Everything about this was amazing. When I walked in I thought it would be like you typical not to good fast food restaurant but when I saw the inside it made me feel better about the place because of the nice classy feeling I got. Now I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo which came out great the cheeseburger had amazing flavors and tastes and the fries came out tasting perfectly salted and crunchy. The service was amazing because I thought it would take like 10-15 minutes but it only took about 5-6 minutes. Overall it was an amazing time and they deserved 5 stars. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at any restaurant at your location at 1210 Ocean Beach Hwy., Longview, WA 98632. I ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger through the Carl's Jr. app and customized it because I'm diabetic. I removed ingredients I couldn't have, requested a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, and added the toppings I wanted. According to the app, this burger does not even come with ketchup. Despite that, it arrived absolutely drenched in ketchup, making it impossible for me to eat because of the sugar content. A nearly $10 burger had to go straight into the trash. I called the restaurant expecting what most customers would expect: an apology and someone willing to help. Instead, an employee who identified herself as "Jenny" immediately told me there was nothing the restaurant could do because I had ordered through the app. I asked for the corporate phone number. She said she didn't know it. I asked for a manager or supervisor. She claimed there wasn't one available and that there wasn't even a lead employee who could assist me. I then asked how I was supposed to request a refund through the app, and again, no one could give me an answer. When I explained that I'm diabetic and disabled, and that I couldn't simply jump in the car because I use portable oxygen and would first have to refill my oxygen tank, I expected at least a basic level of understanding. Instead, the conversation became hostile. Jenny began yelling at me. When I told her that yelling at a customer was unacceptable and that I would be filing a complaint, she began crying. A male employee, who refused to identify himself when asked, then took the phone. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he talked over me, insisted that "ketchup is on all burgers" even though the app's own description says otherwise, told me to eat it anyway despite my diabetes, refused to let me speak, and then hung up on me. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds. I was treated with hostility after explaining both my medical condition and my disability. Rather than showing even a minimal amount of empathy or trying to correct the restaurant's mistake, the employees argued with me, yelled at me, dismissed my concerns, and ended the conversation by hanging up. I left that interaction feeling discriminated against because of my disability and my diabetes. Whether that was their intent or not, that is exactly how their words, their tone, and their refusal to help made me feel. No customer should be made to feel that their medical condition is an inconvenience or something to be mocked or ignored. I do have photos of everything and I also have witnesses to the phone conversation that took place. I won't be returning to this location, and I certainly won't be recommending it to anyone else. read more

I have eaten at this location a few times and they normally are a good choice when in a rush but had a terrible experience today. We used the drive through as there was no line and ordered a beyond famous star and a breakfast burger. After about 10 minutes waiting we got the most burnt burger I've ever had. Was so badly burned it was covered in a black powder that was all over the lettuce and packaging. It was unpalatable so I asked if I could get another. The manager on site argued with me stating that im wrong and don't know what I was talking about as it's supposed to be like that. The next burger I got was not burned but this time had the grossed texture. The veggies were hard and stale as if kept out all night and used anyway. Ordered a chicken club with NO BBQ sauce - hubby ordered a burger with tomatoes and onions (like the picture showed. Drove 40 miles home and my chicken sandwich COVERED in BBQ sauce, and hubby got a DRY burger with just burgers and cheese. Called the manager to get my money back or make it right, and he YELLED at me - told me ALL chicken sandwiches have BBQ sauce when they get them. Then said my hubby's burger doesn't come with tomatoes and onions regardless of what the photo shows. My family are regular customers. About 2x a month. I've had my order messed up more times than not. Today might be the final time. I ordered a large combo meal. Got home, no fries. Ordered another combo meal plain, sandwiches came loaded with the sauce and veggies I didn't want. Ordered multiple drinks, had to request a drink carrier. There wasn't a rush or back-up in the drive thru or anything I could see to cause this problem. Woodland Carl's Jr. gets my orders right. If Vancouver messes up I get an apology and free cookies. Went to Carl's Jr for lunch today with some friends.. We ordered chicken sandwich meal and jalapeno poppers. When we got to the window to pay there was a angry man there looked to be the manager. we pay and ask for ranch and he put 1 in the bag. We said can we have more ranch, he got 1 more and put it in the bag. there were 3 of us and we didn't want to share each others ranch so we drove around and I went in. Love the Grilled Chicken Club Burger! I travel all over Washington & Oregon, & this is a Awesome Carl's Jr! Carl's Jr is my quick on the go place to eat when I don't have time to stop and eat! The multi grain bun on the Chicken Club Burger is so good I can't recomend it enough! I Love the Famous Star Burgers also but the chicken is main stay!
