Just moved here recently and love Arby's already. I did receive some bad fries my last visit, and today I shared that with the manager, Richard, and he ensured we have pipin' hot fries! Seems they want to ensure good customer service which is refreshing for a fast food establishment! Thanks again! read more

Horrible! We got cold fries, cold chicken strips, hard bread. I'm not sure it could have been any worse! Also, when I went in to complain the service was horrible the lady wasn't nice. read more

It's unfortunate to say that the rating has gone down a bit. But it's got nothing to do with the food. Arby's is still high end fast food. This location especially, makes the food extremely well. They're also still as fast as ever, which is extremely helpful considering A LOT of other places in town. But unlike before, I can't give this a 10/10 anymore. This restaurant has had the worst pandemic experience. That's why it's still an 8/10, from me. Rather than something lower. I don't attribute my issues to anything but the pandemic. But still, facts are facts. It's not as pleasant coming here, anymore. Fast food establishments have had a hard time keeping employees. This is maybe one of the hardest locations. I'm finding a lot more frustrated, or new, employees. Doesn't matter their rank. This restaurant has it worse off than any other, because it still has no indoor seating, with caution tape. Yes, you can walk in and order. But would you want to, when you feel like you're walking into a crime scene? That look was understandable at first, but now it's just scary. I come here a lot, because I live right across the street. It's not so bad, that I stopped coming. Which is positive. Overall, it's still essentially the Arby's you remember. Maybe an employee here or there won't sit right. But the food will come so quick, you'll rarely care. read more

We like stopping at Arby's Restaurants. They have great sandwiches and the french dips are wonderful. There were five of us and everything worked just as we hoped. The food was good, it was hot and we received it rather quickly. We will definitely be stopping here again. read more

Arby's is usually better than this but I waited almost 10 minutes, which was not a problem I understand, but after all of that the picture says it all. I ordered a Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. read more

I love the way the meat is sliced so thin. The service is also incredibly friendly too.

My father was hungry on 11/15/20. He is a Korean War Veteran and was wearing his hat with the insignia on it. Jeremiah the shift supervisor paid for his sandwich and told my father he didn't owe anything. This was the first time ever my father has ever been there. I might add he enjoyed his sandwich. Thank-you Jeremiah you are a kind and amazing person. I'm hoping Arby's appreciates you and Good Karma shines on you. read more

I give the restaurant a one and a half but I give the worker Bailey a five which brings me to an overall three starswe ordered two chicken sandwiches was told to wait.... after eight minutes The food was brought out to me a little bit too long in my opinion to wait for food. We had asked for condiments and none were provided. We asked for them again and someone did retrieve them for us. Get most of the way home when I realize that the sandwich I asked for no Swiss cheese on ended up having Swiss cheese. Had to drive back and get a new sandwich. Bailey, who is taking charge of the drive-through came to the window and apologized and asked if he had done something wrong. The person who appeared to be the manager, should almost no concern but this employee was very kind and diffused any possible negative situation by his kind demeanor. Would go back again now because Bailey saved the day. Thank you Bailey for your kindness and professionalism. read more

This was not an easy drive through to get to I had to drive down an alley. But the experience was worth it the drive-through window people were friendly helpful aunt and made me feel welcome. They did not have the inside open for people to walk in but I was able to get everything I wanted and all my questions answered just through the speaker and at the window. I would recommend this fast food dining experience to everybody. read more

Pulled right on up and ordered and thought this is awesome no line. Then I get to the pay window and give them the card they hand me my drinks. I requested Arby's sauce. I waited at the window for a while then was asked to pull forward where I had drank half my drink before the two sandwiches totaling up to $21 with cold fries and without Arby's sauce finally showed up. In reality with the cost of fuel the two meals probably costed me $26. Bottom line cold fries, extra long wait time, and a bit costly I won't be going back. read more

I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with no cheese. I get home and they put cheese on it. I drive back and they said it's like $1.20 more if you can afford that. The white guy I'm assuming is the manager that said this. I said listen here you fuck I have more money in my pocket than you do in your bank account. They tried to make me keep my cold fries. Bullshit service read more

Ok...Arby's is so much MORE than the thin slice, weird meat sandwiches from the 90's! They have incredibly authentic Gyros that are worthy of being served in an authentic Greek restaurant. AND their Reuben is better than many diners. Also...their classic deli sandwiches are BIG & Fresh. I have hit the drive thru a few times but this visit, driving thru had long line...so I opted to go inside to save time. I wish I hadn't. There was over powering odor throughout the building. Mix of cleaning chemicals & I don't know what. It was strong enough to make me lose appetite. I will still grab a fast lunch now & then....but not sure I could go back inside. read more

