Downgrading my rating from two stars to one star. Years ago I had to point to California to show how Chipotle is awesome. Now I can just point to Woodland. This Longview location is ALWAYS filthy, CONSISTENTLY clueless about folding a burrito, and CONSTANTLY out of multiple key ingredients. You can't say you're too busy to clean the line if three people are standing there doing nothing. You can't tell me that a burrito is supposed to have all the rice in one end and all the meat in the other end. And you can't tell me that half of the meats and rice and veggies just suddenly disappear without some indication to start preparing another batch before it runs out. This location is a shame to the Chipotle name - worst location I've seen from multiple each in in TX, CA, and WA. read more

I planned on eating at the restaurant or in my car, as I was not going home, got a burrito bowl, paid, went to grab a fork and they informed me they had no forks or spoons, Only knives. I asked: how was I supposed to eat a burrito bowl with no fork or spoon? the response: "I really can't help you there." Wow, the low overall rating has reminded me I needed to update my review. This is an extremely regular place for not just me, but my family. Every drive thru needs to be Chipotle. They have their Chipotlane which is the fastest drive-thru ever. (Taco Bell's attempting it, so you know it's pushing other drive-thru places to be better.) Inside, it's like all Chipotle's, which means a fantastic and clean environment. Everything looks modern and new as well, which is nice. I think all of the employees are nice. They give great customer service, and the food's always extremely well made and tasty. I see zero problems with this location. It's one of the best places to eat in town, and that's considering sit down restaurants. I find them to generally be on top of the food quality, quantity, and stock. Which is a bit unusual for this town, sometimes. Atmosphere is amazing, drive-thru or sit-down. It just feels higher quality, like all Chipotle restaurants do. Overall, I'm just as satisfied with this Chipotle location, as I've been with other locations. I just have one problem: they can't see the drink you choose via mobile order. What sense does that make? It seems to be an "all Chipotle locations problem" but still frustrating. read more

When I am needing a quick fast food option I always lean to Chipotle. I've never been to this location, but my family and I stopped here for dinner. It was pretty empty when we arrived which was nice for Chipotle I am used to their massive lines. Everything we ordered came out great and customer service was A+ as well. Best Chipotle location ever. Everyone working here is so kind. I accidentally left my purse containing my wallet, passport, and ID overnight. They kept it locked in the safe and gave it to me right away when I came back. They were so empathetic and friendly. I tried to order a drink but they just gave me the cup instead. Horrible service. I went at 5:30pm just to be told that "their manager was counting the till, so that they can't let customers buy food right now." I read a lot of bad reviews of the Longview location so I wanted to check it out. I went on a Friday around 8pm and the food was fresh, they were not out of anything, the staff was friendly. I guess I hit them up at a good time. My friend said that their only complaint was that his burrito wasn't wrapped well. read more

First review for the all time favorite place... except for in Longview. Still a staple in our house but it comes with knowing something will be wrong. - 75% of the time there is something missing from my order (never updated on the app) -chipotle lane is awesome! Unhelpful when you are too scared to order online because you're not sure something will be missing or wrong. - portion sizes are hit and miss. As I am looking at my half filled queso I just opened up. - friend went inside to order, while I ordered online. When I asked for vinaigrette I was told no immediately as if I annoyed her, while my friend asked for two inside and was given them. I have loved their vinaigrette forever, I have never had a problem receiving it until the Longview location!!! If you hit this place on a good day you will be so happy! I am a huge Chipotle fan but this location is not good. The food is always inconsistent and sometimes flat out gross. Shortly after they opened a year ago we actually had a big green bug (cut in half but still wiggling) in our food. We waited quite a few months to return and since then it's been okay at best. Tonight we got home with our meals and our queso was half full, our food was completely cold (very short drive home), the chips were greasy and chewy, and the guacamole was dark green/brown with black pieces in it. I really hope corporate steps in and helps this location. We always LOVE the ones in Vancouver, Portland, and Seattle but the Longview one is bad. I really want them to succeed but they need help to do it. read more

