finally arrived I placed my order and enquired about their new featured delivery service. The person I was talking to when he heard me say I live on 42nd Ave abruptly informed me I was to far away. I tried to findout what were the boundary conditions were in place. I was simply too far out. Still craving my favorite sandwich, I went to Yelp to discover how far out I was. The map shows door to door I am 4.2 miles away or a 10 minute away. I would select a low score on determining a seemingly arbitrary delivery boundary and leaving employees without a reasonable explanation as to why it is what it is. These guys are pretty awesome. The sandwiches are solid and taste good, and on top of that, the staff is great. I was having some phone issues tonight, AND I forgot to turn the stupid thing off silent mode, so when the delivery guy showed up at my apartment, I completely missed it and got my food! I thought that was the end of it, but a little later, right after the store had closed, the manager himself showed up and gave me my sandwiches! He voided the payment but still wanted to offer me the sandwiches, just in case there was a misunderstanding (and there was). If you have a scheduled lunch time, don't order from here. Lots of mistakes on orders lately too and they started charging for delivery, which I wouldn't mind, if they were on time. Their delivery app hasn't been updating as well so you never know where your food is or when it will actually arrive. When you call them, they can't tell you where your food is either. I am honestly impressed with the employees here. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and they got slammed, so it took a little less than 3 hours to get here. I know it's weird that it was a nearly 3 hour wait from a restaurant a mile and a half away from my house and I still give it 5 stars, but I have reasons. The manager (I assume, I'm not entirely sure) tried to call me repeatedly, but my darn phone was on silent for some reason. When I called there, she was incredibly professional and apologetic and when my sandwich did come, they gave to to me for free, but unfortunately the driver walked away before I could give him his tip. I love jimmy johns but I hate this location. First it was a battle to keep the bread they take out to make my sandwiches. Then I order extra bacon on my BLT and it arrives sans bacon. Now I've ordered delivery again and it didn't have extra bacon. I'm spending 9 dollars on a bacon sandwich, I want the extra bacon I paid for.