I ate at Arby's the other day and got the best holiday shake that I every had. Arby's was founded in Boardman, Ohio, in July 23, 1964 by Forrest (1922-2008) and Leroy Raffel (1926), owners of a restaurant equipment business who believed there was a market opportunity for a fast food franchise based on a food other than hamburgers. The brothers wanted to call their restaurants "Big Tex", but that name was already used by an Akron business. Instead, they chose the name "Arby's", based on R. B., the initials of Raffel Brothers. The Raffel brothers opened the first new restaurant in Boardman, Ohio, just outside of Youngstown, on July 23, 1964. They initially served only roast beef sandwiches, potato chips, and soft drinks. A year later, the first Arby's licensee opened a restaurant in Akron, Ohio. The famous Arby's "hat" was designed by the original sign makers, Peskin Sign Co.Expansion to other states began in 1968, beginning in Pittsburgh (the closest large out-of-state market to Youngstown) and Detroit. The restaurants were initially designed to be more upscale than their hamburger competitors. During the 1970s, the expansion of Arby's took place at a rate of 50 stores per year. During this time it created several menu items, including the Beef 'n Cheddar, Jamocha Shakes, Curly Fries and two signature sauces: Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce. In 1981 it added chicken along with opening store number 1,000 (Loves Park, IL). It became the first restaurant in the fast food industry to offer a complete "lite" menu in 1991 with several sandwiches and salads under 300 calories and 94 percent fat free. In 1984, Southeastern Public Service Company, a DWG Corporation subsidiary, purchased Arby's.With a new owner of DWG Corporation and a new name, Triarc Companies, Inc., a former PepsiCo executive, Don Pierce, was brought in to "resurrect" Arby's. With $100 million additional funding, Pierce moved to a new "Roast Town" concept, similar in format to Boston Market. In 1997, the Roast Town concept received poor marks in market tests. Pierce and his team left the company and it sold all of its 354 company-owned locations to RTM Restaurant Group, an existing Arby's franchise, for $71 million. In 2002, Arby's returned to operating restaurants by purchasing the second largest Arby's franchisee, Sybra Inc., with 293 locations out of bankruptcy outbidding RTM so as to prevent RTM from becoming too large RTM was purchased by Arby's on July 25, 2005 In 2008, Triarc purchased Wendy's, and changed its name to Wendy's/Arby's Group, to reflect their core businesses. In January, 2011, it was announced that Wendy's/Arby's Group were looking into selling the Arby's side of the business to focus on the Wendy's brand. It was officially announced the companies would split on January 21, 2011. On June 13, 2011, Wendy's/Arby's Group Inc. announced that it would sell the majority of its Arby's chain to Roark Capital Group, maintaining an 18.5% stake in the company Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. is the second largest quick-service sandwich chain in the U.S. with more than 3,400 restaurants system wide Roark Capital Group acquired the company in July 2011 and owns 81.5% of the company, with The Wendy's Company owning the other 18.5%. In addition to its classic Roast Beef and Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches,[4] Arby's products also include deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches, Curly Fries and Jamocha Shakes. Its headquarters is in Sandy Springs, Georgia. As of December 31, 2013, there were 956 company-owned restaurants and 2,448 franchised restaurants. read more

On roast beef & french dip sammies... please don't forget the horsey sauce. Great Arby's, not the fastest joint. But nice and clean!

We don't have an Arbys at the coast, so when we travel, it is where we usually stop because I love the Poppers & Bronco Berry dipping sauce. Was not impressed with the sweet potato fries, soft & greasy .. will not buy again read more

this review is for the longview wa location on washington way. we ordered on line, for pickup. we waited 5 minutes for a counter person to help us. to add insult to injury, 2 other walkin clients were attended to ahead of us. the food itself needed improvement. the steak sandwich meat was flavorful and tender, however the buffalo chicken wrap had very soggy "brown around the edges" lettuce that was inedible. chicken itself was ok but not great. fries were overdone, tasted either double cooked or left sitting too long under heat lamps. mint shake was good. we will probably not order from there again. read more

I don't usually rate fast food. This place is garbage. The girl on the speaker/at the window was incredibly patronizing. I could hear her making fun of an elderly customer ahead of me. Sandwich was terrible. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch. It had a pile of lettuce, no bacon, and 1 slice of turkey. Perhaps they are stealing? read more