Never thought I'd be posting a negative review of Chipotle but here I am. Since this location opened I'd estimate that I've been to it at least 100 times. Typically I go there soon after opening just to get some decent source of protein in after lifting. Unfortunately in the last 6 months or so this location has been going down hill. First and most importantly this location has certainly been hit with the lacking portion sizes that have been talked about online lately. Even a double portion of protein isn't as much as a single used to be at times. Also if you ask an employee for a full portion they won't unless they charge you double to even triple. I'm assuming this issue has nothing to do with the employees, rather it is almost certainly a manager or the owner trying to line their own pockets by cheating out the customer. Another example of this can be seen in the food, for example yesterday I was given a portion of protein that was certainly way over marinated because of how salty it was. I'd imagine the manager knew that it should be thrown out but was just focused on their own bonus. This cheapness can also be seen right at opening time, sometimes the protein tastes old like it was just heat up from leftovers from the night before which I'm assuming is what happens. I'm really saddened to write this review but my hope is that it can change this issue. For now I'd recommend people head right down the street to Panda Express for a clean and healthy portion of protein. A triple teriyaki chicken plate with white rice is a great option for around the cost of a single protein potion chipotle bowl. read more

Chipotle seems to be hit or miss depending on location... unfortunately this location is a miss. Every time we go it's a miss. The restaurant is always dirty. Every time we go they're out of some ingredient. Today, we wanted chips with our meal. They had a large counter space in the back filled with bags of chips that we could see, as well as a large rack with chips in a serving container that was full as well. We were told they had no chips... they needed them for online orders. It was like 2 in the afternoon. Was there really 50+ online orders all wanting chips?? It's the same story every time we go. The employees don't seem to care either or offer any explanation. It just seems wild to me to go in person to a restaurant and be told you can't get items unless you do so online. We have given this place multiple chances but today will be our last. read more

Every time I come here there is always something wrong. Maybe they're out of something, or they forget my chips, or my queso sauce. This is not just a random occurrence, it is every time I come here. Even found a bug in my burrito bowl in my last order and would you believe me if I told you they forget my chips too? Management always has an excuse but any other chipotle I go to (usually much more busy than Longviews), they don't ever run out of anything for mess up my order. I love chipotle, but this location is subpar at best. My last order (ordered for pick up on the app) was completely inedible. I paid $18 for tacos, chips and guacamole, and a drink. The guacamole for my chips had a piece of meat in it, HUGE chunks of onion, and lettuce. It was like they scraped it off of a burrito before they put it in the container. The tacos were so nasty I threw them away. The meat was hard as a rock, over cooked, the guacamole was brown, they were so overstuffed I couldn't pick them up. I was looking forward to a chipotle in our little town, but I won't be returning anytime soon! This isn't the first time my order wasn't good, this is just the worst so far. read more

After ordering the food (in which the girl rushed me through and slopped it in a tortilla like I was ruining her day) there was not one clean table. When asked if a table could be cleaned the remark was "we'll get to it". The burrito was served in a piece of tin foil which made cutting it impossible so I asked for something to put it on in which I was given a cardboard container. But that was better than the tin foil. Chipotle has its pros and cons they have some really good chopped up steak for the burritos and really good queso. The main thing that needs some work is the burritos raps like tortillas there very dry and all stale. And they are definitely over priced other than that the food is pretty decent it's just wraps for burritos that need a lot of work! read more

A word of advise, stay away from Longview Chipotle! They have consistently SUCKED!! Every time I decide to give them another chance they continue to DISAPPOINT. Can't speak much about the food as we ordered to go. BUT, I can speak of the cleanliness of the restaurant. This place was pretty filthy!!! Food crumbs all around the floor and tables (not busy when we arrived) crumbs in the bottles beverage area had crumbs too. The kitchen are had no workers but the I guess you call it the prep area was dirty and bowls/utensils left all around. Is it too much to clean up your work space before taking a break, sweep floors and clean off tables? I'll probably try it again to see if it's improved, that's only if I'm satisfied with the food. read more
