Just moved here recently and love Arby's already. I did receive some bad fries my last visit, and today I shared that with the manager, Richard, and he ensured we have pipin' hot fries! It's unfortunate to say that the rating has gone down a bit. But it's got nothing to do with the food. Arby's is still high end fast food. This location especially, makes the food extremely well. They're also still as fast as ever, which is extremely helpful considering A LOT of other places in town. But unlike before, I can't give this a 10/10 anymore. This restaurant has had the worst pandemic experience. That's why it's still an 8/10, from me. Rather than something lower. I don't attribute my issues to anything but the pandemic. But still, facts are facts. It's not as pleasant coming here, anymore. Fast food establishments have had a hard time keeping employees. This is maybe one of the hardest locations. I'm finding a lot more frustrated, or new, employees. Doesn't matter their rank. This restaurant has it worse off than any other, because it still has no indoor seating, with caution tape. Yes, you can walk in and order. But would you want to, when you feel like you're walking into a crime scene? That look was understandable at first, but now it's just scary. I come here a lot, because I live right across the street. It's not so bad, that I stopped coming. Which is positive. Overall, it's still essentially the Arby's you remember. Maybe an employee here or there won't sit right. But the food will come so quick, you'll rarely care. read more

We like stopping at Arby's Restaurants. They have great sandwiches and the french dips are wonderful. There were five of us and everything worked just as we hoped. The food was good, it was hot and we received it rather quickly. We will definitely be stopping here again. read more

My father was hungry on 11/15/20. He is a Korean War Veteran and was wearing his hat with the insignia on it. Jeremiah the shift supervisor paid for his sandwich and told my father he didn't owe anything. This was the first time ever my father has ever been there. I might add he enjoyed his sandwich. I give the restaurant a one and a half but I give the worker Bailey a five which brings me to an overall three starswe ordered two chicken sandwiches was told to wait.... after eight minutes The food was brought out to me a little bit too long in my opinion to wait for food. We had asked for condiments and none were provided. We asked for them again and someone did retrieve them for us. Get most of the way home when I realize that the sandwich I asked for no Swiss cheese on ended up having Swiss cheese. Had to drive back and get a new sandwich. Bailey, who is taking charge of the drive-through came to the window and apologized and asked if he had done something wrong. The person who appeared to be the manager, should almost no concern but this employee was very kind and diffused any possible negative situation by his kind demeanor. This was not an easy drive through to get to I had to drive down an alley. But the experience was worth it the drive-through window people were friendly helpful aunt and made me feel welcome. They did not have the inside open for people to walk in but I was able to get everything I wanted and all my questions answered just through the speaker and at the window. Pulled right on up and ordered and thought this is awesome no line. Then I get to the pay window and give them the card they hand me my drinks. I requested Arby's sauce. I waited at the window for a while then was asked to pull forward where I had drank half my drink before the two sandwiches totaling up to $21 with cold fries and without Arby's sauce finally showed up. In reality with the cost of fuel the two meals probably costed me $26. Bottom line cold fries, extra long wait time, and a bit costly I won't be going back. read more

Ok...Arby's is so much MORE than the thin slice, weird meat sandwiches from the 90's! They have incredibly authentic Gyros that are worthy of being served in an authentic Greek restaurant. AND their Reuben is better than many diners. Also...their classic deli sandwiches are BIG & Fresh. I have hit the drive thru a few times but this visit, driving thru had long line...so I opted to go inside to save time. I wish I hadn't. There was over powering odor throughout the building. Mix of cleaning chemicals & I don't know what. It was strong enough to make me lose appetite. I will still grab a fast lunch now & then....but not sure I could go back inside. read more

We don't get away from our small Rural community very often & he was really disappointed there was no Horseradish accompanying the French Dip. I ate at Arby's the other day and got the best holiday shake that I every had. Arby's was founded in Boardman, Ohio, in July 23, 1964 by Forrest (1922-2008) and Leroy Raffel (1926), owners of a restaurant equipment business who believed there was a market opportunity for a fast food franchise based on a food other than hamburgers. The brothers wanted to call their restaurants "Big Tex", but that name was already used by an Akron business. Instead, they chose the name "Arby's", based on R. B., the initials of Raffel Brothers. The Raffel brothers opened the first new restaurant in Boardman, Ohio, just outside of Youngstown, on July 23, 1964. They initially served only roast beef sandwiches, potato chips, and soft drinks. A year later, the first Arby's licensee opened a restaurant in Akron, Ohio. The famous Arby's "hat" was designed by the original sign makers, Peskin Sign Co.Expansion to other states began in 1968, beginning in Pittsburgh (the closest large out-of-state market to Youngstown) and Detroit. The restaurants were initially designed to be more upscale than their hamburger competitors. During the 1970s, the expansion of Arby's took place at a rate of 50 stores per year. this review is for the longview wa location on washington way. we ordered on line, for pickup. we waited 5 minutes for a counter person to help us. to add insult to injury, 2 other walkin clients were attended to ahead of us. the food itself needed improvement. the steak sandwich meat was flavorful and tender, however the buffalo chicken wrap had very soggy "brown around the edges" lettuce that was inedible. chicken itself was ok but not great. fries were overdone, tasted either double cooked or left sitting too long under heat lamps. mint shake was good. we will probably not order from there again. read more

He got the spicy cheese steak sandwich, boy was it good.. it needed the French dip dipping sauce that came with my French dip.
